My favorite Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. Great place to dine in or take out. A plus is that they have a complimentary ice cream machine, so make sure you get a ice cream cone before you head out :)Some of my fav dishes are the eggplant with spicy garlic sauce, cumin lamb, beef broccoli and tbh everything on the menu is delicious. Must try the sesame bread with green onion too!There's never a long wait here. Very quick service. Delicious food! I highly recommend Ma's Restaurant :)

I've never eaten at an Islamic Chinese restaurant. The restaurant seemed to draw a large Asian crowd, so I assumed it was going to be good, and it was. I ordered the spicy garlic chicken lunch special, which includes rice and sweet and sour soup. It was tasty and the portions were good. The service was quick and I never found myself waiting too long for anything. A great place for a work lunch.

This is a nice halal Chinese spot to come with a group as the portions are large and they are accommodating. It's located in a very busy plaza so if you come Friday-Sunday it can be a tad difficult to find parking. There is plenty of seating inside. I noticed that regardless of having a reservation you may need to wait 10-15 mins. The staff are always super nice and friendly. The food is overall good and they are fairly consistent. I love the green onion bread; it's a must have for me lol. All the other dishes were good/basic. The free soft serve is a cute/nice treat after the meal.

Tried Ma's a few years ago and instantly, it became the new (for me) favorite Chinese Restaurant! I'm not sure how long it's been open but the first yelp review was 18 years ago, I'm sure it's been longer than that too! Kicking myself for not trying it sooner after a long search of trying different Chinese restaurants after one personal favorite has closed down a few years ago. Better late than never I guess! The one search has always been the Sizzling Rice Soup! This soup is so underrated and so satisfying but not every restaurant makes it and the ones that do are sometimes not that good... the veggies/toppings matters! There's been some interesting toppings/veggies that just didn't go well together. Thankfully Ma's Sizzling Rice Soup is good. Another one is San Tung's SRS if you're in the city. Beef chow fun - I love chow fun because I love thick noodles. flavor is good too! Sizzling beef - comes out hot and stays hot from the skillet. would recommend Chicken Fried Rice - how can you not get fried rice The chicken is very light but mix a little hot/chili sauce is a nice touch imo! Beef chow mein - thick chewy noodles = favorite ever. Chow mein and fried rice might sound basic for some but the go to for others but personally, it'll be to go to here.Fried Chicken Wing - it came with sweet and sour sauce on the side. Crispy but not much to it and can pass next time.It's never been crazy packed busy during the couple of visits when dining in but there's always a ton of to go orders. Service has been fine each visit and the food is always good. Will def want to come back and try the rest of their menu!

Ordered via Food delivery app so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I choose the wonton soup and it did not disappoint. Order was dropped off piping hot, full of flavor and well loaded up with vegetables (what more do you need). Price was affordable and I would definitely like to explore the appetizers.

We tried 10 dishes per table for lunch. I would say only the steamed sea bass was decent quality. Even their most famous sesame pancake was unimpressive. The appetizers were okay, probably better than the main dishes in my opinion.

I am pleased that I stumbled upon this restaurant. It will quickly become one of my go-to Chinese places. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and although not very spacious, it provides a relaxed and pleasant environment to enjoy your meal. Moreover, the menu is quite varied and offers more vegetarian options than you would typically find in Chinese restaurants.Try their food and enjoy a complimentary dessert of ice cream!

Weeknight dinner. Was empty when we got there around 6. Got pretty busy while we were there. Not our first time here. We had 4 people and ordered 2 soup noodles, 1 chow mein, 1 veggie and a green onion pancake. The soup noodles are pretty big. The beef was more tender and softer than the oxtail. Everything is good. We fight over the green onion pancake. For dessert they have a self serve soft serve ice cream which is a great treat after dinner. Parking on a weeknight dinner is no problem. Don't leave anything in your car like anywhere else.

Really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Items are loaded with fresh large fresh produce with distinct sauces. shrimp resemble prawns, large and fresh. the house egg foo young is so big and distinct with sliced vegetables and their lamb dishes are filling but don't make you feel heavy. Extremely good, for the money undoubtedly the best.
