Price is right and the costillas de puerco en salsa is to die for. So far we've ordered that gorgeous dish, the chile relleno, quesa birras, gordita, and the shrimp taco. They are all dishes I want to eat again and again except for one...The only thing I wouldn't order again is the chile relleno because the tomato sauce was too "bright" - like it was crushed tomatoes with some sautéed onion and pepper in it and not stewed for very long. Looking forward to tasting and reviewing the rest of this awesome restaurant!

Random and unassuming looking food truck in the small lot between IKEA and a funeral parlor in a very Mexican East Palo Alto neighborhood. Here one will find some excellent quesa birria tacos and consume. We had been passing this often busy spot for a while now but today we stopped in and it was excellent. We got two tacos each - with the steak and barbacoa and with all the cheese and rich beefy flavors topped with onions and avocado crema it was filling and although a bit greasy and messy - delicious. Each order came with a cup of beefy rich consume for dipping - and truth be told I just drank mine after dipping them like a Mexican French dip roast beef sammie. We paid $22 for two plates of two tacos each (4 total) and two cups of consumme which seemed fair. Worth visiting ! Grab extra napkins !! Highly recommended !

I don't get to eat aporreadillo very often, but I know it's a dish of my people, Michoacan and though I did not grow up eating it (fam situations), there is something about this simple dish, a mixture of scrambled eggs, cured meat, and a tomato based sauce. Buen provecho

We had a long bike ride at the Bay Trail and hit Las Michoacanitas super hungry and thirsty. Portions are huge. My friends got horchatas (giant glass), I got tacos (amazing). I heard this place from a local in East Palo Alto. Definitely worth visiting. Car parking is tricky, prefer biking. There is a nearby street to park but that street is usually packed with cars coming to the restaurants around there.

Yes, yes and yes! Tried this place for the first time and i am in love! When I initially yelped this restaurant it showed as a taco truck, but to my surprise, it was a restaurant. There was no parking and that is my only complaint, but the food and the service was amazing. The girl who took our order gave us samples of the Horchata and Jamaica. She also explained the menu as it looked foreign to us. I have never heard of some of the items although my husband and I do come from the Latin descent. I don't live in the area but will definitely be visiting this place when I return to town.

The fish tacos is to die for here. I work an exit away and I can't believe I didn't find this taco truck sooner. They have a restaurant off university and taco truck by IKEA off Donohoe st. Definitely going here again to try other items on their menu!

No te dan recibo de la cuenta. Solo dan el monto total y no sabes si te hicieron bien la cuenta o no. La última vez pagamos $79 entre 3 personas. Hicimos la cuenta y no salía, al menos que se haya agregado el tip automáticamente pero era más del 20%. Estaría bien que dieran recibo y que de la lista de lo que se está pagando4. El tamaño del agua fresca disminuyó demasiado pero te cobran más. En otros lugares cobran $6 y te dan más agua.5. El ambiente no es tan familiar. He ido los fines de semana en la mañana y ya hay gente con cubeta de cerveza y la música del lugar ya está a todo volumen. Parece cantina. Entiendo que ocupan hacer más dinero pero no me he sentido cómoda cuando voy con mis niños a comer6. La dueña muy amable pero las meseras no son muy atentas. No saben disculparse cuando toman mal la orden7. Muy muy difícil encontrar estacionamiento. Se batalla y el señor de la pal market no permite usar su estacionamiento si no consumen en su propiedad y es válido. La última vez tardamos más de 10mins dando vueltas a ver si se desocupaba un lugar en la calle8. Por último, la comida muy muy rica. Nunca ha fallado el sazón y por eso es que le hemos dado tantas oportunidades. El restaurante también lo mantienen limpioOjalá tomen estos puntos en cuenta. Los pequeños detalles cuentan para que un negocio prospere

This place has the best fish and shrimp tacos so far. It has become my favorite place for fish tacos.The tacos are big enough that 2 will be good for anyone but if you're hungry 3 will be fine. I recommend this restaurant to everyone and have a great day
