By far the best customer service I've received in my life. This place truly cares about their customer experience. The sushi is amazing and fresh, we ordered 7 rolls and loved every one of them. Beyond the sushi, customer service means the most to me. Through our first experience ordering, we could tell this place wanted us to have an amazing experience - and we did. Everything was amazing top to bottom. Highly recommend.

Food? Excellent quality and a great value! My partner had the sizzling short rib rice, and I had the sizzling eel rice. Both were taste sensations! The server was a very sweet, soft spoken young woman who advised us to not touch the cast iron bowl and to mix in the house made sauce into the rice. Even after 20 minutes, the cast iron was still hot which gave the rice on the bottom a crispy, chewy texture that we loved. The short ribs were Hawaiian style. The eel melted in my mouth. Other folks were having fried noodles, sashimi, a tower of cucumber slices, ramen, and all of it was beautifully presented. The menu is only available by QR code. It is somewhat limited in comparison with other Asian restaurants. I like that they stick with the sizzling dishes, pressed sushi, noodles and soups. Do what you do best! They do! It's delicious! Interestingly, they don't have hot tea. It was a crisp day, and I really would have enjoyed a cup of genmaicha. However, they serve a beautiful carafe of water with lemon slices. Service? The servers, and bus boy were obviously young family members. Nevertheless, they were friendly, efficient, and professional.Ambiance? This is a family friendly place ringing with the joyous giggles and screams of children, all of whom are well behaved! The decor is kind of in the style of a classy day care, but it's totally appropriate for this family eatery. We live in Salinas, and came up to drop off a car at Carvana. I searched for restaurants in Blossom Valley, and came up with MiMi's. What a find! We'll definitely come here again!

What a great spot! Mimi's Kitchen is a hidden gem! Their menu has so many options from popular appetizers to sushi to ramen and udon to sizzling rice dishes. Tonight we wanted sushi. We ordered five different items. The service is fast and super friendly. I hope more people try them out and take advantage of their clean and spacious location.

First impressive is that the restaurant is very open. You order by scanning the QR code on the table. Their menu is very extensive. I've read other reviews that their sushi was good so that's what I prioritized. Also some of the most reasonableSushi in the bay area. I mean for the price the quality is not bad but I'd prefer other places better even if I have to pay a little more. The seared salmon pressed sushi roll was really good though. Highly recommend that.

Found this place through IG reels, and i personally thought it was overhyped. I think I had high expectations for this place but it was not bad. I also found it skeptical that they had too many variety of food menu items from different cuisines but it's cool to have options at the same time.The service was great even tho we had to order via smart phone. The ambiance is quite cozy and gave a little homey vibes. As for the food, we had pepper lunch inspired hot plate, sushi, and poke. I think the food is overly flavorful and more on the salty side. I appericate how the raw fish in the sushi and poke was fresh. Overall, it was a good try but maybe I'll come back again another time to give this restaurant another chance.

I love the packaging that they do here for to go orders including the little tray to hold soy sauce. It definitely feels like they put a lot of care into the orders and making sure that the food is still well kept even without eating at the tables. The pressed mango seared salmon is always solid as a go to. The rice and fish don't fall apart easily here.

Yes, this is my new obsession place. I've been here three times in one month. This time I focused on sushi. The sashimi combination was full of large fish pieces, very fresh, on a bed of ice to keep them cool , and with both fresh and concentrated wasabi. Excellent! The Hamachi carpaccio was delicious. Tangy and with a little spice from sliced chilies. You will not see carpaccio this big elsewhere. But even though it's big, it was very tender and delicious. And lastly, as a filler, California roll. They're just good.

This restaurant is tucked away in a corner of this shopping center, almost where you can miss it. The menu is very vast and has so many different things. The food itself was delicious. I ordered the beef fried udon and it came out on a sizzling plate and was very flavorful. The waiters were nice, but the only thing I would comment on is the music playing was interesting and the pay system was weird. I couldn't pay on my phone, that was the only issues even though I ordered on my phone.
