We got here at 10 AM for dim sum on a Sunday and it was already getting busy. By the time we left there were a few cars circling for a spot to park.We were seated on the first floor and we were treated to a really nice view of the Bay. Our friend who has frequented this location said the second floor views are not good due to the windows only showing the sky.I normally care mainly on the taste of the food, but there were a few things that could really bother other potential customers, so listing that out here. One was our teapot - it had so many dried leaves sticking to the outside, it seemed intentional. No one else had a teapot that looked like ours. Another issue was a really small piece of plastic in one of the dumplings (maybe from a chipped bowl). I just spit it out and went on with the meal. The food:Chow Fun with Seafood and Scrambled Egg - We almost always get our chow fun "dry", but this time ordered a seafood version "wet". This was my favorite thing we ordered - chow fun, seafood, a little egg and veggies - simple, yet tastyThe dim sum was all pretty good - Chang fen, meat balls, pork in tofu skin, steamed dumplingsFried Seafood Dumplings in Clay Pot was one we tried and thought it was basically expensive potstickers, so we would stick to the normal stuff.Only complaint I would have on the food taste was the Egg Yolk Lava Bun (Liu Sha Bao) didn't have a runny filling. It was kind of like a Custard Bun (Nai Wong Bao) but with better flavor.Definitely a solid spot for dim sum and very reasonably priced. I can see why it is a popular place.

Dim sum with the family. It was about 16 of us. We all squeezed in at a big round table. We of course came on a weekend. The place is very popular. It was also featured on Guy's triple D years ago. I did make reservations ahead of time, but we still waited for a little over 45 minutes. Their system is not very efficient. The parking is very challenging. The food was very good overall. A little bit on the pricey side for dim sum. We also ordered off their menu, some chow fun, chow mien, fried calamari and some other dishes. The menu items were also good. You order your dim sum on a menu chart. The server will come by to pick up the slip and submit your order. There were 16 of us and we ordered a lot of food. Our bill was no joke. LOL. Service. I think the service could be better. I know the place was very busy, but they were not there when we needed something. It was kind of bad. Overall, I would come again. If I can help it, weekday would be a better choice for the parking and service.

Came 5 minutes after opening on a Friday morning and there was no initial wait for a party of 3. Service was extremely slow here, slower than any other dim sum place I've been to. Food came out even slower than the service and some dishes like our shrimp roll was cold by the time it got to our table. A lot of staple dim sum was a big miss for me (har gow, siu mai, chicken feet, baked bbq bun, shrimp roll, stuffed eggplant). The only good dish we received was garlic pea sprouts which came out timely and still warm. Place is large but expect to be ignored if you're in the back room and chasing down waiters. So many good dim sum places that are more worth the time and money.

We had our wedding reception banquet at Grand Harbor, and it was great. The food was really good and the restaurant was willing to accommodate substitutions. Steven, the manager, was great to work with and had good recommendations for vendors. Service during the reception was very accommodating, especially for our sweetheart table, and helped facilitate a fun, celebratory atmosphere. Thank you Grand Harbor for hosting our wedding reception!

A legit Canto dim sum spot that's has one of the craziest waits I've seen for weekend dim sum. This restaurant is tucked away in sleepy Burlingame by the highway, but all the Chinese families congregate here on the weekends haha. I also came with my family, and although the wait was pretty awful (40+ min?) the food was indeed authentic and immigrant parent-approved. The fresh boiled shrimp was definitely the highlight. We also got some 煲湯, egg noodles, and other dishes. The service is pretty slow unfortunately too once you get in, but if you're not in a rush the food is worth a try!

I came here for my father in law's birthday lunch with a party of 7 total and we didn't have a reservation but were able to get a table immediately on a saturday around 11am! It's very spacious inside with a ton of seating, great for larger parties. We picked a tea and ordered several dishes that came out really quickly, so we were able to finish within 1-1.5 hrs! In terms of the food, I think the dimsum and veggie dishes were pretty solid but the duck was definitely on the drier/tougher side. If I come back, I'd definitely focus more on the dimsum!

A friend of mine was raving about this restaurant so we made a stop the next time we were nearby. The restaurant is massive and can be used for giant parties. We were given a window table and the service was on point. The employees seemed happy to work there. The manager was extremely knowledgeable with the food and we ended up pleased with our choices. Make sure to ask for their Shanghai Dumplings. They were amazing. We will definitely be going back soon but with many more people!!!!

I came here Sunday afternoon with some friends and the wait wasn't too long. The parking lot was more busy than the check-in area. They have an efficient check-in system and we were seated within 10 minutes. There were two floors with a nice view of the SF bay and it was easy to order the food. However, some dishes did take a while to come out. Overall, food was good and reasonable priced like any dim sum restaurants.
