If you are in the mood for Korean food stop by Master Shin for some great options. Street food and main dishes all served in one place. Fast service, even on the weekend. Located inside San Pedro Square Market with a variety of seating options and a parking garage across the street. Chill vibes in the market and many drinks available within as well. I enjoyed the Jjajangmyeon, with zucchini and onions and small pieces of beef. All married well and the noodles were perfect. The kimchi fried rice in my opinion needed more kimchi, but I love Kimchi and spice. The staff awere friendly and respectful. Stop by for the Korean flavor experience.

I ordered a beef bulgogi plate because I was looking for something fast. When I went to Square Market, Master Shin didn't have a wait but while waiting for my food more people came to order via KIOSK. First initial look, my food didn't look great, pretty standard and basic. The Japchae was pretty bland, even in color. I was basically eating glass noodles with some vegetables. The coleslaw tasted normal, nothing special about it. The meal came with a side of kimchi and honestly it was not good for me. I had to bring out my own kimchi to eat with the meal. It had a strong bitterness to the cabbage that you don't usually taste in kimchi. Almost a bad bitterness. Then the main course was the beef bulgogi. It looked dry but when I ate it I tasted a lot more flavor so I could tell it was marinated. For $20, I was not happy and satisfied with this meal.

The bustling atmosphere of San Pedro Market is a place I often go to, which means that I often pass by Master Shin while they have their "Prepping right now, order later" sign on their kiosk. When I noticed for the first time that the sign was gone and the kiosk was open, I thought it'd be a good chance to try it. I decided to get the kimchi dumplings, as well as the Pikachu Fried Chicken with garlic parmesan sauce. The service was decent (they let me put the sauce on the side which was nice), though one thing that was a little questionable was the fact that the kimchi dumplings were partially stuck to the packaging and took a small bit of paper with it as we took it. The dumplings also had a street food sort of texture, which was alright considering the flavor of them was still good but maybe not for the price that I was getting all of the food for.As for the chicken, the garlic parmesan sauce was relatively overwhelming on chicken that was otherwise relatively bland, but decently textured. Makes for a decent lunch, but unfortunately did not live up to the hype that it had in my head considering how many times I've encountered it when it looked closed. I'm unsure if I would come back again, but I do hope their other food options are better.

Located in San Pedro Square Market. This small spot offers take out. There is no one up front to place an order. They only have a kiosk machine. Food here took about 10 - 15 mins. I ordered the beef bulgogi. This dish was pretty tasty and delicious.

Four stars for the LA short ribs! I would return for that alone. The white rice was cold but I was so hungry that I didn't care. It tasted a day old, too. The slaw was a fresh surprise and reminded me of a Mexican slaw I have had before. I also tried the grilled chicken and it was delicious. It did take about 10 min to get the food on a Friday evening but I feel that is the case at most eateries here. They seem to be short staffed so you order via a electronic screen as you do for many places in the food hall now.

I got the Pikachu fried chicken with the original sauce. The chicken was very tender and cooked perfectly, very juicy with crispy outside and the sauce was great!

The food came out relatively quickly and the ordering was quick through the kiosk, though both the Korean tacos and the pikachick fried chicken were okay. the chicken was crispy and tasty, but one bite I knew there was a lot of sugar in both dishes. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure people love this, but sugar is like msg, it's an easy way to make something tasty. I'm sur e their shortribs and galbi are delicious, just not my cup of tea.

Master Shin is located in San Pedro Square and it's perfect for a quick, satisfying lunch. If you're in the mood for classic Korean food, this spot won't disappoint. The menu offers all your favorite staples, from bibimbap (my go to order) to bulgogi, and the best part? They whip up your order within 10 minutes, so you can enjoy a hearty meal even if you're pressed for time. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the prime location. Overall a chill spot for a flavorful bite thats fast and delicious.

[Food]- The #30 Curry ($20): For the price I felt like the portion was small. Curry was decent, rice was not as fluffy as I'd usually prefer. Chicken was pretty good, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Appreciated that they included some pickled radish. [Service]- Friendly and fast[Ambiance]- Located in San Pedro Square Market[Overall]- The dish I ordered was decent but unfortunately I can't say the price is justified as I've had better elsewhere and not as pricey.

I had the Kimchi dumplings. While they were tasty, I would like them to be more pungent and spicier. The casing was chewy, just how I like them. The noodles that were served with them were outstanding. Now I wish I had ordered those instead.Overall, great taste for the price, but I wouldn't order them again.
