This is my second time eating here since I moved to the area two years ago. The flavors of the dishes are pretty good, but I find them a little too greasy for my taste. I wanted to try the Garlic Pea Sprouts, but they were out, so I opted for the Garlic String Beans instead, which were decent. The Salt and Pepper Fish Filet was also solid. I'd definitely come back if I'm craving Chinese food, especially since it's within walking distance.

Went for Daily Lunch SpecialFood - 3/5. Hot and sour soup had decent flavor with a heavy tone of black pepper. Consistency was standard, thickened with starch but still slurpable. Fried rice was alright with minimal amounts of wok hei. Almond chicken was soft but the flavor consisted mostly of soy sauce. Sweet and sour pork had a lot of batter and the vegetables were hard. Sauce was sweet and tangy, but the consistency was too thick and the flavor was generic.Service - 4/5. Quick, courteous service.Value - 2/5. They offer combination plates for $17 or above during lunch with a set menu depending on your selection. For the price, the amount of food you get was small, especially on the protein side. There was 4 pieces of pork compared to the large amount of filler vegetables. The quality wasn't anything impressive either. It's hard to justify the cost when there is so much competition in that price range.Parking - Private Lot (Free)

China wok is an amazing! Not only do they serve great food, uncle Joe and staff are amazing as well! Food is worth its price and and if you find your self eating there don't mind getting amazing boba drinks.

This was solid. Noodles were were OK, maybe 3-3.5 stars. But the Kung Pao Chicken was excellent - 5 stars. I like a lot of peanuts in my Kung Pao and this hit the spot as you can see in the pic. I have some other places on speed dial but was in the mood to try somewhere new and I'm glad I did. I look forward to sampling a few of their other dishes in search of a few more standouts like the Kung POW!

Surly service and just ok food. For some reason my husband loves this place. So today I took a friend out for lunch there. The lady who runs the front hopefully was just having a bad day. She was definitely acting like she wanted to be an anywhere but where she was.My friend had mixed vegetables rice plate. She got a huge portion of rice and very few vegetables. I got the fish with 3 mushrooms rice plate. The fish part of the dish was a decent portion, but two of the 3 types of mushrooms were definitely canned, the pea pods had a weird taste, the fish itself was good.

My boyfriend did not like his food. He kept complaining saying ambiance doesn't match the room. He felt the food was chewy. Felt gummy and thick. Felt like it has JELLO in the texture. Service was a 6/10 - low score

i miss living walking distance by this spot! i miss living in this area periodt. always done take out here, always ordered online (have yet to do dine in). online website is very easy to navigate, never had an issue. this is a great alternative to the nearby chef chu's, portions and prices at china wok are much more reasonable for the area than cc's.this spot is right behind a gasoline station and a few food trucks so i can see why this spot gets overlooked... they need more exposure!!!i really appreciate the many vegetarian options they offer. they pack everything so nicely and orderly. i appreciate it since i would always walk to and from here from my old apartment. staff is very friendly and attentive despite how busy they can get!

China Wok is a great no-frills Chinese restaurant in an otherwise pricey area, dining and living-wise. We typically stop by for their lunch specials, which are about $14-$16 each. I recently got the C4 special - Almond Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, and Fried Rice, which comes with Hot & Sour Soup as well. The staff are friendly and the service is fast as the restaurant is never full. If you're looking for something quick, tasty, and relatively cheap for dining out, this is a great spot to try!

I'm glad they made it through the pandemic. This is not the fanciest spot but they have a large traditional Chinese menu and the food is fresh. I had the salt & pepper prawns and I can't recall what the beef dish was. They give you the option of having the prawns peeled or not. The prawns were fresh and the food came out super quick which was good because we were on a time limit.Good alternative to Chef Chu's.

This place is painfully slow. If you have 2.5 hours for dinner it's a great place. Not sure why this place is so slow.
