great Lulu's location! I have come here weekly for over a year, and it never disappoints. The food is incredibly delicious. Some of my favorites are "The Works" Taco + the enchiladas plate (with green sauce). We order ahead, and our food is always ready when we arrive. They stay busy - especially during the lunch time rush, but they are very efficient and staff is always so kind. Will keep coming back - hopefully forever! :D

Burrito was terrible! So bland! My eight-year-old could've made a better burrito ((and it wouldn't have cost me $14) . And when I ask for chips, it was nearly 5 dollars extra as opposed to any other place that gives them away for free with your order. The chips were the only saving grace.And after reading several yelp reviews, I think the staff should spend more time fixing the problems then talking to customers online here. Good luck!

The staff does not consistently follow directions for orders and as someone who does not like cheese and specifically asks for no cheese, it is very frustrating. The errors mostly occur when I place an order through DoorDash rather than eating in person. When they do get the order right- food is decent.

The food taste is a point. The salsa is on point, and the size of the burrito is a point.On April 4, our daughter had their open house at school. We usually order online customers, so when it was open house and we were hungry afterward, we said, "Let's go to lulus, why not?" So, we walked in at 7:15. I checked the time because they closed at 8 and I'm aware of that. We say hi a man approaches the cashier, and they start giggling and playing around. Mind you, we are ready to order because we usually order here. So I rudely interested them and said my order una quesadilla de pollo un burrito de al pastor and my husband gets his order so does My other daughter. And I go to the restroom WOOW what a surprise to me it was dirty and the cook had just laid a fat one in the bathroom mannn it stank so bad. At that point I'm like I hope he washed his hands and then it's my turn to wash my hands mind you good thing they had lays on the top of a little rack they had there but geeez that smell was hideous like he was sick or something. So I'm going to wash my hands. i washed them, and there's no napkins. So I'm stuck, like, how do I open this door without touching it? So I grabbed some toilet paper, and that's how I opened the door. Oh, and the straws are not wrapped. Be aware! I think we will stick to online and maybe the one in Campbell we've been to that one as well, and it's ok too. -1 star for professionalism and -1 Another star for sanitation and presentation.

I really do like the food here - fits my flavor profile nicely. Often order either 1) chopped salad with chicken, 2) Mexican brown rice soup, or 3) chile relleno super burrito bowl. All are delicious. Staff is very friendly and service timing is reasonable.

The food is delicious, however the phone orders we pick up are usually incorrect. Sometimes we get chicken instead of black beans & green rice instead of red. When adding lettuce to the burritos, it's either missing or a a few pieces are added. We are really not sure what is happening as we have them repeat our order back to us.

First time eating here. Best tacos I've ever had, I highly recommend the loaded street tacos.

Small portions, prolonged prep time, no regular Mexican food. Don't understand why it's still in businesses.

This is NOT a good place for gluten free, though their menu states items are gluten free, they do not use any precautions and though I've eaten there and not gotten sick (celiac), recently I was very sick (almost went to ER). Most restaurants in general do not take gluten free serious enough. I wish they would stop listing items on their menu as GF, when they clearly are not.
