New in 2025 menu items deserve to be a hit, My brother and I, on days off liked to come early occasionally and have your sandwiches and we always loved them. But the innovation your kitchen continues to turn out and never getting a single order wrong is admirable! Respecting additions and subtractions always. Coming at 11 is nice and quiet with a beautiful view of a lagoon and planes landing in SFO shortly nearby with view spots not a 5 minute walk away. But always, your staff have been kind and accommodating. It was sweet today to see Teresa (the business owner and founder) be so excited to make recommendations to two new customers after what had to be a ton of kitchen prep. Bravo regardless, I love the menu, the rotational items, and I hope that more people make the trek from everywhere to give you the try their taste buds deserve.

This was my second time eating a Gigi's sandwich. While the quality of the sandwich is great, there was a significant problem that greatly affected our experience. RAW BACON! WHAT??? For a sandwich place that is trying to build a great reputation, this doesn't make sense to me. Both my wife and my sandwiches were made with bacon the was truly raw. This is not a question of crispy vs not. The bacon was raw. Raw pork can make you sick. So we pulled the bacon off our sandwiches. My wife had the BLT. It's a big deal to have the centerpiece piece and lone protein to be inedible. I hope management reads this and creates stronger quality control with their prep/sandwich making team. The bright spots were the sandwiches were ready when we asked and the gal checking us out was very friendly and professional. The bright spots are why I gave 2 stars.

Gigi's is located in what I can only describe as the parking lot of a business complex near, but not on, the Bay. A patio with umbrellas greets you as you approach the counter? Nope. As you approach the two tablets on stands where you place your order. It's a big menu and there are several pages. I was acutely aware of the line forming behind me as I attempted to read the entire menu for the first time.Is there an option to pay with cash? I don't know. It didn't seem like it. I barely saw a human working at Gigi's the entire time I was there, so I don't know how a tablet would take your crusty paper money.Gotta admit, I may have ordered the wrong sandwich for this review, but too late to do anything that now. "You're Bacon Me Crazy", with the addition of extra bacon, pesto sauce, pickles, and pepper jack on a soft roll is what I ordered.What I was handed felt like a brick wrapped in deli paper. The object weighed an easy 4 or 5 pounds. When I picked it up off the counter I had to adjust to the gravity field its density created. I giggled and looked around to see if anyone had perceived the unexpected shift in atmospheric pressure.Intending to split this bacon behemoth with a friend, I arrived at my destination of consumption, Paddy's Irish Pub in Burlingame, where my friend Ann Marie was tending bar. When I produced the 'bacon me crazy', Ann Marie produced a bowl of produce. "No, thanks. I can't eat that, it would kill me. I'm having this salad." What the f...? She's playing the "health card" in an Irish Pub at noon on a Saturday?! Well two can play at that game. So I ordered a shot of the well tequila, because agave is also a plant, and therefore, a salad. I did the math so you don't have to. Just take my word. What was I talking about? Oh yeah, the sandwich. I mentioned I ordered the wrong sandwich for this review. I more specifically may have ordered the wrong bread for the sandwich. I added pesto and extra pickles and avocado spread and mustard on top of all if the stuff the sandwich originally came with. The soft roll that was tasked with containing all of those goopy ingredients did not rise to the occasion. (Yeah, I got bread jokes. Bread jokes come easy and they don't cost a lot of dough.)To make a short story longer, the sandwich began to fall apart after the first bite. Each bite made it worse. Ann Marie handed me two stacks of napkins while she daintily ate her salad and watched me with increasing disgust. The giant slice of tomato didn't help. Although the "You're Bacon Me Crazy" is essentially a BLT, I should have skipped the T. T is never really a good sandwich ingredient. In fact, fuck tomatoes on sandwiches from now on. I will return to Gigi's, but I will start with a more reasonable sandwich, like a PBJT, hold the T.Or maybe I'll just get a salad.

I've been wanting to come here for so long and I finally visited this cafe in the morning right when it opened. It was still busy but there was plenty of parking at the time I went. You order inside the building on 1 of the 2 iPad screens they have available and then pick up your order outside at the open door. The girl working that morning was so friendly and she helped me decide which sandwich to get. I ordered the Veggie Chipotle is my Life sandwich without lettuce on dutch crunch bread. I've never had tofu chicken before but I was a huge fan - texture was on point and it made the sandwich more filling. You definitely get value for your money here. I also got the iced Pumpkin Spice Latte which was fairly decent as well!I loved how there were so many vegetarian options to choose from. I will definitely be back to try some of their other sandwiches and likely their smoothies!

I love this sandwich shop! It's all to go but there are outdoor seating if you want to eat right when you get your order. I usually get the breakfast pastrami burrito, it's the best!!! So much eggs and pastrami and the flavors are on pointIt's a really convenient place if you want something fast and delicious!

Great sandwiches that you order easily from a kiosk near the water in Burlingame. Parking is super easy and the sandwiches do not skimp on meat! Portions are huge, so I definitely left with leftovers. Great lunch spot that is very chill (all orders are togo but there is outdoor seating), delicious, and great value.

The sandwiches were loaded and absolutely delicious, great value for the cost. The ingredients tasted fresh and their setup was efficient for ordering. They are nestled in an office building so you order at a kiosk right inside the door and then pickup your food at the door outside. They have cute outside seating and their setup is very nice. I spent $40 on two sandwiches + potatoes salad, the price seems insane but once you see the size of these sandwiches you'll be a little less disappointed at the hole you put through your wallet. There are some small gripes, the potato salad was average and could probably use more seasoning and I would use less garlic on the chickenchurri sandwich but it wasn't bad enough to overpower the sandwich. Overall, they're great sandwiches and worth a try

Gigi's is the kind of spot you'll want to visit every day for lunch. The location is excellent, with plenty of outdoor seating and ample parking. I've been here for both breakfast and lunch, and the food has always been delicious with no issues. My favorites are the breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and smoothies.

Decided to get a pastrami breakfast burrito for an early lunch. There was two of us, so we decided to pick out one we haven't tried before.The burrito was perfect as usual. Always hot with fluffy eye and a good amount of pastrami with the sauce. It would have been a five.The sandwich, my better half, is suppose to be half breaded chicken and half meatball. It came without the meatballs. It was basically a breaded chicken with meat sauce on top. A big disappointment. Better to order a meatball sandwich than this more expensive specialty sandwich.Edit, The owner provided a response and explanation. I appreciate the effort to provide good customer service and have upgraded my rating. Will try another sandwich when I feel the urge.
