My cousin's favorite matcha place in Saratoga, and it makes sense as to why - the matcha here is really good.Both iced and hot are delicious but my favorite is the hot matcha with soy. The guy messed up my drink and made me an iced one but he was nice enough to remake it and give me a hot one and he let me keep both drinks. Nice staff and good drinks!

I've been seeing people post drinks from this place, and of course the IG algorithm would feature this place, too. That meant finally trying this place out. I needed a little pick me up without a TON of caffeine, and this actually did the job. I decided to try the Matcha Einspanner since it's a crowd favorite. The matcha has just the right bitterness to it, while balancing with the sweet cream. It was very refreshing!Parking can be a little difficult since there's plenty of businesses in the same lot, so be mindful of that. The space inside is fairly small, housing a couple of small tables inside.Their menu selection is nice! There are a wide variety of options, and I definitely will come back again to try their other drinks.

I LOVE MATCHA EINSPANNERS, and this is my go-to spot in the bay for it. LOOK AT THAT GREEN COLOR!!!! A part of me wants to gatekeep but the other part feels the need to share how good this place is LOL.The cafe is pretty small and there isn't much seating, so if you're looking to study here, it's probably not advisable. I'm a grab and go person so it doesn't bother me though. I'll probably be here every weekend :P

Cute and minimalistic but small cafe (3 tables and a bench). I came on a Saturday afternoon and there was a short line, so placing our order and waiting to receive our drinks was a quick process. There isn't much standing room so there isn't a great place to wait for your order if seating is taken, so you can stand outside and wait for your drinks. The workers got our drinks out in a timely manner though so I was able to wait inside without feeling too cramped or as if I was in other people's ways. There is one self-order kiosk.What we ordered:- Matcha Einspanner: creamy, rich, and earthy. Ordered at 75% sweetness and the matcha is more on the bitter side and not very sweet. I'd recommend getting it at 100% if you'd like a sweeter drink. Matcha is good quality! Whipped cream on top is thick and fluffy- Kokuto Hojicha Latte: such a unique drink and so yummy! Ordered at 100% sweetness so it was extremely sweet for me, but my bf has a huge sweet tooth and thought it was perfect. He said it "tastes like an elevated milk tea". The brown sugar and hojicha compliment each other well so there's a good balance of the sweetness from the brown sugar and the nutty flavor from the hojicha. I'm interested in trying the einspanner version of this drink next time!

Matcha einspanner was delicious! The matcha flavor was really strong, but it balanced well with the sweet whipped cream at the top once it was more mixed in. The drink comes at a default of 75% sweetness, and its not sweet at all. I usually get 75% sweetness at boba shops but this was a little less sweet than what I'm used to, but I liked it. I think next time I would try 100%. I also like how they give a little spoon to scoop some of the cream. The store is small and its more of a grab and go place since theres only a few tables to sit at. Service was decently fast. Drink: 9/10

The shop is quite small with limited seating. There is a self ordering kiosk but the line can go out the door if it gets busy. I've ordered on two different occasions, first to try the strawberry matcha and another time for their mango matcha.Their matcha here seems to be of good quality; great color, a subtle rich/creamy palette, and smooth. Pairs very well with their fruit purées. Both the strawberry and mango have a nice sweetness to them and does not overwhelm the matcha flavor. I would suggest going light sweetness (25% or 50%) because it seems the fruit purées are quite sweet themselves. Totally worth trying and yes they do have milk alternatives (for a charge of course).

If you're looking for quality drinks, Ceré tea is the place to go. We got the matcha einspanner and strawberry matcha einspanner. The matcha quality at Ceré is excellent. The only downside for me was that the drink was not sweet enough. I tend to like my matcha sweet vs bitter so I did not enjoy my drink as much.The service was still great and drinks came out fast. I'd come back and get my matcha a bit sweeter.

The matcha is so good here it's my favorite. Very good vibes. It's definitely worth waiting in line.

The hojicha is so incredible here! Cere tea is my go-to whenever I want a good hojicha latte :)

Writing my first review because this shop had excellent drinks and customer service! We came in around noon and ordered one corn latte and one strawberry matcha einspanner. For the corn latte, we were told that since they just opened, they were still preparing the corn cream for the latte, and that it might take additional time, and asked me if that was okay. I really appreciate the fact that they let us know that they might take a little more time for the drinks because I have been to many cafes where something like their tea wasn't quite ready, and they wouldn't inform you of the long wait times to prepare the drinks until a lot of time has already passed. We were more than happy to wait, and because they informed us of the wait time, it allowed us to run a quick nearby errand instead of just waiting around! 5/5 for their customer service. They were also super nice, and shop was cute, clean, and had a chill vibe. Regarding the drinks themselves, the matcha tasted really smooth, and didn't have an overly bitter taste that bad quality matcha often has. The strawberry in the matcha latte was also super refreshing, and I am very happy they used real strawberry puree instead of syrup. The layer of cream at the top was also delicious and tied the drink together nicely! As someone from LA, which has several cafes with great corn lattes, I went to several cafes in the South Bay looking for a good soo soo latte, and most have not tasted good, or even like corn. However, I am happy to say that Ceré Tea had an excellent corn latte! The espresso itself was pretty good, nice, and strong without much sourness. The corn cream was delicious! I don't live in the Bay Area, however, I frequently visit, and the next time I visit, I will definitely return to Ceré Tea! Great drinks and customer service!
