Amazing Tacos! Love their tripa. Everything is amazing and the owner is always so nice! Even better, they just extended their hours! Woo hoo! This has been my go to for tacos since they opened. I usually go to Tres Reyes when I crave tacos at night but now they are open until 9pm.

The best tacos I've had! I've been coming to this truck since 2017 and the quality has never gone down. The owner is very kind and always strives for great customer service! I would recommend 100%.

I've had their tacos and quesadillas. My favorite is their Super quesadilla, but I have them include EVERYTHING inside the quesadilla instead of having it on the side. Just amazing! I've had the asada and pastor and both are so flavorful, tender, and juicy.

This place is by far the best taqueria truck in San Jose. I'm out and about all day trying different spots and Jose makes tacos the best. It's the perfect Carne asada taco.

Very delicious regular burrito and Horchata. Burrito was wrapped tightly. Not loose and didn't fall apart. Nice and spicy salsa that wasn't overwhelming. Gave a nice kick to it. Definitely would eat here again when I'm in the area.

Wow. Randomly stopped here for tacos because the other two times I tried to buy lengua, they did not have. This is a gem. The red sauce is incredibly good. So much flavor. For sure will be back.

Solid for a food truck. Got an al pastor super burrito for $7 flat. The al pastor is super flavorful. Marinated well and a nice hint of sweetness from the pineapples. Portions of meat were a bit smaller than I'd prefer, but were still appropriately generous for your average burrito. Worth checking out!

Great tacos really enjoyed the food here they are open Monday -sat till 4pm.They also serve birria tacos which I will be trying next

La Estrellita Taqueria is parked in furthest corner of Target's lot at Lexann & Silver Creek Road. menu: tostado deviche. pescado/camaron(2.95). tacos, super burrito, burritos, quesadiilla, aqua fresca, plates, coctel de camarone, etc.eats: lengua burrito (5.99)-medium, mildly spicy mix of lengua, beans, rice, onions,-no garnishes, chips, sauce given.-lengua bland but mix tasted very good.take outs:-quick service-senorita in line says food is very good.-no seating available.

My personal favorite taco truck. Customer service is great but their pastor is even better. Stop by if you're in the area.
