Best Breakfast Burritos in SJ. Happy Easter Been meaning to write a review since like 2022.

3.5, rounding up.Been living in this area since November 2021 and just tried it. I observed there is always a line. My expectations were high. I overheard the 2 in front of me ordered sopés and I saw a few folks that were enjoying their meal were eating sopés so I knew I had to order it. I'm a birria girl so I ordered their quesabirria tacos (comes w/ 3 and consume). I ordered a chicken burrito for Gavin. Speed was such an impressive quality. Despite the number of folks that were waiting for their food, we received our order in less than 10 minutes. They receive credit cards / debit cards so that is a huge plus. I do not carry cash ever. Their green (mild) and orange (spicy) salsa was extremely delicious. The orange salsa is spicy. I loved that one the most. Though we walked home w/ our meal, I did not anticipate for my quesabirria tacos to be soggy. It took us 12 min. to get home - same amount of time (or faster) if I DoorDashed. I was quite disappointed, but other than that the birria itself tasted flavorful. The consume was light and brought out the best of the birria. It wasn't overwhelmed by the chipotle peppers, guajil chile, and ancho chile. I appreciate not leaving red residue on my fingers. Gavin's burrito was good, but it was packed more w/ rice and beans than chicken. The sopés looked messy because of the walk. The presentation is not their doing. The carne asada had bits of grissel that I couldn't and didn't want to attempt to chew. The carne asada was a tad over cooked. The fried masa was bomb though.. fresh vegetables (shredded lettuce and tomatoes). Will try them again. Maybe we came on a not so good day.

Food from a truck at a gas station never tasted sooooo good. The tacos de birra, smack! The burrito de Carne Seca hella bomb. So if you like good eats man pull up, I am breathing heavy just thinking about the taste. Parking is kind of a hit or miss, and they are gone later in the afternoon so its best to go early. This was one happy pickle after this meal.

I have always seen this truck in passing and always see a line outside. I have since tried it about 4 times and it has been very consistent. The service is fast and friendly and decently priced. I typically get the Quesabirrila which comes in an order of 3 and consume. I am glad I gave this place a shot, as it has become my go to lunch spot for tacos when I am working from home.

Taco truck on the corner of snell and capitol expressway. It seems they share this location with taqueria conchetta. Both are good, but I'm actually not sure how consistent they are with their posted hours they say they'll be on the spot.Julie's tastes great and keeps to the old affordable pricing per taco we have all grown to love and seemingly now miss. As places price their tacos at $2.50 and up, Julie's start at $1.50 and up depending on choice of meat. They also cook the tacos to order versus having meat precooked as I've seen done in efforts to speed up time per order. Def a must try in South San Jose!

This taco truck is the best tacos for the money!! Like seriously, two dollars a taco and the meats are too good for the price! Salsa is okay, and they rarely have limes when I go. Still tho five stars because just eating the taco alone is great! So far I had about 20 over time.
