I come here weekly to visit with a good friend and I had been here enjoying a coffee. I had asked for a water and I waited about 15-20 minutes before asking from the near table to the cashier stand. I asked Mark and as a gentleman named Edwin stepped out of the bathroom assembling his apron.. he expressed that I wasn't to yell at the staff.. it was quite obvious I was not yelling and I expressed to Edwin that I can show him what yelling looks like if he would like to see. My morning meet has now left me feeling uncomfortable with this interaction.. there was a lack of customer service and respect. I hope to not have this issue at my next visit or I will be finding a new cafe.

I am a regular weekend visitor and love the roast added with sf hazelnut flavor! While it is loud in here because of the machines, it is so worth every sip

A pleasantly unexpected find in a small plaza next to an independent gym, a nail salon, and a taqueria. This place is definitely a hole in the wall coffee shop that I wouldn't have known about if my friend didn't live in the area.For such a mom and pop operation, they offer a pretty wide variety of pastries and other eats. I got the almond croissant ($5), which was pretty big and filled with a lot of yummy custard. I think they can hold a candle to Arsicault's almond croissant. Unfortunately, the blueberry bread (?) that my friend got was kind of a miss. It's gluten-free and definitely tastes like it--kinda bland, pretty dry, and almost raw dough-like in texture. My friend does recommend the avocado toast with egg, though I've never tried it myself. They also serve a variety of other pastries, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches that I want to try. I don't drink coffee, but my friends who do say theirs is good. They have free WiFi and a few small tables, so if you're looking for an alternative to the big chain coffee shops, this is a great neighborhood spot.

Super cute cafe. They have a case of pastries that look good. Drinks came out very fast. Menu is small though and their chai was SUPER sweet.

Stopped by here after a hike and it was great! It's a little neighborhood gem with plenty of parking in a lot next door. The workers are friendly and the menu is so simple and all about the quality of coffee.I ordered an oat milk latte and it was just what I was looking for. I'm not an avid coffee drinker but I do enjoy a nice latte on the weekends. It had great coffee fragrance without the bitter coffee taste! Just what I like. They had a sign for the seasonal pumpkin spiced latte but I decided on something basic to start and I'm glad I did.I'd definitely come back to try other things. The inside is big enough to fit a couple of small tables and also a few benches out front.Bonus: They are dog-friendly! They even have a milk bone jar for the fur babies.

We were stuck in the hospital for a few days and this was down the street which was a nice perk! The hospital did have coffee but we needed something more so we were happy about it! I had a cappuccino and it was delicious! Would def come back here again if we are in the area!

New owners are doing a great job, highly recommend the breakfast burritos and muffins. Selection of pastries are great and the coffee is very good!Finally a nice coffee shop in Emerald Hills.

Great coffee and friendly staff in a nice location. There is a good selection of pastries and breakfast items. I'm here a few times a week and glad it's in the neighborhood.
