I would give this place 2.5 stars. I rounded up because my dish, Beef Spicy Snails Rice Noodle Soup, was quite flavorful and a bit spicy. Funny though... I found a strand of hair in my dish.. after eating half of it. THANKFULLY I HAPPENED TO LOOK AT MY FOOD WHEN I DID. They made me a new one and luckily that one was clear of anything "extra". I guess maybe honest mistake? Would I have stopped by and give this place a try in the first place? Maybe not due to the reviews on Yelp. It's quite polarizing. I unfortunately can see why. I only came here because my father-in-law wanted to try it out. I'm glad to have tried it out but probably won't visit again unless someone else really wants to try it out. I don't mind giving it another chance. I would try out Pickled Cabbage & Beef Rice Noodle Soup next time. The place is furnished well and nice. Bathroom is clean, though I did find it a bit off-putting that they never fixed the toilet flusher. Luckily it worked and I figured out how to get it to flush. The handle was broken in half? I hope they fix it soon. Not sure if the waitress knows much English.. good thing I know broken Chinese.

I'm trying this for the first time. The Guilin rice noodle is a simple dish, almost like a fast food style in Chinese cuisine, so the restaurant's decorations seem over-achieving compared to the food. It's not a hole-in-the-wall kind of setting, but with green walls, wood panels, and cushioned sofa bench seats. The service was welcoming when we first came in to wait for seats. Once we were seated, we ordered via their tablets, and they automatically served hot tea. We waited for our food, but since then, there's not much service, and I had to ask twice for to-go boxes. Somehow, they also couldn't print out our receipt, and we were just told a total and paid via a credit card machine. Onto the food. We all ordered the dry style with different meat options. Overall, the bowl was large, but only half was filled with food. The meat-to-noodle ratio is 1 to 5 or even less, so it's up to each customer's preference if that's a good ratio. There was not much veggies in the dish. It comes with a small bowl of soup but the soup is just the water after boiling the noodle, so I would stay it's starch in water kind of bland soup. You mix the noodles with the meat as some sauce is at the bottom of the noodles. I ordered brisket and BBQ pork, the meat tasted ok, the brisket is soft, but the pieces are small and not as many. My friends ordered crispy pork, and it's crispy. With tips and tax, it comes to $20 per person, not the best value option.

The food is edible... Other than that I don't know what to say. The portion was small, the noodle had no flavor, the soup had no flavor, there is very limited protein in beef brisket noodle soup, and no interaction with server at all. The server did fill up our tea once.

Well, I ordered feichang snail rice noodle, following recommendations from another social media platform. But, I felt sick and stomachache immediately after eating their food. Suffering from terrible diarrhea.吃完就坏肚子。。。will never come back.

Really yummy and definitely improved since last time we came !! The noodles are yummy chewy and good portion size. The beef was tender and tasty, the pickled veggie and soup base was also way less salty than last time so I enjoyed drinking the soup too. My husband got the spicy intestine noodles and really enjoyed it and also noticed improved quality since last time we went which was maybe a month ago. The prices are standard for noodle soups around here. The service is about average, they are professional. The atmosphere is really nice there is soft Chinese music and it's well decorated very pretty inside and can have good conversation too. I like this place I'll come back!!

Don't understand all the hate this restaurant is getting, but it was a great experience for me. The food was super flavorful and there was a LOT of food. Crispy pork skin was my favorite and tasted amazing. I see people complain about service, but it was really efficient and they were prompt whenever I asked them to come. They respected my space pretty well imo. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant when I went, but it was a nice atmosphere overall. I think this place gets a lot of unnecessary hate but I think the food is delicious and flavorfulWould def come back

Something felt different here. Did they change ownership during pandemic? Foods don't taste like what they used to be prior to year 2020. It used to be very authentic and good. Today, I have doubts after ordering my 五福临门桂林米粉 Five Blessings Guilin Noodles without the soup. It was supposed to come with green scallions, garlic, and peanuts. I even added them when I ordered on the touch tap square machine, but they didn't give me any peanuts or green scallions today. A bit disappointed after opening up my takeout foods outside to find that the once perfect Guilin noodles spot is no longer what it is today. Just know that it looks nothing like what it used to be. Other than that, I was happy with the richly flavored red meats and portion sizes. Expect big chunks of meats since some of the meats didn't get chopped into smaller pieces all the way. Red meats were more dry/overly boiled, but noodles are good tasting as usual. Not the same chef for sure. Enjoyed my soybean milk for $3.99. Tasted great. With taxes and tips, my total order was roughly $20, so for lunch in the area, it's still decent. When I visited Friday after 12:30 pm, there were absolutely no lines. Lots of tables & chairs available for customers. I had walked around the plaza for 10-15 minutes before coming back to order. By then, it was nearly empty inside. Not sure if they will survive here. Staff is friendly and it's very quiet inside. Accepts credit cards. Looks clean and organized too. Overall, room for improvement. Maybe try something else next time. I really wanted peanuts in my bowl today.

I have been curious what this restaurant served. Looks like this place if known for their dishes from Guilin (Southern China) . For Soup Wanting to be adventurous I ordered the Pickled Cabbage and Beef TripeRice Noodle soup and opt for flat Noddle. I was expecting the soup will have a gamey taste especially the tripe, but it was clean and savory. The pickled cabbage add sweetness and tart to the soup. It wasn't salty at all . It is seasoned to my liking. Overall it was a very delicious soup that satisfied my curiosity and cravings. Will come back to try other offerings next time.

I ordered beef tripe rice noodle soup (牛杂汤粉)for delivery. It supposed come with beef tripe , but when I opened lid there was soup and few pieces of lettuce only. The food delivery platform only refunded the money for rice noodles, still charged service fee and delivery fee. So I paid $10.67 for service fee, Tax, delivery fee, driver benefits, but nothing I got.
