"This little college campus market has a great selection of snacks and beverages. They specialize in sushi and for an on campus sushi spot, it is relatively decent. I have bought sushi here a few times and it sat well with me. I haven't had any negative toilet experiences lol which is great. The workers here are friendly and the environment inside is clean. Some of the snack items can be expensive and can definitely be bought somewhere else for less. I think it's great for the college students who live on campus to enjoy. be aware that the sushi in the fridge section may have been sitting there for a while. I got the poke bowl one day and the rice was so hard due to the fridge being so cold. The rice was all stuck together. I definitely wouldn't choose this place over an actual sushi joint but if you need anything for fuel and you are craving sushi, this place got you covered. You do not have to be a student or affiliate of the school to shop and eat here. It is open to the public if you're ever interested in campus sushi. Also, I think it's nice to have something open for the visitors on campus. I think it's a solid place for snacks and will continue to buy here."
"Poki Run has truly ruined it for myself when it comes to my poke cravings. No other place can compare, especially when it comes to taste and quality of that sushi rice. Let's be real- if your rice is trash, the meal itself couldn't possibly be any better when it comes to this type of dish. Poki Run is a bit of a drive compared to a couple of poke spots located a lot closer to home but I'd easily make the trip. 5/5 stars!! Seafood, protein, and ingredients are always fresh, tasty, and the pricing is 100% justified. Flavorings as a whole is always spot on and satisfies all my cravings completely. Having a few recent fails at other establishments have only solidified my love and high praises for PR."

