I've been craving hot links and was hoping they would sell them here but they no longer sell them. Decided to buy a couple fried quesadillas to try since I'm already there, and while I do really like that they're crispy, it's nothing to write home about. Plus, I see no point in adding the pork rinds if they're just going to get soft and gooey inside the fried quesadillas. Worth checking out if you're in the area and like regular hot dogs and don't want to make them at home. Be sure to check out their hours of operation. Cash only.

This place is a fake one, I am here on 7,29 pm, on Sunday. It is said in Yelp that it is open, and the only thing that is here is a pupuseria.I called the phone and it goes to a voice mail. This is ridiculous! I drove from campbell, gigantic waste of gas

Drunchies or munchies, these hot dogs are what you didn't know you needed. For $7, you get a bacon wrapped dog with any toppings you want. The toppings bar is a self serve. Prices are reasonable for the market. I tried the fried quesadilla but it was full of oil, so I do not recommend that. Hot dogs in downtown sj are easily $10-$12 each. There was line for these are 11:30pm on a Friday night. What appeared to be mother and daughter duo were the only ones in the truck. They were quick and had a great sense of humor. One thing I would say would be doing a number or name system. My bf had gone up to the window about 3 times because there are only three things on the menu. Everything obviously looked the same. I would come back! Great little business that isn't a taco truck!

Friendly and quick service. They really only sell the hot dogs or the quesadillas which is what I ordered. They were good but the rajas could've used some seasoning. The salsas and other condiments are on a table where you can add as little or as much as you'd like which is nice. Also appreciated that they let me pay with venmo since I forgot my cash at home and only had my credit card.

CASH ONLY! The only spot makes and sells handmade quesadilla fritas or FRIED QUESADILLAS that I know of! ...and they're bomb AF. Estilo Hot Dog used to be the late night spot for my fiancé and I. They cater to the evening/late night folks..good after a night of drinking! They converted from their little cart in front of the liquor store and moved across the street into food truck located right in front of Napa Auto Parts. So there's decent parking from the auto parts store or you can park along the streets. You can find them by looking for the Napa Auto Parts shop off Monterey Road. They have a "Hot Dogs" flag flowing in the wind to catch your eye too. Lol. Monday: CLOSEDTues-Thursday: 6pm-12am Friday-Saturday: 6pm-12am Sunday: 6pm-1am So dress warmly if you plan to stay and eat at the food truck since it can get chilly late at night or just eat in your car! To order, decide what you want from their poster menus and a lady in an apron standing around the truck will take your order. She'll call out your order to the cook in the food truck and then collect your money. You have an option of togo or eating at their fold out tables. What is a fried quesadilla? Think of masa dough, molded into the shape of a taco/empanada, deep fried to golden brown, sliced down the middle and stuffed with your choice of filling. They serve the fried quesadillas on foiled wrapped plastic baskets. All fried quesadillas are $3.50 each. Choices of fillings include..Pollo/chicken -the BEST! Chicharron/pork rinds Rajas Con Creama/green pepper with cream sauceExtra queso/extra cheese Salchicha/sausage I would stick to the chicken fried quesadilla. All the others tasted basic. They also sell Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs for $5 each and Elote $3. They have a small selection of sauces, mayo/sour cream, cheese, green peppers and salsas, that are all self-serve, so you can custom your fried quesadillas or hot dogs to your liking! Need some sweets or snacks? The have a whole other fold out table which is covered in different mexican candies and snacks available for purchase. Bomb.

Was here recently on the weekend and can confirm they're still running. As others have mentioned, they are near the NAPA, so closer to Monterey and Southside with a couple of other trucks in between them and Panchito. They're at 8 a pop right now. I like their assortment of toppings, and the bar was clean although they were not busy at all when I went. I also went before midnight, can't confirm if they're still running late late hours. My only nitpick might be that I'm used to and prefer some type of sliced pepper with the sliced onions and that they've taken on some color in the bacon grease, whereas I was only topped up with just sweated onions here.

Best hot dogs in San Jose. If you are near the area go get a hot dog and their deep fried quesadillas. By far some of the best food for a late night craving. They are quick and always welcoming to anyone. Their aguas frescas are delicious as well. The bottomless selection of toppings is what makes this place amazing.
