I had been wanting to try this place for awhile.I will say I was hella hungry when I came in, had been craving Tikka Masala for weeks lol... went straight to the kiosk and ordered. I ended up waiting for at least 30 minutes, during which I couldn't help but to notice how filthy the place really was. At that point I had already ordered so I literally just prayed over the preparation of the food in my head the whole time. At this point it had been longer than I expected so I had to get change to go refill the parking meter. Did that, came back, waited another 15-20 minutes or so. I should have checked my bag before I left but I didn't smh. I was starving at that point. I got all the way home just to find out I didn't even get what I ordered. It was some yellow/coconut curry, not Tikka Masala... Trying to be patient, I called the restaurant with intentions of coming back to get my order fixed and the guy acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and hung up in my face. At this point I'm starving and irritated. I drove back and showed them my order and both the cashier and the chef told me that what I had was, in fact Tikka Masala. Now, I am aware that in different parts of the country, curries and cuisines vary. I love all kinds of curry. I just wanted what I wanted, and the photo on the menu literally looked NOTHING like what they gave me. The cook told me that it looked like that because he "didn't put the color in it." Excuse me, huh? WHAT color? lol I've been eating Tikka Masala since I was a kid and the red color always came from the tomato base. I'm assuming he thought I didn't know any better, but yea he was straight up trying to gaslight me into believing yellow coconut curry was Tikka Masala lol smfh.He went to the kitchen and brought me a little sample cup of the same sauce and had me try it. Was it tasty? YES. Was it Tikka Masada? NOT EVEN CLOSE. lol. At this point he offered to make it for me again but I saw no point in waiting another 45 minutes for him to cook the same thing.. lol wth... why would I do that. I don't like arguing or creating a scene so at this point I'm just fed up and decide to take the L. I went home and just ate what I had. The curry for what it was, was ok. Tasted lw like Thai curry. The roti just tasted like hella oily flour and I couldn't do it. The samosa was flavorful. However, right after eating it my heart started beating hella fast and I was light-headed. I checked my heart rate and it was at 116 bpm which was crazy because I'm still fairly young, no heart issues. Idk if there was just too much sodium or what... but yea at the end of the day I was real disappointed on so many levels and I would never go back.

This new place popped up on DoorDash recently. There is a scarcity of good south indian restaurants near Evergreen so was glad to see this on the map. The prices are also reasonable compared to other restaurants offering similar food. The food:1. Chicken Tikka Dosa: Haven't had this combination before. The dosa was very yummy and filling. 2. Mushroom 65:Another unique dish. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked. Slightly crunchy on the outside and soft inside. A little spicy. Loved the taste. 3. Chicken 65:Similar preparation as the mushroom. Liked this as well. 4. Vijayawada Egg Biryani:The rice was flavorful. 5. Masala Dosa:Compared to the chicken tikka dosa, the filling was considerably less. The taste however was good. Will order again.

I really want to give this place a 5 star but I just am not able to. The establishment itself leaves you very underwhelmed. Dirty . Filthy bathroom. Really needs to be cleaned and decluttered . Staff seem nice . Hard working but very unorganized. Took is 65 minutes to get our order . Food itself was good . Very flavorful but that alone will not bring me back here . Wish you all well: you have a good establishment in the making .

I went back last week:5 stars for the chicken dish that starts with an A. It might be Anda or Anha or Anrha or something. But it tasted better than the chicken from Whole Foods, better than at Sakoon, at Swaad, at Punjab Cafe, at Desi Express, at Sankranti, and better than at the Halal Shack at San Jose State. Again, this is just for that Chicken dish that started with the A.

Picture this: I called to place a to-go order, expecting a delightful exchange of pleasantries and maybe even a suggestion or two. Instead, I was treated to the rare experience of encountering a phone operator who clearly missed their calling as a drill sergeant. My first mistake? Daring to order from their Google Maps menu--a menu that, as it turns out, is as fictional as a unicorn. Now, I'm no expert in mind-reading, so when I ordered a dish they don't serve, the response was nothing short of a dramatic performance. I could practically hear the eye roll through the phone. The grand finale? He hung up on me. But wait, the plot thickens! I called back, determined to give them a second chance. This time, they graciously took my order.Fast forward to my arrival. The pièce de résistance? Nothing was ready. The chef, or maybe it was the owner (who knows, really?), had just "stepped out"--probably to find a menu that actually matches the one online. In conclusion, if you're in the mood for some outrageously unprofessional service and a dining experience that's more mystery than meal, this is your place! Bon appétit!

Tried the chicken tikka dosa, cauliflower 65, chicken wrap, chicken tikka masala and paratha bread. So delicious! So. Much. Flavor. This place is really good and I highly recommend it. It's also very well priced because we spent $65 on all of that including tip. You can hear them making it fresh for you, which was really awesome. My personal favorite was the chicken tikka dosa. Never tried anything like it and seriously loved it. I was worried it would be soggy but they got the concept down pat! Very innovative. Service was quick, maybe 15 minutes. Staff is friendly. Ambiance is very simple and more suited to takeaway.
