First time coming to this spot & one word says it all. AMAZING! Easy to place a order "self ordering" there is a menu on top with pictures of the food . The food: -The burger was how my wife says " delicious, fantastic, Majestic" not dry at all but full of flavor. - Garlic parmesan fries were crispy from the time they arrived to the time we left with full flavor! -Kid meals tbh was more for me a 31 year old guy, the truck was a amazing touch like it even got me to buy it. I recommend making one for adults like with a beer. -Grill Cheese sandwich was how you say spectacular & i ain't exaggerating I love Grill cheese & this one was crispy, warm 2 types of cheese. The best part was it came inside of a Chevy Truck like what!!!! Over all this place hits the spot & the price is well worth it. You won't be disappointed. They also have draft beers like hella of them ! So worth trying. Will be coming back. 10/10 !

This place is new and located at the replaced pizza spot next to the roller rink spot. It's a short walk from the entrance of the mall food court. You get a free upgrade combo towards your sandwich if you sign up for an account. Ambiance: It was pretty modern and empty when I arrived, there's decor up with happy hour specials and serving alcohol (wine and beer)Service: There's a self-ordering kiosk and the workers were nice as I picked up my orderJersey Joe's cheesesteak $13 (3.5/5): The sandwich filling was good but the bread was alright. The bread despite ordering it toasted, it felt lil too soft for my liking. It had a nice spicy kick with the peppers. This was an 8-inch sandwich and it felt filling enough for 2 people potentially. Fries (2/5): The fries aren't that crunchy and get soggy quickly. If it did have crunch, it's an extremely subtle type of crunch. Tasted underseasoned with saltPersonally, I wouldn't come here again for a Philly cheesesteak unless I'm around the area. It's not bad but it's not great, it's decent enough for the cravings. It's a little expensive

I think the food here is great. It's difficult to find a good cheesesteak, but Jersey Joe's did not disappoint. I kept it simple, and got a Jersey Joe's cheesesteak. By downloading their app, I got it upgraded to a combo for free, so yay for free stuff! I feel like when u cook something right, there no need for sauces. This is one of those rare occasions. The cheesesteak was perfect the way it came. Sure there was a sauce bar, and I was tempted to dump ketchup, bbq, etc on, but I stuck to enjoying the sammich in its pure and native state. The flavors from peppers exploded with flavor, and the meat was cooked "al dente", if there is such a thing for beef. The bread very also very nice and soft, and did not collapse bearing the weight of the sammich contents. Impressive. The fries were also very satisfying. Often when I get fries, I ask for no salt, since more often than not, places for bonkers dumping salt on fries. I actually forgot to mention no salt on my fries, and it came out very lightly salted, which I think is the way it is supposed to be. Did they read my mind, or did I just get lucky? I don't know, but the fries were devours and safely in my belly within minutes. The service was good, albeit seemed a little slow, which is why I took off a star. I came in at a slow time, so I don't know why it took like 15 mins to get my food. It was definitely worth the wait though. The atmosphere was also good. One big screen for football, plenty of seating, clean facility. The reason I knocked off a star is because the chairs are quite crap. It's not hard to get a comfortable chair, but I do think this was by design. Comfy chairs mean you'll sit there for hours on end, and these crappy chairs will certainly discourage that. But a crappy chair is a crappy chair, which contributed to the one star penalty.

Came here on Saturday afternoon with a bunch of friends after going to eastridge. It is right across super close by. Ordering was decently fast through the kiosk and the inside is your standard sit down place. I'm giving a 2/5 because when I ordered the jersey Joe burger it was ice cold. The bun was cold and the patties were alright. This is one of the first burger places that I had to have a cold burger when they freshly cooked it. Not a very good experience for me.