"Line was a bit busy upon walking in. Definitely a busy place. We ordered 1 large poke bowl, and 2 medium bowls. They definitely forgot a couple things on all bowls and the amounts of the protein were so sad. Since it wasn't our vibe that day, we took our food to go. Not a fan."
"Saw this new spot pop up on my yelp feet and decide to try out since I love Hawaiian food. When trying Hawaiian for the first time I always go with the loco moco and musubi. Also grabbed a poke bowl to try out. Since we are all still in Shelter in Place I ordered via mobile via their website from my car. Very easy to place an order and was done in the 10-15 minutes that was stated on the site. Gave me enough time to pick up a few items I needed at the ranch. The loco moco was pretty good. Gravy was a little congealed since it had to travel back home but they gave a good portion of meat and was spiced well. Mac salad was decent and egg was cooked just right. Bag tipped over in my car but lid held everything in so no biggie. Good take on the Hawaiian classic. Also ordered a Poke bow with 2 scoops. Pretty easy to select toppings via the website. Here's what we got.Build Your Own Poke Bowl - 2 Scoops of PokeVariation: RegularPoke Base: Sushi Rice,Mix GreensBase Toppings: Cucumbers,Garlic Crab MixChoice 1: Salmon FurikakeChoice 2: Sweet Miso SalmonToppings: Corn,Green Onions,Masago,Lomi Lomi Tomatoes,Fried Onions,FurikakeSauce: House Calamansi Ponzu To be honest both types of poke tasted similar. But maybe due to them being mixed together with the sauce. Overall solid poke bowl as well. I also got a couple of the chicken spam musubi. Solid for HI food as well. If in the mood for hawaiian takeout, this was a good choice, would be back if nearby or need to shop inside 99 and have my food ready to go before heading home.TLDR; Solid spot for HI (hawaiian) grub in the mid peninsula."
"Considering that I came here from the recommendation of Stanford locals, I had low expectations and considered it kind of like college campus food. However, i was shocked by how good this was! Really fresh ingredients, various toppings, and the fish here was actually really good. The small was $20, and it was definitely worth it- i couldnt even finish my bowl. I got the small bowl with half white rice half spring mix, and then yes to the crab salad. You can choose two fish flavors, so I got the spicy miso salmon and garlic oyster tuna. (Doesn't have actual oysters, its just oyster sauce) then got many toppings!"
"No problems here! :) Consistent quality to other locations in San Jose. The salmon is always so fresh and fatty. LOVE IT. For sauces, I get the Miso Aioli and Ponzu, which always hits the spit for me. They didn't skimp on the portions and the bowl came with everything I requested on Doordash. Very satisfied with my lunch!"
"Good price for the poke quality and portion. It's $17.95 for 3 scoops of fish (seaweed is extra $1.50)I got the 2 scoops of salmon and 1scoop of ahi tuna. I liked the variety in toppings including mango pieces and the crispy onion flakes. There's also outside seating and plenty of inside seating. They have water cups behind the counter you can request for along with any sauces you want on the side. Going on a Saturday evening and even when they were close to closing, people were still coming in. People who served were very nice as well. Definitely recommend as a Poke place!"
"Hands down the best Poki I've ever had!Okay, so I'm not a Poki enthusiast but I know what good food tastes like and if something is fresh or not. Poki Run's bowls are made with extremely fresh ingredients with zero smells or the old fishiness flavor. I ordered a large bowl with half rice, half mixed greens, crab, hamachi and tuna. You get 5 scoops with the large bowl. For sauce, I had the spicy mayo.I ordered over the phone and the gentleman helping me was extremely helpful and patient with me. When I arrived, the bowls were bagged and ready for me. The service is really good and they are friendly. The restaurant is very clean, well lit and welcoming. I love the simplicity of the overall white theme, easy to read menu and ordering. For two large bowls with avocado, the total was about $46. Although that's a bit pricey, what isn't these days?I think Poki Run Fremont should be rated higher than 3 stars. My constructive criticism would be to make the portions slightly larger without increasing the costs. It seems to be the main issue most people are having. Nobody likes to eat out and still be hungry when their meal is done.I will definitely be back in the future when I'm craving Poki."
"The portions here were so big and the fish tasted very fresh! I definitely recommend a mix of spicy salmon and regular salmon. The service was very friendly and the ambiance was very casual. Great quick place for delicious poke!!"
"First time trying Poke Go and will definitely return. I'll start by saying that this was an all tofu bowl, so no fish. Nonetheless it was very tasty. LOTS of toppings and sauces. Service was fast and everyone was pretty friendly. While I enjoyed most of the toppings, I would probably skip the pickled cucumbers next time. Other than that, everything was pretty good."
"YALL the pictures speak for itself. Before your eyes go wide on that $23 price point for a poke bowl.. Don't be fooled man it is a LOT of fish and definitely worth your money. Bowl K is definitely a hidden gem.. It is tucked in the corner on the side of Target plaza, I wish I found out about Bowl K sooner! My friend and I shared the Chef's Special Poke Bowl and the Won K Special Roll, which is supposed to be the chef's pick surprise roll! I love ordering rolls like that because the fun's in trying out what the chef's got to offer! :) The staff were incredibly sweet as well, they kept checking up on our experience and if we liked our food (we loved it). There was a number of tables and the restaurant itself felt quite cozy, I enjoyed the Korean music playing in the background as well. I was blown away by how fresh the fish here was. I swear the salmon melted in my mouth bro I haven't left a poke restaurant so satisfied in a while. And I've never had a poke bowl with cream cheese in it.. which surprisingly worked pretty well with our meal. Both dishes were so delicious we were struggling to finish our meal! There was also a great selection of drinks to choose from, ofc I had to get this Hello Kitty ube drink. Chef's special more like chef's kiss. I'm coming back"
"After several visits to PokeDon in Hayward, it's high time to share our experience. The create-your-own Poké bowls offer a satisfying customization experience, which allows customers to tailor their meal to their liking. During our multiple visits, we've always enjoyed the service and our final selections. Although prices have increased slightly, this is understandable and noticeable everywhere these days. An important note... while the inner parking lot can be a bit tight, venturing a bit further to the adjacent parking lot would be a better option. Overall, the simplicity of the ordering process coupled with the quality and freshness of the ingredients, especially their proteins such as the salmon and tuna options, definitely makes PokeDon a reliable choice for a quick and flavorful meal."

I love this place bc my best friend works here but the sushi and drinks are overpriced in my opinion but you can grab snacks while you're on campus.

I LOVE POKI RUNNN!!! It beats Poke House slightly because they offer up to five scoops and have a variety in their menu. I usually go for the bowls, and the biggest win for me is how consistently fresh the fish is, along with their great variety of sauces! In the bowl pictured, I opted for unagi and decided to try the blueberry mayo. Initially, I was skeptical (because blueberry mayo?!), but it adds a light, unexpected sweetness without being overpowering. The restaurant is spacious with lots of seating, the staff is always welcoming, and the area is kept clean. Highly recommend! I come here often and will definitely keep coming back :)

This is my go to poke spot! They carry build your own poke bowls as well as premade sushi burritos, curry, hot foods (beef bowls, pork bowls) and more! I love how they give you an order form to order from so you're easily able to see/pick all of the different options. The inside is clean, the service is very fast, and they usually play kpop on the stereo. There's a good amount of tables for indoor dining. They also have a stamp card & if you purchase 10 items, you'll get your next one for free!

