We've been going to the chiropractor across the street from this place for YEARS!I wish we'd come in sooner!Wow. What a great meal for a great price. You see the aunties making the dumplings next door to where you sit and eat. Literally fresh, fast, delicious, and I can't wait to come back with a bigger group so I can eat and try more of their food. We got our food in less than 5 mins for the first few dishes! Soo fast!Come on through, you won't regret it!

I'd recommend mainly just the dumplings here. The pork and chive dumplings were good and had a great portion size for sharing. The pan-fried dumplings were good too, but the dough in the middle was a bit chewy--not terrible, just not my favorite. I wish they were a little crispier. We also tried a few other dishes like the Mapo Tofu Noodles and some veggies. The Mapo Tofu Noodles were pretty bland, though, and didn't have much flavor to them. It was our first time seeing Mapo tofu with noodles instead of rice. For veggies, we ordered string beans and pea shoots. The string beans were fine, but the pea shoots weren't washed properly--there was a lot of sand/grit between the leaves. To make it worse, my partner even bit into plastic from the dish. The staff was nice enough to replace the pea shoots, but after the first experience, we were hesitant and didn't eat it again.

Per recommendation from another reviewer, my wife and I ordered the Won Ton Soup. The won tons arrive in their own container separate from the broth & veggies. This keeps the won tons from getting soggy. The won ton were plump with filling (the size of dumplings) and were the best won tons we've ever had. The Won Ton soup gets 5 stars. We also order chicken chow mein and stir fried green beans. Both were good. The green beans were a bit overly seasoned so we combined the string beans with the chow mein to balance out the flavors. We'd give these dishes 4 out of 5 stars. In addition, we ordered Siu Mai and Har Gow dumplings which I would give 4 stars. Lastly, we ordered pork buns. The dough to filling ratio was a bit too much dough. We'd give them 3 stars. Thus, overall we rated our meal 4 out of 5 stars. We would order from Dumpling Capitol again.

Dumpling Capital was pretty solid when we wanted dim sum for dinner! It was pretty easy to order the food online and then pick up. There's many options for dim sum and Chinese dishes. I think overall it only took 20 minutes for our order to be ready. The soup dumplings and fried dumplings were delicious. The pea shoots were really lovely and flavorful. We really enjoyed all the dishes we ordered.

This place has everything on their menu. They have dimsum, clay pots, rice plates, noodles, soup and more. This rating is mostly for their dumplings. Good Sichuan Spicy Pork and Shrimp Wonton. It's their version of Hot Chili Oil Wonton. The wontons were really good. Very tasty pork filling in thin wonton wrappers. Wontons were sitting in spicy chili oil with a lot more kick than I'm used to but it was still yummy. I like the sprinkle of sesame seeds and cilantro on top. They both gave the dish another layer of flavor. The XLB/Crab Meat Soup Dumplings were also good. Not too soupy but the filling was well seasoned. And the proportion of the wrapper and filling was good. Did not skimp on the filling, wrapper was not too thick. Same with the Pan Fried Dumplings. Good meat filling wrapper ratio. Umami flavor from the filling and slightly sweet flavor from the soft steamed dough wrapper. The pork and shrimp wonton noodle soup was just ok. I chose the handmade noodles over the hand cut noodles. It reminded me of spaghetti noodles. The broth was kind of bland. Got better after I added soy sauce and pepper. The wontons were really good though. Seems like the same wontons in the Sichuan Spicy Wontons. Reasonably priced. Food came out quick. You can place your order through the QR code or with the staff who was ready to help. Small place. Dumplings are their specialty just like the name of the restaurant suggests.

I went here with mini me for our quick lunch. The parking was very limited because they shared with other businesses, but luckily we got 1. The place was quite busy but we got seated right away after the staff wiped the table. Unfortunately, the table still had a strong soy sauce smell. We ordered xlb, wonton noodle soup, and xlb bun. The foods were delicious but the xlb skin was in a thicker side. The chili sauce was delicious. The food flavor and chili sauce were similar to our favorite dumpling place probably a bit better. However mini me and I didn't like that the place was not as clean as our favorite dumpling place hence 3 stars. We'll be back tho once in a while because this place is closer to us than the other one.

I was excited to try the place based on the reviews and made my way here during a weekday for lunch. Place is small and service is pretty quick. We wanted to try the soup dumplings but they only had a version with pork, so we settled for the chicken dumplings with chives. We also got Szechuan spicy chicken based on some Yelp reviews and the eggplant noodles based on recommendation from our hostess. Eggplant noodles-3/5- this was a dish with saucy eggplant served on top of some boiled noodles. The saucy eggplant was steaming hot and eggplant was soft and well cooked but the sauce was sweet. I can understand the use of sugar to balance other flavors but I don't fancy dishes which have a dominant sweet taste. This one didn't please my taste buds.Szechuan spicy chicken- 3/5- spicy chicken dish with a ton of Sichuan peppercorns. They used tiny bone in chicken parts which barely had much meat. The dish looked huge but there was not much to eat. Chicken and chive dumplings-3/5- the chives were too dominant in the dumplings.

Wife found this place on Yelp and it looked really promising so we made the drive to check this place out. We ordered a bunch of plates so we can have extra food to take home. Place was decently clean and the menu was extensive so it was like a kid in a candy store. Doesn't help when you are hungry. The food came out so fast so that was impressive. The Chow Fun was basic but this is what we want for our 4yr old. The salt and pepper fish and the green beans was good also. The only dumpling dish we ordered was the pan fried Shanghai dumpling which was disappointing since it was barely crispy on the bottom and meat inside was mediocre. The two most disappointing dishes was the chicken feet which came out super gelatinous, understeamed, rubbery, and salty. The ginger basil chicken was very bland even though it was lathered in a thick brown gravy. The yellow onions must be on sale this week because 4 of the 7 dishes we ordered had about 30% yellow onion content ratio. Not saying this is a bad things since I like onions but my wife isn't too fond of them. It's a small independent Chinese restaurant. Don't expect attentive service. The lady basically drops off food and will fill your water upon request only.

A great spot for dumpling lovers! I tried the Pork and Crab Meat Soup Dumplings, Shanghai Pan-Fried Soup Dumplings, and Black and Golden Molten Lava Buns. Everything was delicious, especially the crispy pan-fried dumplings. The staff were very attentive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere is casual, but it can get busy on weekends.
