I'm genuinely surprised how low the reviews are for this place as I've been coming here with my mom since I was a kid. It usually doesn't take long to get our food, probably within 10 minutes. The tables in the food court are usually clean. We usually dine in and have the duck porridge with salad. It's always so warm and comforting, with plenty of aromatics. The porridge is a bit thinner in consistency compared to other porridges but that has never bothered me. The ginger sauce that comes with the salad is sweet and tangy and one of my favorite parts of the dish. I personally think the proportion of duck to porridge is good and I never leave without feeling full. Like other Vietnamese Food Court restaurants, the dish usually comes with some hot tea to drink on the side. I always see older Vietnamese folk grab some food from here and I can understand why. Definitely more of a no nonsense type establishment.

Duck gizzard and intestines. Chewy. Cant get that anywhere else but here. Gizzard from duck is much bigger than chicken. Slightly different texture. More tender than a peruvian anticucho. Delicious if you like chewy texture but not too chewy. Multiple versions of intestines. One is stuffed and slightly spicy. Was ok but full after the gizzard. Very large portion sizes. They have to buy and process a whole duck to have the intestines and gizzards available for sale. one sign they aren't using the standard restaurant depot frozen ducks. Have to get them fresh.

I have been coming here for almost 30 years, with my friends and family. This restaurant has always been original, authentic, offering home made like. delicious, tasty, fresh Vietnamese cuisine. I have always enjoyed eating here every time I crave for Vietnamese food. The main lady who serves at the restaurant has always been friendly, pleasant, hardworking, and efficient getting all orders correctly. The seating area is self seating mode. After you are done with your meal, you will return the tray back to the restaurant. The ambiance is simple, fun and easy. I always feel happy and excited eating here. There are many Vietnamese locals dining here so for sure, this is the place to eat real Vietnamese food! Everything on the menu is yummy. Try it and you will be happy like me! Bon appetite!

Best duck porridge with salad on the side in town. The ginger dipping sauce is a must!

The food is OK but customer service is terrible!On Sunday 12/29/2024 we ordered 1 "mì vịt tiềm" and 1 "cơm vịt chiên" at $18.50 each as shown on the menu.We paid with card (via Square POS) and immediately received an email with a total charges of $44.30 from Square. Since the total charges seemed to be more than what it should be, we asked for a printed receipt with itemized charges but a lady identified herself as the owner refused and told us that the only receipt we'd receive has already been to my email and simply walked away.Very rude customer service!Never come back to this place!Not recommended!Total charges for 2 dishes is $37 plus 9.38% local sales tax should be no more than $40.50 but the owner charged us $44.30 (via Square POS). Email receipt attachedMake sure you ask for total charges before paying with credit card!

The service is horrible and lazy. I called ahead 30 minutes and still were not done when I get there. When I told the lady I want to pay with card she told me it take too long . Cash in cash is easier.

Very bad customer service. We ordered togo but they put the soup and noodle together but did not tell us. We opened it when we were home and it was disgusting ( no broth left, just noodle ). They even asked us to pack the togo food ourselves. Tried to call for the incident but they just hang up on us with a rude attitude. Never come back!

Bad service. do not eat here. I ordered banh xeo and asked if I can have lettuce only. She said no, you get what you see. Okay fine because my daughter wants banh xeo, then later the banh xeo came out the bean sprouts were not even cooked. Asked the lady to cook it a little she told me no. I asked for my money back she told me know and said if I cannot eat it then throw it. Bad service.Plus the food is very expensive. She overcharged because it was tet!I would give a negative star if I can.

the service was rude and they forgot our order and the order was not correct.the egg roll was burned and the meat inside was spoiled did not taste fresh. we threw it away.the fried rice was over cooked and dry.I dont know how this places stays open with horrible food and service in such a busy mall.

We ordered "banh xeo" and were disappointed. The service was frustrating due to the rude and disrespectful attitude of the lady who served us. Additionally, the vegetables were not clean and had insects on them.