I wouldn't say A-OK but I hate giving less than 3 stars. I'm hoping we just got an off day on our first visit. I was super excited to try this place after reading the yelp reviews cause I do adore Hawaiian poke. We ordered two custom poke bowls - the hamachi was good but the classic Hawaiian tuna didn't have much flavor and didn't taste that fresh either sadly. Rice was meh. Not very generous portions on the fish as compared to other poke places we frequent. Seaweed salad addition was generous but again - just the standard stuff you say at most Asian places selling it.The house-made chicken spam musubi was pretty interesting and worth trying at least once. Hard to beat the real deal on flavor on regular spam but housemade is impressive. I also ordered the fire tartare hand roll which didn't come entirely assembled - seaweed part was in a separate pouch on it's own - I'm not sure how I was supposed to get the filling inside it neatly without a plate. The other pic on yelp showed it already put together so that was a bummer that mine was not. It seemed to be mostly rice with a little bit of filling - the sauce was good - nicely balanced with a bit of heat and tang. The salmon chowder was our least favorite - barely any salmon to be found at all - I had to look hard for some pink bitty pieces - mostly potato and teeny cut pieces of celery - nice amount of pepper - more of a porridge consistency than a chowder. Tried a few spoonfuls and than decided not to take it home for later as I knew that the rest of my crew would be disappointed. A long drive for not the best experience. Folks there were nice enough - clean and fairly quick turnaround. If you are in the area - the spam is worth considering and perhaps the loco moco are better bets.

Grabbed a poke bowl for lunch at the Town and Country location on a Sunday afternoon.I opted for a build-your-own bowl and chose tuna and salmon with sushi rice, edamame, cucumber, green onions, pineapple, mango, and ginger, topped with the house shoyu sauce. The bowl was aesthetically pleasing but, most importantly, it was delicious! Each bite was flavorful. The salmon and tuna were cut into cube-sized pieces, making it easier to get a bite that included every ingredient. This place is a perfect choice for a healthy and satisfying meal!

Okay I came here and customer service is friendly, I like how quick they make your order and listen to what you want , love that they have variety of food options to fruit and veggies and they put enough in your bowl definitely worth your money . It's located in a plaza and it's pretty busy so parking can sometimes be hectic if you're looking at the front so try parking the back side that always helps .

Excellent poke in small center next to a Buffalo Wild Wings. All the usual choices for base and lots of protein options including hamachi which was a nice surprise. Tons of add ons and lots of dressings. Servings generous and service very friendly. Really tasty poke and good price, we will be back. Very convenient if you are taking a class at the adult ed center too.

Happened to be in the area today and noticed a poke spot that I haven't tried. The inside is clean, plenty of seating, and had cute decor. The great part is that it wasn't too busy, but at the same time I'm wondering why? The lady working didn't come off as friendly at all, and I felt pretty awkward choosing my food items. The poke is tasty, the add ins are fresh, but the bowl is smaller than some places and she was pretty stingy with the raw fish proteins. I came here for raw fish, not rice and salad! Overall for the price I paid, probably wouldn't come back again. There is another poke place closer to home for me and larger portions.

