Had my Wedding in Metro City Restaurant in early January 2025. This place was just amazing. I planned my Wedding in a few short weeks. Julie, the owner was amazing! She was so communicative, funny and she made you feel like family or talking to a close girlfriend! She was so easy to work, she gave you advice if you were unsure of things and also recommended some Vendors for my party. The place was so clean, spacious, the table setup was spot on. The day of my Wedding party she made sure all was running smoothly and ready. The kids white jumper was beautiful and the kiddos really enjoyed it! The food, omg was so fresh and delicious! All my guests raved about it. They absolutely loved the flavor of the chicken chipotle pasta. Sucks I didn't get a picture of it to post it. And don't get me started with the bar cocktail drinks. They were delicious!! All my guests really enjoyed the large space, the dance floor, the buffet style food, the bar, the lemonade drinks, the cleanliness and overall organization of my wedding even. The bathrooms were so clean and decorated so pretty. I Can't thank Julie enough. Overall 10/10 stars!! If I got married again, I would definitely be booking with Julie again. No hesitation!!! Thank you Julie, the cooks and all your staff for everything! It was a such a happy memorable Wedding for us and all my guests. Thank you girl!!

My visit was on 01.04.25 to attend private event . The event was a Sweet 16 birthday celebration, the theme was Alice in wonderland . Some of the amenities included were a photo booth , mini jump house/ ball pit and miniature bouncing ponies for 2-7 year olds , a DJ & live band and buffet style food. Food offerings on this night included Chicken Alfredo pasta , Chicken Parmesan, mini burger sliders w/ condiments and sides such as mayo/ mustard and ketchup , French fries , garlic bread slices . Lastly the salad of the night was Cesar salad . The service was great the wait staff was very attentive and on top of clearing tables and restocking supplies . The food was really good and kept on flame warmers . I especially enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo pasta . The venue was really well kept and worth noting the toilet paper in the restroom was good quality lol . Would recommend to eat here or book an event .

Okaaaay what a fun spot! I recently went to Metro City Restaurant & Bar for my cousin's wedding reception and had such a great time.First things first: there are TWO Metro City Restaurant & Bar locations in Sunnyvale so make sure you're checking the address and going to the right one. Or else you'll be like me and you'll unintentionally crash someone's 40th birthday (lol oops sorry if that was your party!!!)Anyways, this location is the larger venue. It's located in a plaza with other restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. Lots and lots of parking for your events.The space is separated into two parts. It was fine for the party as one side had a dancing/DJ area while the other side had the buffet and more seating/tables. The food was pretty solid - a variety of handhelds like quesadillas, sliders, garlic fries (the best!!). They also had pasta and our family brought in some food as well. The bar was serving up drinks all night and their one bartender held it down for our very eager to drink family.The bathrooms were very clean, though there was only two single-bathrooms so you just might have to wait a bit. Looks like they also have pool tables available, but we didn't use that for the night. Solid venue for a fun night of dancing and celebrating!

Great playlist! There was fabulous music the entire time we had breakfast/lunch there. I was surprised that they were empty when we rolled in on a Saturday morning around 10ish. They have a great menu filled with breakfast classics and lunch favorites. We opted for lunch. I got the Crab Cake Sandwhich and my husband had the Manhatten Ruben. Both were great! Freshly made, well seasoned and a good portion size. Metro City is definitely a hidden gem.

Hosted my mother's 60th birthday here and I highly recommend Metro City Restaurant for your next event. They make it stress free. Food and drinks were amazing we had Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Marsala, Caesar Salad, Smashed potatoes, veggies, and the garlic bread all of our guest loved it. 5 star experience. I turned 30 in November this past year and decided to throw a big party here for my dirty 30. The party planning went so well and very smoothly. I worked very closely with the owners they helped me plan drinks, and the food which is a BIG stresser when it comes to party planning.... All I had to do was get together my decorations and dessert table. I also had enough room for a Photo Booth and DJ. Party was from 6pm to 11pm. I would absolutely book another party here, pricing was reasonable, and the food and drinks were so delicious! Overall great experience and such an amazing way to bring in my 30th.
