Little Chef Chinese Fast Food

Fast and affordable takeout Chinese food. When we arrived, they had a long line all around the restaurant which was promising. They moved very quickly for how busy they were.The food was tasty and they provided huge portions. Great for takeout, but during a rush it's too small and gets crowded to enjoy sitting down for dinner. Would eat here again!

We've been common here for 20 years!! Easy, delish and always hot and ready. Every customer seams happy with their large selections. I've taken co-workers here and they love it too.

Pretty hit and miss experiences at this establishment. It's Chinese takeout, so not expecting anything totally groundbreaking. But meat quality is sometimes suspect with really chewy, off-putting pieces. Food also doesn't seem totally fresh at times, but generally, the offerings are good. I get Szechuan chicken and chow mein. Have tried the house chicken and orange chicken, both have good flavor.Portion sizes are great, takeout plates really get filled up. Also very reasonable pricing, cheaper than Panda. Wouldn't go out of my way to stop by, but when craving Chinese takeout, it does the job.

Small American-Chinese spot with a parking lot and seating indoors. They have a large variety of different entrees to choose from. The service was quick and friendly.I ordered the house chicken, broccoli beef, and fried rice. They really pack up your plate and the whole thing is less than $13. The sauce on the house chicken is pretty similar to duck sauce, on the thicker side and a bit sweet. I also tried the 5 flavor chicken which was a bit disappointing, I was expecting a 5-spice flavor but it was kinda like general tso chicken. The beef was a tiny bit chewy but the flavors were good. However the entrees with both protein + veggies, there are way more veggies and not much protein.This is a solid, affordable spot and I would choose it over similar style chains to support the smaller businesses.

Fast inexpensive Chinese food, they give you so much food. Chow mein is pretty good and the orange chicken is good too. Wish there was a little more beef on my beef broccoli though. I also wish they had a shrimp option too rather than just chicken, although they got a ton a variety of chicken flavors. Parking does get packed and the lines can get pretty long, but their service is quick.

My favorite go-to Chinese place relocated to LG so I've been in search of a new local go-to. I was craving Chinese, too tired to cook and it was getting late. As always, I opened up Yelp and Little Chef had impressive reviews so I gave it a try. I've passed this place for years but never stopped in because it looks questionable from the outside and the area really isn't the best especially after dark. Needless to say, I got there before dark. The parking lot is small as is the restaurant which looks like an old Taco Bell building so points for character. Service was pretty disappointing. There were 3 women behind the counter. One was the cashier and the others were servers. When the man in front of me completed his order and paid I assumed one of the women would ask me for my order ... but they didn't. I was literally ignored. One woman went around back while the other decided to wipe down the back counter. Three men walked in and she immediately stopped what she was doing, looked passed me and asked "who's next?" Thankfully the guy behind me pointed at me and said "she was here first". Oy. So much for the great customer service I read so much about. (Insert eye roll here). Here's what I ordered: Two Entree Plate* Fried Rice - nothing special here* Beef & Broccoli - Beef was super gristly so most of it was in edible. The broccoli was fine but pieces were cut way too long and the over all flavor was pretty weak. * 5 Spice Chicken - wasn't bad. Cooked well and not greasy. Flavor was just okay. * Egg Rolls (3) - complete miss for me. Egg rolls should be crispy and these were anything but that. Not soggy just soft if that makes sense.Over all, I wouldn't come back which makes me sad since I like the idea of giving business to the small local locations. If I had to choose between here or Panda, I'd pick Panda. Sorry guys. One plus was the price (under $20) and the portion sizes are BIG. This combo plate will feed me for two if not three meals.

My husband and I stopped by here on a whim while headed to our Airbnb. It was a Friday night and the place was super busy, which is always a good sign. The location is an old Taco Bell, which is pretty cool. There is seating inside, but it's small. We ordered our food to go and took it back to our place to eat. We ended up sharing a 2-entree meal with an order of pot stickers. There was so much food! We both ate our fill and still have chow neon leftovers. And the best part was the cost! The total was under $20. The entree starts with your choice of white rice, fried rice, or chow mein. We got the chow mein, but people behind us were splitting the base between 2. We also ordered the spicy chicken and pork ribs. All of it was delicious and we will definitely go back.

Good fast and delicious, this is not a fancy diner but if you want great portions and fast delicious Chinese this is it! Super fast service and lots of options too. I was able to place my Togo order in and be on my way before my engine even cooled.

Big proportion great amount for pricing 10/10 will recommend definitely coming back. Every was just so good
