- located in hotel valencia, take elevator to 3rd floor- after getting out, walk across the lobby and take another elevator to 7th floor came on a fri night, wasn't too busy. nice views and good customer service. overpriced drinks ($20 and up) but that's typical of santana row. i would call before arriving, they're only open during the summer! i think they're going to close later this october for the rest of the year

Great drinks, amazing view! With limited rooftop bars in the area, Cielo delivered! Very friendly bartender and host. Got a great table with fireplace and watched the sun go down. Perfect place to take visitors. Go up to the 3rd floor in the elevator to the left of the lobby entrance. Walk across the hallway past the cafe outside on the right, and take that elevator to Cielo.Enjoy the views!

If you're looking for some good drinks with a view in the area, this place is it. It's a little complicated to get to but the views, especially at sunset are worth it. Perfect spot for a date night in the city.

Rip off they illegally added a 18 percent gratuity for a bottle of wine I picked up from the bar,don't go to a place that scams the customers

If youre looking for a more private bar which could host big parties, Cielo just might be the perfect spot for that. The only reason im giving it a three star review is because had been an altercation with a group of very drunk customers that were yelling at each other and mentioning the substance "coke" which on of them must have taken, because they were saying "oh he must have had a bad batch" Finally once the people involved with this situation had parted, my bestie and I wanted to relax in the spot that they had previously occupied. Not sure where the staff was at this point, but there were a bunch of glasses of cocktails and beers that we cleaned up because the staff was no where to be found However, Bar tenders were very nice and attentive and quick making my friend and I two cocktails at what had seemed to be the speed of light. Buzz Light Year got nothin on the bartenders here.

5 stars all the way . Sergio and Isaiah Definitely made us feel welcome and provided excellent customer service . Will be coming back.

Always an amazing time here, during this unprecedented time of the pandemic, they only open for private events. We came for the Rombauer Vineyards wine dinner was amazing. Every event we hosted here or attended. It was always amazing.Excellent service, wine and food were delish. Can't wait for them to reopen to the public again!What an amazing sunset view here!

This is a great summer evening cocktail hour with a spectacular view. The sunset is in full view here and the ambiance at sunset is five star. It doesn't hurt that this is at the top of Hotel Valencia and the Other bar and restaurant are a short elevator ride away.

This place got to be the worst, low -class establishment I've ever been to. My friend and I heard about a rooftop bar, only to find a darkly lit bar that looked nothing like the pictures. Confused, we asked about it to the people there at the bar. One guy was super friendly, so we stayed to see how the vibe would be. No less than maybe 10 minutes later, my friend and I got called a completely vulgar term. Basically to our face. I called them out on it, but they proceeded to try and gaslight me. So I'm an Asian girl, and most of the patrons were white. I'm sensing something here. Who knows. But what I do know is, I don't go to establishments to be personally insulted. So we left. Unfortunately the people here are total riffraff. I'd rather go to a dive bar where I've found people to be nice , friendly, and classy. Money doesn't buy class I tell you.

It was hard to get the attention of both servers and barmens, impolite manners and non verbal behaviors. Cocktails and food were only ok. Definitely not luxury as this place could be. Tips : go early and watch the sunset.
