Jesus Mexican Restaurant

I've seen this place for over two years while driving by , before one Friday evening I decided to check it out ! It was a great decision. I give this place a solid 4.5 star bawd in my past 3 visits. The food is authentic and flavorful. Service was friendly and to the point. I haven't tried the seafood options west but the meat options have all been great. Chili Releno , chili Colorado are my favorites. Would definitely recommend this place.

I went back to eat there chili rellenos. I had eaten there a couple of years ago. They're fresh chilis roasted not out of the can. I took my daughter there and she would definitely bring her family there. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. Family oriented. So glad they are still around.

This place has great Mexican food. I came to meet a friend for dinner and we brought our daughters here too (daughters are around 3 years old). I ordered the Chicken mole and it was pretty tasty. Overall experience was good as our server was pretty attentive.

Best home style Mexican food in the South Bay Area ! I would even say the entire Bay Area. I travel from San Jose when I am craving their enchiladas Rojas. The sauce is homemade, and very authentic. ITS ALWAYS A HIT! Their carnitas are fire too. DO NOT sleep on this place, you'd be doing yourself a disservice. I've tried Mexican food all over the Bay Area and nothing hits better than Jesus. Service is always good, friendly and attentive. Prices are also very fair.

Best home style Mexican food around town. Jesus is our go to place for Mexican food. Their chili Rellenos are the tastiest of all I've tasted. We usually also get Pico De Gallo which has avocado in it. Friendly employees.

I have been going here off and on for a few years now. It maybe look like a hole in wall place, but the food is the best around. I come all the way from San Jose to eat here. The service is sometimes slow, but like i said the food is best around and worth it. The resturant is family owned. I usaually get their chicken taco plate dinner or sometimes their chili colorado dinner. Their prices are pretty responableas well. I forgot to mention their chips and salsa are really good too. I believe the chips are homemade.

Enchiladas and mi chevalas are where it's at! Service is always Amazing. Everyone is always helpful no Matter where you sit and they're kid friendly.

When to Jesue base in good reviews, totally the opposite I ordered beef tripe (menudo) was mostly broth and a few beefs tripe. Tried to support local business but they do not meet basic requirement that is please to the customer. I complaint to the waitress and she really didn't care she say that, that is the way it is. Will not return to Jesus for sure and will give my business to others restaurants.

I am a Jesus Restaurant fan! We find the food delicious! And the atmosphere casual and not pretentious. Their food reminds me of home. The beans and rice are excellent - which is almost impossible to find in most Mexican restaurants. Love the Chili Rellenos - my favorite order with eggs on a Sunday morning. They make the best Menudo in town, available every day of the week. Generous servings whatever you order.Family run. Been going to Jesus since the 1970's. Consistently reliable. Good place to meet with family, they can handle a crowd well.I see some of the reviews about friendliness and service. It's true that they are not going to greet you at the door, all smiles and guide you to your seat. You have to figure that out yourself - sit wherever you want. And when you're done, they don't bring the check and take care of you there - you figure it out that you have to take it to the counter and pay there. So, it's different! Casual!We've always found the service at the table to be excellent. Very nice people, great food.Highly recommend.
