Food Junction

This place has a new management. The owner himself. Gone are the rude and arrogant people who ruined the reputation of this place and in a way did injustice to the quality and taste of the food. The owner is very courteous and polite. The food quality is great as always and the wait time is a lot less. I give this place the best food joint in Fremont title. Try it and let me know. This place is terrible. I ordered cauliflower pakora and paneer and it came with lacking flavor and no condiments at all- dry nonsense. Won't be ordering again. Their naans are where house bought, totally disgusting and undercooked.

I went here yesterday on a mission to get a veggie noodle burger. There is no other place that makes this burger and I knew it was on their menu. Anyways back to burger, it has aloo tikki, paneer, noodles, melted cheese, the perfect sauces and veggies....I was in carb heaven. This sandwich is the closest tasting veggie sandwich to what the noodle sandwich in India tastes like. My craving was satisfied and the food truck did not disappoint. The flavor and every ingredient in the sandwich was in harmony and sync. It was like having a Vegetarian Big Mac.I definitely recommend this food truck and noodle sandwich if you are craving savory carbs. Im sorry I could not take a picture it was dark and I gobbled it all up and inhaled all the carbs like my life depended on it. It was perfection seeing the melted cheese on the aloo tikki.

Food is atrocious and the vibes is absolutely dreadful. Parking in the area is non-existent on weekends, so friends of the owners park in fire lanes and in the middle of the lane, blocking cars while blasting music annoyingly high.

Ordered naan, pani puri, paneer pakora, and shahi paneer. Asked friend to pick up food, only to get pani puri with only onion and shitty pani. No paneer pakora. Curry was salty (I think it was actual rays crab shack sauce). Punjabi friend was very mad, very hungry. Tummy hurts now.

I was order Shahi paneer and chicken curry and some roti in food junction truck ..food was very delicious ...I really recommend it..

I never complained on any food in my life but i have to write this ,food is worst here. I ordered Amritsari kulcha with chana today and they gave me spoiled curry after first bite i puked it. I am okay if food lacks spice or not soo good but giving rotten curry is something not acceptable and i waited for 30mins to get this food.Tea is also worst they wrote it served with jagerry , forget about jagerry they might have missed to add tea powder at first place its soo pale in color. Save yourself by not going here
