We like to do early grocery shopping and then visit the food court for lunch. Food court can get crowded during peak hours, so we usually try to go when they open. This place offers a handful of fun Japanese options.Today I got the pork katsu with curry. The meal came with rice, a small salad, miso soup, and kimchee. The katsu was nicely crispy and the curry was mild enough for our 3 year old. She enjoyed dipping the pork katsu into the curry and drinking the miso soup from the cup. Portions are good and makes for a fun solo meal and good for sharing. Looking forward to coming back and trying more options!

I ordered the pork cheese katsu. They don't provide water but there's an H-mart and 7Leaves if you get thirsty. It could be a bit of a struggle to get seats especially if it's busy.This was definitely worth the price, since you get two pretty big pieces of pork katsu and you also get miso soup, rice and coleslaw with it. I definitely had a lot of leftovers afterwards. The curry was very flavorful and went well with the cheese and katsu, katsu was a little tough on the inside but still very tasty.

This review will just be based on the service because we didn't even get our food. I ordered the hamburger steak #16 and after 30 mins the lady in the front then tells me that they didn't have any and if I wanted to change my order. I would've been fine if they told me 10 minutes but 30 minutes?! I hope next time when I come back I can review the food but as of now 1 star experience.

I got the shrimp tempura udon. Off the bat I could tell my broth was mild and lacked flavor. There was no spice in my broth either.The vegetables were crunchy but did not really complement the broth. It was as if the vegetables were just an add on to complete the dish.Udon noodles were soft and chewy. I did not enjoy the tempura shrimp. I think the tempura batter was not fresh.

Good food for the price. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it was good - about the same as a typical restaurant quality. The carrots were raw, which some people may really appreciate. Conveniently located in the H Mart food court right in the front.

First time here and I really liked the pork katsu. The ramen was a little too bland for me. Their pork katsu seemed like it's a lot of serving, but the slices were actually very thin and they just used a big plate to make it look "king size".

Great katsu! We were on a shopping trip, but then we decided to stick around for dinner. The KING katsu plate is two katsus with sauce, two scoops rice, soup, and salad.The katsus were well breaded. Almost fluffy? They were a bit thin though.Maybe they were just slammed today, but the katsus take a while. I should have ordered them 5 minutes before ordering from anywhere else in the food court.

The food here is definitely well worth the price - large portions and flavorful. I like the added touch that they melt the cheese with a blow torch right before serving it to you. My only gripes are that it was a bit too sweet for my taste and it took a pretty long time for it to come out. Overall, it's a very convenient place since it's right next to Hmart where you can do grocery shopping, and you'll leave feeling satisfied.

Our go to food court option in HMart! Definitely go for the King Katsu - huge portions ensure that you get a good bang for your buck, and the Katsu remains crispy and delicious even after some time! Some of the other dishes are quite good too, such as the seafood Udon, but I didn't like the bulgoging fried rice too much

The chicken fried rice we ordered was very bland, and the egg was overfried so the edges were hard and the rest was rubbery. The food also took 40 minutes to come out (and the 1 dish was all we ordered). Since that was supposed to be our toddler's dish, and we got our noodles from Paik's and FINISHED them before this dish came out, it did not make for a good experience.