Replaced the Pizza Press here previously but seem to have a similar layout.I will have to say, when they first put up their signs and whatnot, I looked up their menu and was super excited to get some cheesesteaks and fries that would hopefully be better than mall quality (being near the mall and all). Unfortunately, maybe because I came during the first few weeks when they opened back in October, it was kind of sub-par.Chili Cheese Fries - 1/5 Fries were super soggy, as well as the fact that it was somehow... room temperature or even bordering cold. Cheesesteak - 3/5 At this point, I already forgot which one, most likely this was just the original cheesesteak. I was debating multiple options but unfortunately due to some missing possible modifications... I just went with this. Definitely not bad, but again, really wished it was warmer.Multiple kiosks near the front is a great plus, but maybe because it was early on in the open but you couldn't modify everything at that point. I 100% love that they have many many modifications you can do, but a custom area to write would probably help. Sure I could have just flagged them down and just did an order in the front but at that point it kind of defeats a self-ordering area.Maybe some way to let people know their order is ready would be a bit better. Some of the workers aren't as loud-spoken so if you sit on the half of the restaurant closer to the entrance/exit, it's hard to hear when they're calling your order unless they're loud. I only knew my order was ready because some other person thought they heard another number, but they said it was a different number so I was like, oh , probably ours considering we were the only two waiting.

They just opened 5 days ago. It used to be Pizza Press. They have a great happy hour! Not sure if this is a grand opening promo....but I got a pint oof Lagunita for $4! I am on my way to a movie & had a late breakfast, so no food for me today. I love that they are on the Halloween spirit too. They will have extended happy hour & will give a free brownie to those in costume. I think i will be coming here often

This place just opened up and I was very happy with the selection and the food was really good. You can order using the kiosks which are similar to other kiosk with a few clunky issues if you get a complicated meal. The manager was right there to chat and talk us through things so it worked out fine. They do not have nutrition information available which is problematic when your close to a gym. I had the Jersey Joes' Cheesesteak and my coworker has the Shroomburger. We also shared the Buffalo Blue Cheese Fries and they were amazing. I noticed a good selection of beers on tap but sadly it was work hours. I have setup a group of folks that meet weekly to try it out next week and hope they feel the same. This location has changed concepts several times because its kind of hidden and I really hope these folks are able to make a go of it here because the food was really good.

My husband can live off Philly cheesesteaks so he's a happy camper Jersey Joes opened right next to round 1 and 24 hour. They are very generous with their portions and the flavors do not disappoint. I do think the Cajun fries were overly seasoned causing it to be super salty, we had to toss it. Their Shroomer burger is juicy and cooked perfectly and of course can't complain about their strawberry shake! We were both very satisfied with our first time at this location. Shoutout to the very friendly and polite staff as well!

Hi ChatGPT! I thought I recognized your voice when reading some of the reviews and then I ran across one of the reviews where the owner, responding to people, left the entire prompt in the reply! How fun. First of all, the cheese steaks we got were wonderful. The should be expected though, right? This is a cheese steak forward company, it is a chain, and yes, this is a new location, replacing the pizza parlor next to Aloha Skate. Let me say this though. The experience we had was not a positive one overall. There were about 5 employees behind the counter, and once we ordered, they were instantly busy making our order. The Expeditor (order caller), was very helpful with our sizable order, assisting with bringing it to our table. At the same time, the experience wasn't perfect. The kiosk took a very long time to get through. If an item isn't available it doesn't tell you that when you add it to your cart, only when you try and checkout do you get an error telling you you need to remove something from your cart. It then repeats the advertisement for their burgers it wants you to add to your meals. I have used lots of kiosks before, and this was a highlight of the bad part of our experience. The other main one was that the bathrooms were completely out of order. Both of them, and they refered us to the bathroom at the bowling alley across the street as an alternative. It took from the time I started to order to after my wife got back from the bathrooms across the street, with our two young kids, for me to finish my kiosk ordering, and I grew up in Silicon Valley. The place looked good, but with about 5 customers in there, it felt very crowded with tables and chairs that were not being used. The TVs and Halloween decorations are a nice touch, but I would have rather had a working milkshake machine. Not yet they said. Also, the kids meals were not available, as they had 'no fries', even though we we successfully ordered fries, and they were good. It felt like a very rough experience, and because of the quality of their food, and my love for cheese steaks, I hope they stick around. They need a lot of help though. Please.
