Daily Grind Burgers

Daily Grind Burgers has been coming to University Circle for a few months now and I've been apprehensive about trying them but today I finally gave in. They don't have a website or any social media so there was nothing to go off of except for the opinions of my co-workers.Their menu isn't big at all, they have a couple different burgers,patty melt, veggie burgers and fries. That's it, no frills. I decided to go with the Signature Burger which comes dressed with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions and their DG secret sauce. I also ordered the Savage Fries which are equivalent to Animal Fries since they have cheese, grilled onions and DG secret sauce. I knew right away from the smell coming off the truck that they hand make their patties and they are fresh. No yucky frozen patties over here. They actually use Halal meat that is seasoned with garlic.Once I got my food I was literally drooling over how good it looked and smelled. The patty was indeed hand made, it had that uneven shape like when you make burgers at home. The burger was incredible, season well, nice thick patty and it was juicy. The bun was nicely toasted and held up well to the sauce and the grilled onions were on point but they were a bit heavy handed with it. The Savage Fries were good as well, they use thin shoestring fries which had a nice crisp to them and didn't get soggy. I think they should have added a bit more sauce though but other than that they were good.My pictures really don't do the burger and fries justice but this was probably the best burger that I've had from a food truck and I'm all for that home made patty. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend trying them if you come across their truck!

Stopped by Hapas's Brewing today for a drink. We ended up ordering the garden burger, double cheeseburger & fries from The Daily Grind food truck outside. All of the food was so good! My garden burger had melted Swiss, mushrooms, grilled onions (!!), pickles, tomatoes & lettuce. The patties on my boyfriend's double cheeseburger were thick & big....hanging over the bun! The fries were thin & slim & crispy. We really liked it!! Keep putting out good grub, guys!!

Had a metal bristle from a brush stuck in to my burger, I'm glad I was paying attention to each bite or it could have cut my gums or worse. Will not be eating from this truck again.

Very very good flavorful patties! The mushroom swiss was what I felt like today and it was a great choice! If you want a delicious burger with tons of flavor make sure you check out this truck!!

You should know that I make awesome burgers at home, I dry age my own rib eye and chuck, I have HIGH standards... the double signature burger (10oz) that I've just eaten from Daily Grind truck is one of the best burgers I've ever been served anywhere! Simply awesome in every way, thick juicy and tender patties, soft yet strong bread bun loads of awesome sauce and grilled onions. I will find this truck again, they'd better stock up!.ps I would have posted a picture, but I inhaled this feast far too quickly to take a pic.

Wow!! What an amazing burger! I ordered their signature burger with an extra patty, which I would have been good with a single patty had I known how big these burgers are. One of the best burgers I've had hands down. I got a chance to catch them at a local brewery here at Hapas near Downtown Willow Glen. Excellent burger guys thanks! Also the fries were pretty good as well, we grabbed an order of the savage fries which was really similar to In-n-Outs animal style fries but I think they were a little better overall. 5 star for sure, the staff was friendly, the food was great, and we got our order pretty quick, I would definitely love to catch them again.

One of the greatest burgers I have ever eaten. I got the double cheese burger and asked them to add pickles. It was absolutely delicious. I would give them 6 stars if it was an option. The savage fries were also exceptional. They were very similar to In N Out animal style fries, but with MUCH better and crispier french fries. 10/10 would recommend these fries over In N Out.

They showed up at my work so I had to try a Signature burger and Savage fries. I really liked the savage fries. Very similar to In-n-out animal style fries, but with better fries. Sauce is probably a bit more tangy than In-n-out, which is fine. Burger is solid with the sauce too.Both ended up costing about $17.50, which might be a bit on the high end.

Wow, Daily Grind Burgers was definitely impressive. Daily Grind Burgers is a hidden treasure. Nothing but quality. Every single thing that I have already tried has been pretty flavorful. Team was very sweet and helpful in every way possible. Daily Grind Burgers - It is a unique and wonderful experience.

If it wasnt for the discount my company gave me would have never gotten anything once they said the price. Shit costs $20 for a shite burger. A 10yr old can make this stuff and i bet they wouldnt use shitty buns. I mean come on people this shit straight robbery. Would never recommend over priced cafeteria food
