Came here with a party of four for lunch, and at about $25 per person, it was a fantastic deal for the quality and variety of food we enjoyed.Service is quick when it comes to seating, but given how busy this place gets, the servers can be stretched thin and may not always be the most attentive. That said, they work hard to keep things moving, and the lively, bustling atmosphere is all part of the authentic dim sum experience. The restaurant itself is spacious and vibrant, with an open dining area that adds to the lively ambiance. To the right, paintings/pictures while to the left, fresh seafood tanks showcase the ingredients that make their dishes shine. They serve all the classic dim sum staples, and for locals like us, this place is always a go-to. My personal favorites? The sticky rice with chicken--comforting, flavorful, and perfectly textured--and the chicken feet with abalone sauce, which is rich, tender, and absolutely delicious. If you're looking for an authentic dim sum experience, this place won't disappoint. Whether you're a longtime fan or a first-timer, it's well worth a visit!

A solid 3.5 star. Came here for dinner and turned out to be better than expected. Some dishes were better than the others. The tofu fish filet pot was overly sweet and marinated with too many strong seasonings, overpowered all the ingredients, which made the dish tasted " artifical".The steamed chicken was tasty and perfectly cooked. In general, their portion size was a tad larger than most places. Great place for a large family gathering.

Expensive set dinner menu with very small quantities. The lobster was tiny. Very few scallops or abalone. The Chilean sea bass came as small pieces including bone instead of a standard large piece of meat. Most dishes were filled with vegetables to make it look more sizable. The taste was okay but I was disappointed by the quantity and quality for the price. There is also an automatic tip added that you cannot adjust. I heard this place is good for dim sum, but I wouldn't recommend it for a seafood dinner.

Found a short black hair in our fried shrimp balls, and I spoke to the owner, her response to me was "it wasn't there when we bought it out" WTH?? My daughter returned from Santa Barbara for president's weekend, and she was craving for some dim sum and I took her here. Can't believe this is how the owner handled the situation, and i waved the manager again, he apologized and took the shrimp balls away, removed charges and told us don't eat it. Dang, that was my daughter fav dish, should not him change a new plate for us? Anyway, my daughter didn't want me to argue with them and so we left, our bill still gets charged 18% gratuity mandatory. Very bad service!! They don't know how to deal with customers.

I'm in between 3 and 4 stars, but I think the main reason I'm dropping to 3 is because of the prices and they nickle and dime you for every little thing - automatic tip (even for a party for 3), 20 cent bag fee (technically I didn't even ask for a bag, I asked for a box and they gave us a bag with us, is 20 cents the norm for bags now?), and hot tea I know is always a charge but eh $1.80pp when we really don't drink that much tea... but also, how do you have dim sum without hot tea?Anyways, aside from the charges mentioned above, the food was really good!! Don't judge us for choosing this place despite not being seafood eaters... we were mostly just craving noodles and the shrimp! So we got-Beef chow fun - delicious! They did not skimp on the beef, and the beef was very tasty, and not chewy.Sticky fried rice - my first time ever trying sticky fried rice and I am addicted, I might come back just for this honestly! Siu mai - this was fineFried shrimp balls - not super crispy on the outside and inside was ok, maybe pass next timeBbq pork biscuits - these were great! Flakey on the outside and yummy bbq on the insideShrimp rice noodle roll - great chew and very flavorfulPork belly - no clue because they ran out

Came in for dinner on saturday night, plenty of seating. It seems most of the dishes are in the 20s range, not too bad. 1)seafood and tofu clay pot- seasoning a little on the light side than I am used to but not a big deal. Mom suspects they might have used a vegan oyster sauce, so it seems a bit sweeter?2) french steak bites- the manager described it to have a sweet profile, so we thought to try it. At first glance it looked sus, I've never seen them batter and fry beef in cantonese food. The beef was surprisingly tender though, and mildly sweet has promised. Comes with egg tofu and broccoli3) fish maw and crab soup, good value. 4) empress chicken (half), also well seasoned5) garlic and pea sprouts- standard6) complimentary gui ling gao- mildly herbal/bitter with a lemon sugar syrup. Definitely an asian parent approved dessert. I don't eat in the bay area often, but my parents are locals here and they say this place tastes great and has good value!

Food 5/5 - Good quality dim sum. I have no complaints. They have the same menu as every other dim sum restaurant where you check which items you want. Their lunch deals are really good, too. Lobster chow mein is $29. Service 3/5 - Hit or miss. Can't really expect much from these kind of places. The main guy who sat and helped us was real nice though. He spoke good English, so it was easier to ask him what we needed. However, he was also busy helping 20 other tables.. since you know, it's his job.Ambiance 4/5 - I grew up coming here when it was still Mayflower. It's a different name (and maybe ownership) now, but I personally think it looks/feels the same. I come here to eat, then leave.. not to look at the photos of Abalone on the wall. Parking 1/5 - Good luck, especially during peak times!

I ordered a few simple dimsum items to go and it took them almost 1 hour to prepare. The ha kao skin is too thick, the shrimps inside didn't taste like shrimp. The pineapple buns were dry and burnt. The egg yolk lava is dry inside and did not have salty egg yolk taste. Worst of all the waiter Jason was rude and makes you feel you are unwanted in the restaurant. He coughed multiple times without covering his mouth or looking away.
