My daughter just turned 4 and we had an amazing time here! Shout outs to Annie and Leo helping us; they were so nice and friendly and took care of us. Leo greeted us, helped cut cake and helped with the clean up. We had chose the medium size party package which held up to 45 people in the room, but we had about 30 people in the room which was perfect. Since there was no party that was showing up after us, we took their offer of adding half an hour extension which was nice because we didn't feel rush. We had the party on a Saturday at 10am which wasn't very busy.There were negative yelp reviews which I had second thoughts about this place and that's why I was reading the fine lines in everything and asking them questions which kind of drove me crazy, but if you adhere to their rules and standards, then it's pretty straight forward. They weren't nitty gritty about the cost of things and were nice to offer help, my experience here was positive and I would totally recommend this place.

The workers here are nice and friendly. This place is small. This place was so fun for my toddler. If you rent out a party room you will only have two hours which that's not enough time in my opinion.

Too much clutter with non-working equipment stashed in the corner. During my first visit, the female front counter staff didn't even speak English.

We come here on a weekly basis for my kiddos since they love running around. We get the 10 pack but it's a card, I would recommend to management to get this in a digital format so when family lose it you're not just like sorry not replaceable.

WARNING DONT HOST YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE! IF I COULD PROVIDE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!Spent over $1200 for a LARGE PARTY PACKAGE, had some unexpected guests cancel on me very last minute, KIDTOPIA PROMISED TO REFUND ANY LESS HEADCOUNT, and honor some other accommodations and later on after billing, which took 4 days to close out AFTER our party, WTH, didn't honor any of it!They refunded less than half of what they owed me!And keep in mind during the day of event, such a horrid experience! Customers complaining (including us) of being assigned the wrong party room, QUINN breathing down our necks, their clueless staff (or should I say young staff that can't do much because they aren't giving enough authority), unorganized day of check in process!We will never play or host anything here again! Please spread the word Yelp friends!I was supposed to get about $400 back, and they refunded me less than $200.UNFAIR TREATMENT, SLOW CLOSE OUT PROCESS, LITTLE TIME WINDOW TO PARTY with their PACKAGES , UNRULY STAFF WHO DID LITTLE HELP TO MY EVENT! My partner was carrying 4 party trays of food, not one of them offered to help bring it to the room or offer him a cart. They did force him to try to sign ourselves in while holding the shit!THEY EVEN CHARGE .90 per drink and ONLY THEIR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED! Just so many unnecessary hassles and costs!

My kid loves this place. I love that it's an indoor play area with lots of soft structures so I don't have to worry about him running off and out of my sight. Really appreciate the tables and chairs there as well so that I can sit, work, snack, chit chat while my kid gets his energy out. I love that there's unlimited play in the weekdays and occasionally on the weekends if they're doing a promotion. Wish they would keep unlimited play for 7 days of the week.

We've gone to kidtopia several times. We usually go in the morning. We love how clean and safe it is! My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time there and never wants to leave. I've also gone to birthday parties and they're pretty good too!

We celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday at Kidtopia. I forgot the gentleman's name who was assigned to help us on 7/19/24 at 1:30 but he was awesome! He had the room already set up for us and he frequently checked in with us to see if we needed any help. I brought my own decorations and portable freezer for a DIY sundae bar which turned out perfect! Another pro was that it was less crowded on a Friday afternoon. A few con's was that the communication via email before the party was unresponsive and the water bottles provided in the package are mini sized. It was 94 degrees the day of our party so luckily they had the AC on. I'm not sure why the company would skimp on the water bottles...it seems they would still make a profit by providing 10 regular sized water bottles. Overall, it was a chill party, I would recommend it and do it again!

10/10 for kids under 7. They have so much to do here for children. Very unique but can be found in hidden commercial property. Someone was parked in the handicap parking lot when I arrived which irritated me but overall the staff was extremely nice and attentive. The place can get very busy.

This place is a total rip off. It is a tiny space. The party packages are so out of any reasonable price range. For what you get it is a total scam. DO NOT go there and DO NOT use this facility for your children's parties. 1. They do not have a private party space, a curtain separates two rooms. 2. The service is not worth a 20% tip. I do not blame the staff, I am sure they are trying to do their best. I blame the owners!! The fee for the party space is quite pricy and the tip for the staff should be taken from that fee. This is NOT a restaurant. 3. You have to bring in your own food and they charge you for their tiny little water bottles and capri suns....even for the cake cutter???4. We had less children and they didn't even give us a discount for that.The space is small and I wonder if it is cleaned properly???There was a $100.00 in extra charges for a tip, tiny water bottles and capri suns.REALLY folks? I recommend parents stay clear of this rip-off establishment.A very disappointed grandparent who help pay for this very BAD birthday venue.
