Delhiwala Chaat

Delhiwala Chaat is one of our go-to places for comfort food. We usually order to-go, and our favorites are consistent: Chhole Bhature for me, Paneer Paratha for my husband, and Aloo Paratha for the kids.What stands out the most is that it doesn't taste like typical restaurant food. Instead, it reminds me of the hearty breakfasts I used to enjoy at my Punjabi friends' homes in India, lovingly made by their moms.If you're craving simple, wholesome North Indian comfort food that feels like home, Delhiwala Chaat is a must-try!

Great spot for Indian snacks, we're a big fan of Dahi puri so this will be a new go to on rotation. They have a lot of different options and they are veg/vegan friendly. There's plenty of seating with a great outside space and the service was quick.

Visited on a Saturday evening and it was crowded. But still managed to get a seat. Ordered a plate of chole bhature, bread pakora and aloo tikki chaat, also chai and gulab jamun (not pictured).Chole bhature - this place is known for this dish. The chole are not overly spiced and bhature are crisp, thick and a little oily (expected) i wish they would give a little more chole with these 2 bhatures as they are usually less i feel.Aloo tikki chaat - has the same chole over aloo tikkis with some chutneys over it. It's good.Bread pakoda - its good not great. I dont know for sure what will make it better. Gulaab jamun and chai were average. Will visit again.

Came here today with some friends. I'm not too familiar with Indian food, but my friends took me here to experience it. I honestly had such a great experience. As we arrived, they had a decent parking outside the restaurant. They had a good amount of tables inside and out.We ordered Samosa Chaat, Sev Puri, and Aloo Paratha. The Sev Puri was my favorite. It had such a great texture and a perfect amount of kick in spice. The Samosa Chaat and Aloo Paratha were also very tasty.For drinks, we got the Mango Lassi which was very flavorful. They also do have water you are able to get on the side.The service was very helpful to answer any questions we had and brought out the food very quickly. I definitely would recommend this place as their food was super delicious and would try to come back in the future if I am ever nearby again!

We had an incredible experience at Delhiwala Chaat in Sunnyvale, CA. The cozy spot delighted us with authentic flavors and perfect preparation. Parking is usually never a problem as they have ample spots around the restaurant. The seating is available both inside and outside as well.We started with their Tea, which was beautifully brewed--strong yet smooth, providing the perfect warm-up for our meal. Next came the Bread Pakora, a crispy golden treat with a savory filling. The pakora was perfectly fried, with just the right crunch, and paired wonderfully with the mint and sweet chutneys that added a burst of tanginess and sweetness.The highlight of our meal was the Aloo Tikki Chaat with Chole. The tikki was expertly spiced and crispy, topped with soft, flavorful chole that balanced the dish beautifully. The order comes with tangy chutneys, creamy yogurt, and fresh garnishes, every bite was an explosion of authentic chaat flavors.Everything was spot on, making it an unforgettable culinary experience. Whether you're a chaat lover or just exploring, Delhiwala Chaat is a must-visit for a taste of Indian street food done to perfection!

Best chaat and chole bhature in the bay! Have been here so many times and it never fails to satisfy the street food cravings! Service is always pretty quick and the people behind the counter are friendly! Other than the pani puri, I think everything on the menu is super tasty!

Great food at good price. Don't expect service to your table. Great variety of options.
