Flor de Pineapple

Grabbed dinner from this food truck at the SJ Water Lantern Festival this past Sunday. The veggie spring rolls were crisp on the outside and made with fresh ingredients, a bit bland but the taste good enough. The carne asada quesadilla was generously filled with meat and cheese, but also slightly lacking in flavor. The green sauce helped, adding a nice kick. The presentation of this dish was beautiful, including the edible orchid topping it off. And service was outstanding, the staff cordial and prompt in preparing and packaging my order, which I appreciated.

Surprisingly good tacos Al pastor! I took the recommendation from the food truck and I almost didn't because pork is not really my favorite. I usually go for fish tacos but I'm converted. I'll have tacos al pastor again from this food truck. You can order from their tablet and pay with Apple Pay.

Decent tacos, nothing special; didn't try the iconic pineapple plated fried rice as pineapple does not belong in this family, despite being central american inspired. Nice workers, east to order, simple menu and ingredients...not my cup o tea!

Such friendly service and very quick. The tacos were Carne Asada, and really tasty. The Orange Chicken with Rice was pretty good, not too sweet but tangy. I love the tacos a bit more. Give them a try, the prices are fair, good quality and good quantity.

Today they were at Samaritan Dr medical center so I decided to walk over and give it a try. The cashier was super nice, helpful and friendly. I had the veggie spring rolls and veggie fried rice and both were super tasty. I didn't get a pic of the rolls but here's the rice. They were fast too so I didn't spend my whole lunch waiting. I'm definitely come back. Thanks guys!!!

Excellent food and service. When you think food truck you usually think fast food just to fill you up. The quality of food that comes out of this truck is beyond expectations. We had the el pastor, pineapple drink and pineapple fried rice. Real crispy delicious rice that doesn't clump together and the tacos are on point. Refreshing pineapple drink too. We will be back.

These guy are great, they never disappoint!! Mango habanero wings and the orange chicken are our go to's. Fast wait times, piping hot food every time. Highly recommend!
