Good for a quick and delicious meal for traditional noodles. I prefer the traditional Lanzhou hand pulled noodle soup with the wide noodles. It wasn't too spicy and had a healthy portion of meat and noodles. The braised noodle soup tasted good but better with the additional chili oil. Have low expectations for the service since it's order by QR code and self service for refills and utensils. The pricing was somewhat misleading since you order off the website and gives you a discounted price $11-12 but when you pay it's more like $15/dish. Overall would recommend for a quick casual lunch or dinner!

With the weather getting colder, I was craving a hot noodle soup dish to warm me up.We came on a Sunday around 5:30pm and it wasn't too busy yet we weren't greeted, we were just handed physical menus and opted to choose a table. Each table also has a QR code to scan and order through. Beef noodle combo with large noodles with garlic cucumbers (crispy & refreshing!), tea egg, and shredded potatoes. This dish definitely hit the spot on a cold day.Zhajiang noodles included carrots and cucumber. Decent ratio of noodles to meat & veggie. There are a variety of noodle sizes to choose from. You can see the noodles being handpulled in the kitchen. Servers weren't very attentive and didn't offer to refill water until we were finished when asked for to go containers for our leftovers. Prices are reasonable given the portion sizes, and each of our dishes turned into two meals for us since we had leftovers. The next time I'm in the mood for noodles and I'm in the area I'd probably come here to satisfy that craving!

Initially, we came here as an alternative option to Ox9, but the mouthwatering aromas of the spices in the broth lured folks into Jinweide. Thankfully, the wait isn't bad since they are so fast!Beef + Pickled Veg Noodle Soup: Our favorite by far since the broth hits just right. It's deep and complex but pure and simple all at once. Their pickled mustard is also excellent. Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup: Has daikon, soup base is cleaner than the pickled veg soupRoujiamo / Chinese Hamburger: A bit dry and flavorless Zha Jiang Mian: Nothing to write home about. The default noodle is hand-pulled noodles, but taste is ok from the sauce to the ground pork. We tried both the flat and hand-pulled noodles. Though I normally enjoy flat noodles, they were a bit softer here for my taste. The hand-pulled noodles are delicious, chewy and long!Beef was tender and generous, so no complaints there! Service was good both times we came here, and it's easier to accommodate kids than Ox9.

Life is better with a bowl of Lanzhou Hand Pulled Noodles!In the cold, misty town of Millbrae, this restaurant is the perfect place to stop by if you're hungry and cold. Stepping into the restaurant, the interior of the restaurant is gorgeous, as it constantly pays homage to its loots in Lanzhou.The service was incredibly fast. Less than 5 minute of placed my order, my Braised Beef Noodles had already got served to my table. I also got the see a gentleman (speaking with a northern Chinese accent so you know it's going to be food) making the noodles from scratch.The only thing stopping me from giving this place 5 stars was the broth flavor and meat portions. When I first tried it, I found the broth quite bland. I had to put vinegar and chili oil to make the broth more flavorful. I also found out that the ratio of noodles to meat/vegetable/toppings was incredibly huge. Aside from that, this place really lived up to the hype! I left satisfied, what else could I say?

The traditional hand pulled noodles with beef in this casual restaurant are delicious and fresh. You can see them hand pull after your order.Another must try is the pan fried buns. 3 for around $9. Service was fast and efficient.

Great experience here! Specialized in hand pulled noodles. It was so tasty and delicious! I think the broth is spot on with spice and flavor. The bowl is large so just be mindful if you don't eat much. Me and my friend took leftovers home with some extra soup! Such great service as well! They also have a few appetizer selections but the noodles were enough to fill me up. The interior is really nice and spacious, Yan can cook visited as well! There is a tv playing his visit which I adored will definitely be back.

Their noodles definitely had a perfect amount of QQ chewiness, marbled beef slices were excellent and the radish slices were perfect complements. Everything was so appetizing-ly plated in flavorful clear broth. I didn't know there was such a good hand pulled noodle store here, and would come here a lot if they were closer to South Bay!Fast and super courteous service!

Got uber eats while at a hotel. Got pork bun, Veges, oil noodle and lamb skewers. Flavors good on all and price reasonable. Pork burger was one of the better ones I've had - good flavor, good bread , not too greasy
