I just found my newest favorite breakfast place in Gilroy!Service - Veronica Outstanding 10 Stars!Ambiance - Great.Pancakes - Best ever (see photo) 10 Stars!Meat Lovers Omelette - huge portion although a bit dry.Country potatoes - Delicious 10 Stars!The good SO OVERRIDES the bad.Will strongly recommend and will absolutely return with wife, with family, with friends, & with clients.

We arrived here for a Sunday brunch. Parking was plentiful and not an issue at all. Unfortunately the wait to eat inside was longer than we had time for since our son was at birthday party down the street. We decided to sit in the outdoor patio which was small but still nice as the sun was coming out slowly. We were seated immediately. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was delicious. Compared with other chicken fried steaks I have had in the past, this fried steak was a little smaller nonetheless I enjoyed it with the fried hash browns and toast. The wifey ordered Crab Cake Eggs Benedict and it was also tasty. She ordered the mimosas flights which came with 4 different flavors. We shared 2 each and they hit the spot. Our service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very loud inside and crowded. I saw that there was a photo opp spot with a neon lights sign as the background. I believe the restaurant has been opened for about 10 months now and so it was nice to check this spot out. We hope to be back when we are in the area. Hopefully we can sit inside and see what the vibes are like next time.

I've had my eye on Eggs & Waffles for a couple of months now and finally decided to check it out for brunch with a few girlfriends. We arrived around 11:15 AM on a Sunday morning and were seated within a few minutes. While the seating was a little tight, the space felt bigger, cleaner, and nicer compared to other breakfast spots in the area.I ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast, and wow--it was huge! Served on perfectly toasted sourdough with plenty of guac and a generous portion of smoked salmon. It was absolutely delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations.The service was excellent, too--attentive and friendly throughout our meal. I'm already looking forward to bringing my husband back to try more of their menu. If you're looking for a fresh and tasty brunch spot in Gilroy, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Cute spot and very busy! Service was great. Staff was amazing and super friendly. The food though was ok. The portions was ok and price was a little in the higher end average price was in the high teens. Out of the food that we got, the best was the mimosa and the meat omelet. The steak tasted ok but could have been seasoned a little more but great for how it was cooked because they did not overcook it like other places do. The plates they used were really nice and used these surf board plates for some dishes. Be careful though the surf board kinda slips a little more. We also tried their beef veggie soup and the broth was very good. The meat was ground beef. We came out satisfied and full due to all the food we ordered but for the taste it was typical. Nothing bad about the place though.

Great food (although the bacon was way too crispy for my liking). Loved the Denver omelette, the hash browns, the scrambled eggs, and the pancake. Didn't see an option for real maple syrup. This place is new and looks bright and clean, nicely decorated, and good open floor plan. It is located in a shopping plaza so there's enough parking for diners. There's also outdoor seating area right in front of the restaurant. Service was excellent and fast. The only negative is this place only has one bathroom for both customers and employees to use so there's always a wait.

Such a cute little restaurant! We happened to find it driving through Gilroy and stopped in to try. It's tucked into a shopping plaza and there's both indoor and outdoor seating. They're quite small but the food was excellent and service was good. Many options for brunch, both breakfast and lunch, and a full coffee bar! The tables were a little close together but we were able to enjoy our meal regardless. A lot more options on the menu that we want to try so we'll definitely return!

Pretty good food and great service. Ordered the avocado toast and meat lover. Hash brown could've been more crunchy and the avocado should be more sliced.

What a great place, they have been open about a year now "according to the menu"As you look at the place from the outside.... Honestly it doesn't look like much but once you go through the front door your perception will instantly change. The interior is fantastic, floors and tables are clean, interior decor is wonderful, there is a red couch you can sit on underneath Neon Signs for a photo op, they have booths and tables, the house only seats 48 but honestly it looks way bigger to me. "Great floor plan " This place serves American traditional breakfast as well as an array of lunch items. I ordered their chicken fried steak & gravy which comes with 2 eggs. "Cooked how you like them" their home fries "which comes with red peppers, onions and seasoning" or hash browns, and your choice of buttered toast or muffins. I opted for the home fries, over easy eggs, and extra gravy.. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the chicken fried steak I felt was seasoned perfectly and was quite delicious. The big surprise was the gravy, "I ordered extra" I poured it over my home fries. Man did the gravy pair perfectly with the whole fries, soooo good. Pops ordered the Gilroy scrambled. "He ate everything, I couldn't believe my eyes!!" He kept saying... this place is good. :-)The service was good as well, overall a great place to come and check out.Last notes: they have an espresso bar and they also serve beers and wine.

Food was excellent. Amazing service. Weekends are quite busy, so make sure you are prepared for that. I wish there was more seating. Interiors are cozy and has the vibes of a local diner.

Glad we have a new breakfast spot in Gilroy! I ordered the crab benedict and my husband ordered the Denver Omlete. The service was great. Waitresses are very friendly. Good ambiance and good music. We would love to come back here again.
