Group of ten so we go to try out a lot of different things. All dishes were solid (garlic eggplant, minced beef jook, beef chow fun, stir fried green beans) but the stand outs were the pan fried noodles (jeen meen) and the salt and pepper cod filets. Ambiance was just what we were looking for. Old school HK Cantonese restaurant but clean. Service was as expected for HK style. Eat here!

I don't know how many times I've passed by this place over the years. I don't even know how long it's been here, but I'm guessing it's been here a while and gotta give 'em credit for their persistence and existence. But I do l know that I've been here....and I don't remember much about it. Let me explain: I do recall that I was in the area for a Doctor's appointment and maybe decided that it was time to give 'em a try. Service was friendly and nice as I was promptly seated upon entering. The place wasn't too busy and when I was handed the menu, I guess I ordered from their lunch special and chose the Beef and Chinese Broccoli over Fried Rice and Salt & Pepper Fried Tofu to start. I don't remember how they tasted. I mean, I know how each ingredient should taste like, but I don't remember enjoying them. Maybe I was in auto-pilot mode as I was eating, or maybe I was preoccupied of thinking about something that day. Was I satisfied, or was it an act of providing necessary sustenance during the course of another day? As I sat there on the table, I looked around and noticed the place looked dated. Like 80's style decorations but lacked nostalgic feeling. Then I thought to myself...why are there so many Chinese restaurants named Andy's. And who the heck is Andy. Andy, you've got some explaining to do.Andy: "I don't remember."

Here is an update review on my second time coming here at this amazing restaurant.I haven't been here in five months and the BBQ pork chow main and the potstickers were so good and the lemon chicken with zucchini were crunchy and i had extra lemon sauce in the chicken. The potstickers were fat and juicy and the service was great just like last time so if you live in the area come here for the best food and service. Trust me i'm the most pickiest person so if i'm telling you something is great gooo and run to the restaurant and enjoy it you will thank me later. Thanks for reading my second review! ~Lizzie~ ;)

This was a return visit and I am glad I came back. The food was prepared promptly and it was delicious. The service is attentive and they know what they are serving. The ambiance is casual with bright lights and average noise. Will return!

Seen this place around for ages and finally got a chance to try it out. It's seems to a nice regular spot for regulars and there seems to be more take out than dine in.The ambiance was pretty laid back and they didn't seem to be in a rush to kick you out since most of the orders were to go so it looks good when the restaurant has people in it. We ordered beef chow fun and salt and pepper chicken wings. The food was mediocre and the service was okay. Just your regular hole in the wallwith nothing to make it stand out. Beef chow fun - 3/5. The beef was in large slices (not bite size) and although there was plenty of it for the noodle ratio, it didn't have a lot of flavor. My biggest disappointment was that the bok choy was overcooked and soggy. Salt and pepper chicken wings - 3/5. There were more wings than I expected and it would have been great if they just called it fried chicken wings but the salt and pepper ratio was off so it tasted like plain wings or super salty wings. Overall the portions are large but the quality is just average. Sorry!

Small little restaurant in a strip mall that serves authentic HK comfort food. Service is fast and friendly. Of all things we tried, what was MIND blowing was the: Coffee Ribs - Sweet and savory, with a whiff of coffee, MUST TRYAnyways, I definitely recommend y'all stop by when you're in the area.

Andy's is my go-to stop if I'm craving Chinese food when I visit my relative over here. I always order the tofu with shrimp because it's Andy's trade mark, I think it's called San Pang Tofu. The chow foon today could have been improved if there was more flavor but it still was decent. And the fried wonton soup called in my broken Chinese hong toh yee foo wonton soup. And the bitter melon is called foo gua is my grandma's favorite, today we ordered it with fish. See photos for better accuracy. Service is quick. Ambiance is a typical Chinese restaurant in SF area. Thanks Andy's!

Quaint little hole in the walls with no frill service and good food! You know you're in the right place with authentic food when the aunties rapidly speaking their native language and the tables and decors are giving Classic Chinese restaurant's vibe. The focus here isn't the frills and the interior design but the food that speaks for themselves. I ordered salt and pepper pork chops and the pieces are generously seasoned and very huge! Will return again

Stopped by to get lunch and this time we ordered: Hung Tao Yee-Fu won ton soup. The broth cane with crunchy wontons in a broth filled with artificial crab, egg whites. It's always good. We tried the salt pepper chicken wings. Fried crispy and piping hot and covered with chopped jalapeños. They do this dish very well. Our last dish was green pepper black bean beef chow fun. Tasty with nice whole pieces of Blk beans. The meal was very satisfying compared to other times we've been here. Hats off to the chef today.

I ordered and take out Monday, December 23. Food was ready after 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, we ate the food and it was still hot. Sweet-and-sour chicken was excellent. The beef fried rice was tasty yet missing salt.
