I booked Cookies N Cream SJ for a corporate event after a colleague recommended them from the SJ night market. Initially had issues submitting a quote request on their website but received a prompt response after I emailed them directly.Communication with Pelé was efficient and informative. We agreed on date, time, and ice cream options before the invoice was sent out for payment. They arrived on time and set up shop quickly.Choose a cup, fresh waffle cone, or two chocolate chip cookies for a sandwich!Flavors:*Cookies n Cream*Vanilla Bean*Very Strawberry*Coffee Delight*Chocolate Wasted*Lemon Sorbet -fat free, gluten free, soy free*New World Order -caramel, fudge, Oreos*To Die For -vanilla w/ brownie, fudge, peanut butterI got a scoop of "to die for" in a crisp waffle cone. Brownie chunks with PB & fudge just put it over the top! They ran out of cookies about halfway through the event but still had plenty of cones. I heard so many good things about the strawberry; I wish I'd gotten a scoop of that as well!Look for the bright pink food truck/van at the next night market! You're in for a sweet treat.

I've been pretty disappointed in this ice cream spot that's been going to the night market in Japantown. Their ice cream is always melted even when we first get it. It just becomes a gooey mess and it doesn't taste that premium to me. I think it's Marianne's ice cream? But the pistachio and strawberry flavor I got last week wasn't great. It was also very melted. Not sure if it's a freezer issue but we've gotten it multiple times and I get mad every time at how melted it is. But it's sometimes the only option.

Not bad but I'd skip on the cookie sandwich and get a cup or cone instead. The cookies were okay, but wouldn't get again.I really liked the "To Die For" and "New World Order" though! The caramel and the fudge were good. They're pretty nice and friendly too.

We booked this truck for our wedding at Roaring Camp Railroads in Felton on July 27, 2024. Pele was super responsive and helpful with my questions. They were punctual to the venue and worked well with our vendors. Everyone loved the ice cream, especially the cookies & cream which ran out before the end of the night! I had the dairy-free lemon sorbet and it was so creamy and delicious! The attendant there was super nice too. I would recommend them for any event and their pricing is very reasonable! No complicated packages, just ice cream and when/where to show up. Thanks for helping make our wedding an amazing day!

Super premium and rich ice cream, and worth the value! The best part is that it's a truck so it reminds me of childhood. Come try it out!

Cookies N Cream was booked for our local community's Friday food trucks and we absolutely loved having them there - do yourself a favor and get the new world order and try their unique combinations

Skip the cookie. I tried the cookies and was a little bit disappointed. The cookie was like a chips ahoy chewy cookie. I wish the cookie was Costco or home made instead. Get the waffle cone instead.Strawberry flavored ice cream was of good quality and tasted very good with actual strawberry bits. Had it twice and wouldn't mind getting it again.

I don't recommend hiring this truck for fundraisers or school events. They might be great for corporate events or weddings, and the ice cream was decent. My son's public school hired them for a fundraiser and ended up losing several hundred dollars instead of raising any money. They had a steep sales minimum, and they told the school that 10% would be donated back. Funny that the truck itself advertises 20% instead of 10%, which many families noticed. At $7 per scoop, the price point was also too high for most families in our area.

Cookies n cream truck parked front of Luther Burbank Savings today for the bank promotion, and we happened to be having lunch next to the bank.Gentlemen handout complimentary ticket for scoop of ice cream Very delicious lemon sorbet!! I wasn't able to eat dairy products and gentlemen offered the sorbet!! My son tried their famous ice cream on cone!! Cone was very crunchy and tasty ( fresh )All the members of cookies n cream were very professional! Their signature Pink color truck and pink spoons were very cute!!Here is photo of their Pink color truck!!

My company hired Cookies N Cream for a large event and they were very easy to work with. The staff arrived early, they were prepared for the event, and friendly. Our guests really enjoyed the ice cream and their pricing is very reasonable. We did have a minor issue however, Pele resolved the manner professionally and quickly (which I appreciate). I would recommend them for any event.
