Service is always fantastic. Amy is a very kind person who knows how to make the customer experience great! The food is great, with the Orange Chicken and Garlic Chicken being our family favorites! The chowmein, chowfun, and fried rice are all fantastic. The sweet and sour chicken and shrimp are great, and the salt and pepper fish is great as well. Definitely recommend giving First Wok a try!

Been going to this resturant for awhile, the quality and service is always top and friendly. There isn't any judgement if your smelling bad from work or look annoyed from a bad day. The food is warm and tasty ,nothing there taste old or and the place is clean for family friendly dinners. It a old place but it hard to find value with your meal outside or healthy.

First Wok continues to be a favorite Chinese take-out restaurant for good and fairly priced food. It always hits the spot when we're craving Chinese food. They offer delivery off of Yelp, and the food always comes early or on-time. They pack it up nicely to avoid spills. They even it a hole on top of the plastic containers to help the food stay crispy and fresh.Our go-to's are...1) garlic beef. We order ours extra crispy. Good garlic flavor on each thinly cut beef pieces. 2) salt and pepper chicken (extra crispy and spicy). Comes with green onions and jalapeños. Right amount of salt and pepper. 3) combo chow mein or chow fun. I prefer the chow mein and my wife prefers the chow fun. I find the chow fun sometimes doesn't have as much flavor due to the thickness of the noodles. The combo comes with a decent amount of proteins (chicken, shrimp, and beef) and some vegetables (onions, broccoli, and carrots). 4) walnut shrimp (extra crispy). They used to give more shrimps, but it's still a good amount compared to other Chinese restaurants like TaoTao (where you'll be lucky to get 6 shrimps). The shrimps aren't overpowered by the sauce.Good family owned restaurant that makes the delivery or pick-up experience smooth and quick. First Wok reminds me of Evergreen Panda in Eastside San Jose.

Thought I'd give this place a second try. Never again. Got the sweet and sour pork, house garlic chicken, bbq pork fried rice and chow mein. Food is not hot, both chicken and pork over cooked and so dry it's inedible. Makes me think it's recycled meat from the day before. Bbq pork fried rice had one piece of egg, very little meat. Chow mein was ok. Lacking so much flavor overall. The lady here is very nice however the food doesn't meet up to standards .