"Go Fish is my favorite poke place! I've DoorDashed from here numerous times (my app says 9 times) lol. Their poke bowls are so good! I always get their yam noodles as my base. These noodles are so yummy that I even called the place to ask where they get their yam noodles from! The fish is always so fresh and tasty too. Their lychee lemonade is also very refreshing."
"This place was surprisingly good for being in the Oakridge mall food court! My husband and I were starving and were in the area, so decided to just grab something quick to eat. I saw that Kaia Hawaiian BBQ was new and had amazing prices so decided to try it out. This place has poke and Hawaiian bbq. Basically stuff you can find at food trucks in Hawaii. I ordered the bbq chicken and my husband got the chicken katsu. We weren't expecting much since it's mall food. Boy, was the food delish! Each of our entrees came with rice, macaroni salad, veggies, and choice of protein. We thought it was a steal since each entree was under $10. Hard to find places that serve big portions, great quality, and cheap nowadays. The poke bowls start at $12 something so that's an amazing price. I'll def be back to try their poke since other prices are close to $20 per bowl now."
"My most ordered food item on DoorDash is Poke House's California hand rolls. They are beyond delicious. Such a great option for a quick and filling meal. There ingredients feel fresh, clean, and focused on providing nutritious options that still have great flavor. Their poke bowls are also a great option. They are customizable, allowing you to pick and choose what you want. Overall, very time efficient and delicious."
"Love everything about this place. I do have ONE REQUEST! Please allow more than 2 DRY SEASONING toppings. I always want to get 3, but it is not allowed. Also, bring back the Chicken Karaage!"
"I stopped by Poke Paradise while my car was being serviced and really enjoyed my meal! The store is small but the standard Chipotle-style experience where you make your way down the line of options. I went on a Saturday around lunchtime and there were only a couple of other people there.Everything seemed fresh and tasty! I took my order to go. There was plenty of parking since it's in a shared parking lot. Next time my car is being serviced, I'll be back!"
"#taste - 5/5#portion size - 4/5#service - n/a#value - 4/5#recommendation(s) - get the garlic popcorn chicken! Really flavorful and decent portion size.#tip - parking can be limited due to street parking so consider doing takeout.#like - in addition to the popcorn chicken, I also enjoyed the short ribs. The size is good and the meat is tender.#dislike - not a dislike of the food but I felt the portion of the mac salad was small so I wish the entrees would come with bigger servings. #suggestion - the fried rice could be more flavorful"
"I was pleasantly surprised with how good this place is! Picked up my nephew for a lunch date and he requested sushi. This place was so close to his house we tried. It's nestled in the chain malls on Hesperian. I would say there's about 10 tables and we sat right away. I liked how affordable things looked. Nothing more than $15. Service was attentive and friendlyKaki fry 4/5. Came out hot and crunchy. Oysters were good. Could use a touch more seasoning. Passion Salmon 4.5/5. I love garlic and salmon so this roll was perfect. Plenty of fish on top and the garlic was present but not overpowering.Lion King 5/5. Honestly one of the better lion kings I've had! A little heavy handed on the mayo but I liked it lol.Really good value restaurant! And my picky nephew approved lol."
"A much cleaner eating Poke place! As in healthier then most as they combine veggies and protein and it's fresh and just enough. You could eat here Daily be a little picky and you'd be quite healthy!. Happy New Year!"
"My favorite go-to for when I'm craving poke for lunch. A short walk from my work, Spoonfish Poke uses fresh ingredients and their poke bowls never disappoint. I always order a medium "build your own poke bowl." Friendly and helpful staff who are happy to answer any questions if it's your first time ordering (I'm a regular). Limited seating inside, but there are tables and chairs outside. Great place to have a poke bowl and people watch as it's located on the Paseo de San Antonio in Downtown San Jose by SJSU."
"I get takeout from here every once in a while after my friend put me on to this restaurant. This is actually my only experience with poke bowls, so I don't have anything else to compare this place to. I'd say Go Fish Poke Bar is a great choice if you're looking for a healthier option in the Stanford Shopping Center. I usually just get the normal bowl which comes with three different types of fish. I find it to be plenty filling, but if you're even hungrier, you can opt to get five fish. You're able to choose from a variety of predetermined bowls or make your own.My recommendation would be to definitely take the complementary imitation crab! It's so creamy, and I love it. Can't say I've ever had a problem with any of my bowls; the fish always tastes fresh."
"Food: fresh and delicious! Perfection in a bowl. I was worried I would have to order à la carte, but there was a printed flyer to check off what you want in your poke bowl at the counter. Phew! Service: Very friendly, very helpful, superfastAmbiance: Well I don't know if poke star is still in pandemic mode, but there's no seating inside, just the counter and blocking off the rest of the entry area with tables, as others do too. The thing that mattered most: the food! Did they succeed? They excelled! No photos available, I ate in the car and so fast and digested it wonderfully well."
