Got the sirloin bibimbap and Mandoo to share and it was a generous portion sufficient for 2 people! I loved the flavorful and fresh veggies in the bibimbap. The mandoo was so good too with the crispy outside and lots of filling. We will be back!! Loved this lunch and all the banchan.

A couple notes: they use MSG and gluten in most dishes including in the vegetables/kimchi. We were craving some warm, comfort food on a quote a day. I was able to order the Galbi (c1) with glass noodles and rice. The waitress seemed to take my request for MSG free/gluten-free food seriously, and even checked on me on the way out just to make sure I felt okay (I tend to have some weird response to food with MSG). Once we ordered the food, it arrived very quickly. The indoor vibe and seating is very casual. It's a small little place, with not a ton of menu options, but I will say my short ribs were exquisite. The flavor of the glass noodles was on point too. my coworkers ordered the Ramen, the pork hot stone, and the G2 bibimbab and were all pleased with the flavors of their dishes.

If you're coming here expecting tofu dishes and soodubu, note that this has been rebranded and is just Mom's House now (no tofu!) with a focus on kbbq dishes. Must say we came in with that expectation, was disappointed, but all was well after all the delicious food that was served! The seafood pancake was perhaps the most crunchy and delicious ones I've had in the bay. They came out steaming hot and it was very good. We also got the beef bibimbap which was very good with a large variety of vegetables, and the dombe noodles, which was also very generous with the amount of pork they give. The broth was wonderful, as it was not too rich, but served as a great conduit of flavour for the dish. The serving sizes were also very generous so definitely don't order too much!Besides the expectations coming in and a little opposite from our waitress who forgot to give us menus for a while, we had a great experience, and would not sleep on it just because they don't serve tofu anymore!

I love Mom's Tofu in South San Francisco so I was so excited when I saw they have one here! Close to the airport so it would be the perfect meal after a trip. My favorites were the Pork Soup with Noodles, Galbi, and Seafood Pancake! I've been wanting pork soup since I saw it in the korean drama, Marry My Husband. The broth was clean and flavorful, and I would 10/10 order it again. The waiter also gave us a variety of things to try putting in the soup - some shrimp paste, some kind of powder, and chives. I liked it plain :) The Galbi was flavorful and fell off the bone nicely! Seafood Pancake was also very yummy and they were generous with the portions! My boyfriend doesn't like seafood but he there's something about seafood pancake that is so yummy. Mom's Tofu House's batter and the sauce is so good!

I've been here a few times, and the food is consistently solid. The banchan is a standout--flavorful and diverse, with generous portions that really hit the spot. The sundubu-jjigae is perfect for warming you up on a chilly night, rich in flavor and comforting. My only minor complaint is the absence of some basic vegetables, like onions and zucchini, which would elevate the dish even more. Overall, it's a great experience every time!

They only had 2 workers when I went on a Saturday night; not sure if that's the norm. It can get busy and you're trying to constantly flag someone down. The tofu soup is good, 5/5 Sides could be better. Very lacking 2/5 Fried chicken average 4/5

Yumm, I was craving good Korean and normally would drive to the south sf location but wanted to try this one out! It was delicious and parking was so easy. I tried the pork soup with noodle and it was so cozy. I liked the chives that came with it and tried just a little of the shrimp paste. The pork was nice and tender and there was a good amount of meat! My standards at any Korean place is the seafood pancake , galbi, and fried chicken and all of this was solid!!

I bet they changed their name. We didn't find any tofu soups in the diner. We ordered a pork bone soup and marinated beef. Both came with rice. But it was a rip off! The pork bone soup was nothing like the pork bone soup I tried in other Korean restaurants. It tasted like chicken broth indeed. They were kind to offer hot paste and sesame powder and explained what they were (hence the one star.) But chicken broth and a few pieces of tasteless pork was just not worth $18! We found two prices for the marinated beef. As we ordered one entree for each person, we didn't expect to get something huge. While we expected the regular one (listed as "L"), it turned out the plate cost $39 (it could be the one that was listed as "D" on the menu.) The beef was not bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. It was $7x for two persons for a not-so-tasty meal. It was disappointing.
