Probably the biggest indoor playground I have ever seen in Bay Area. A lot of fun stuff. We spent 4 hours here. The stuff animal crane machine are quite easy to grab - we got like 10 animal here. My son loves this place.

Came with high hopes on a rainy day.... Left feeling like we all needed a bath. Does anyone clean this place? Seriously. Absolutely filthy directly after opening. Cupcake wrappers and discarded birthday hats in the play structure at 10:30am with no party going on. Spotted a total of 4 staff for the entire place. (One at check in, one in the snack bar, one in an office and one meandering around periodically). The only one in the play area was sort of aimlessly patrolling. Did not see a single person cleaning, sweeping, wiping anything down. Lots of garbage (literally) on the ground and inside the play structures. Mats, floor, play structures, walls.... Sticky, stained, super gross. I tried several hand sanitizers but none worked. We've been to two other indoor play spaces and neither was this gross. The pros: really did not see any kids unattended; all of the parents seemed to be close / monitoring so it wasn't a free for all. The equipment itself is really cool and there's a good variety of stuff for kids to climb on. If they gave this place a deep clean (& then maintained it) it would be awesome.

Funtropolous is an easy place to take kids to keep them busy especially during the summer for about 1.5 hours. I took my kids here on a Wednesday for their special. It wasn't too packed. There is one gated area for younger kids and about four other areas for kids 42 inches and taller. They have random access to activities announced over the speakers that keeps things interesting, such as access to the Bazooka room. There is also a rock climbing zone that requires an attendant as well as an outside small miniature golf area. The only downside is that it is hard to track your kids once they are in the apparatus. There may be some bigger kids that play rough. The building has AC and no weird smell. They have little toilets for kids. Place appeared clean. There are a number of prize machines and air hockey that is accessible with a game pass. There is plenty of parking. Workers were nice and courteous.. One must purchase their socks. They accept cash or card.

This is a hidden gem, I love that you paid for the entry and have unlimited time. I took off one star bc it needs a little of improvement in the pretend area lots of furniture just laying there with not interacting toys but the rest is amazing lots of different activities they can do, jumpers, climbing, structures, ball pits, dinning area, mini golf.. it's great for all ages!

We had our sons fifth birthday party here, we had the most amazing party host. Oscar was so helpful, kind and patient. We worked well with all the kids and you could just tell he has the most caring heart. We are so grateful to have him as our party host!

Nothing beats the original Jungle Island of my youth. I took my son here once as "Jungle Island" when he was a toddler and staff was negligent. We never came back.Took him for the first time as Funtropolous and I can't say the experience was any better. Had to go inside and hunt down staff just to check in and pay for entry. The place smelled of urine and was dusty like they don't clean. Undecided if I want to come back.

I've been wanting to take my kiddos here for a while now but after reading some of the reviews i was a bit wary. This passed week my kids had spring break so I ended up taking them here. Huge parking lot. (Well I came here on a Thursday afternoon). The lady at the front was very helpful and nice. You have to sign a waiver through their QR code. For three kids and an adult (if you want to participate, extra $5) along with socks came out to $80. Yes, that is a lot, but everything is included except the claw machine games and food. You can come in and out until closing time. So to get your money worth I would say come in at opening time! They have mini golf (don't expect it to be like golf land) but it's still can be fun for the kids to do a quick round. They also have some glow in the dark shooting game. That was fun and my kids loved that. They did it so many times. They have a toddler area blocked off for the little ones under 4 where they have pretend play, slides and spinning things. My family and I really enjoyed this place. Maybe cuz it was completely empty?! I'm sure this place is a zoo when it's the weekend. It was clean, the kids had fun, the staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back here again.

Came in for our first time. Place looks and feels dirty, trash left everywhere. We decided to make the most of it since we had already paid the entrance fee. We ordered pizza and chicken nuggets. As my 2 year old was eating a chicken nugget we noticed that the inside of the nugget was raw. Went to tell the person behind the food counter and she apologized and offered a new batch, which I declined as I didn't want to risk another bad batch and 2 my child had already ate some. No refund was offered of the nuggets. Shortly after we ended up leaving. Most likely wont be back here.

We brought our son here on 12/30/24. He had a great time! I had read the reviews and didn't know what to expect. It's a pretty clean environment for what it is. There is a lot of equipment and toys, and I think the staff do a great job of keeping it clean and organized. This is a child's indoor playground, not a sterile operating room. Also, the equipment is not brand new so it is not going to be in pristine condition.