"My husband and I were staying in town for a long weekend. We were at the hotel nearby and looking for a place to get some lunch. After a walk around and a scan of the restaurants, we chose World Wrapps. It was one of the healthier options around, and they had plenty of options to choose from. It is basically a fast casual restaurant where you order at the counter and get a number for them to bring you your food. It is a relatively small restaurant with both inside and outside seating. My husband and I were both a bit cold, and the restaurant itself was cold, so we chose to sit outside where we were also cold. Had it been a bit warmer out, the experience would have been more pleasant. I ordered the chicken Tikka Masal bowl. It had a really nice flavor and was served with rice and some greens. I really enjoyed it. I do think the all of the favor was in the sauce, and not much in the rest fo the dish, which I would have preferred. However, I think that is because they make many different items from the same base items. My husband loves Chicken Caesar salad, so he really enjoyed the Chicken Caesar wrap. All in all, World Wrapps was convenient and tasty spot to grab a quick lunch."
"Icey Poki serves both poke AND rolled ice cream.PokeMy poke order was pretty good. Everything was fresh and you get a good variety of toppings, seafood and the portion size is filling. I ordered spicy tuna, seaweed salad and a bunch of other add ins. The price higher because inflation but it was a good poke bowl and I thought it was worth it.Rolled Ice CreamI wasn't a huge fan of the rolled ice cream. I thought it was less sweet and didn't have the creaminess I was looking for in my rolled ice cream. For me it wasn't a highlight when I stopped by. They do have a good toasted marshmallow. It's possible I had a bad roller though"
"One of the best poke bowls I've had in SJ. I will die on that hill. Friendly staff, little bit of a wait for my food but it was very well worth in the end. The dude who made my bowl made it look beautiful and taste beautiful! Everything was well balanced and not overly saucy like a lot of other poke places. Fair pricing and I got $2 off my order for signing up for their rewards system. Their frickin soy garlic and miso sesame sauce is bomb!!!! Note: I got their dragonfruit lemonade juice and that's also super good!! I'll def be back :)"
"Every time I come to this plaza it's for Soyful, but I was craving a type of "sushirito" & figured I should check this place out since it was a walk away. They serve both poke & burritos. When I walked in during the afternoon, it was pretty empty. They had limited seating against the walls. I ordered a Katsu Rito & Krusty Krab. Katsu Rito: (3/5) fried chicken, crab mayo, cucumber, red cabbage, rice & nori. Most places skimp out on meat but they actually put a lot. Since there is chicken, I would say this one was more dry & could've used more sauce. Or maybe add sauce on the side. The size was pretty big. I was expecting it to be a super small role. Krusty Krab: (4/5) crab, cabbage, mayo, cucumber, unagi sauce & masago eggs. The Krusty Krab had a lot more flavor due to the crab. I'd probably get this one again. Since I love saucy things, I'd probably ask for some to go as well so you can dip it. Service: there was some people in front of me, so I waited a short bit but nothing too crazy.Glad to have stumbled across this place and now I have somewhere to grab lunch when I grab soyful."
"Fish & Things Poke Bar is hands down the best poke experience in the Bay Area! As a self-proclaimed poke connoisseur, I can attest to their unwavering commitment to freshness. Their daily fish deliveries from Hawaii are a testament to this dedication, resulting in the most vibrant and flavorful poke bowls you'll find!! Building your own bowl is a culinary adventure and with a wide array of delicious, healthy toppings, savory signature sauces, all generously portioned. Beyond poke, their sushi & sashimi are equally impressive. Making F&T a one-stop shop for all your fish cravings.Their party platters are not only a feast for the taste buds but also a visual delight. Guaranteed to be the star of any gathering. And let's not forget their signature crispy taco trio - an ...an absolute must-try that will leave you mesmerized! The service at F&T is simply exceptional. The friendly and attentive staff create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making every visit a pleasure. The establishment's impeccable cleanliness reflects the management's dedication to excellence.Whether you order online for convenience or dine in to enjoy the ambiance, F&T Poke Bar promises an unforgettable culinary journey that will keep you coming back for more!"
"Ordered to go and was impressed by the quality. They offer option to use purple rice as a base, which is a unique and healthy touch. One of the standout features is that they use real, fresh pineapple instead of canned, showing they care about their ingredients. The fish is sliced thinly, unlike the chunky pieces you often get at other poke places, and it's very well prepared with no strange smell or aftertaste. The flavors are fresh and vibrant, making for an enjoyable meal. However, I do wish the portion sizes were a bit larger, especially considering the price. Despite that, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for high quality poke."
"Helped by Neo. Great customer service and spoke loud and clearly, making the process faster and easier for customers."
"Go Fish Poke is my favorite poke chain in California. They never disappoint! The fish is always fresh and what sets them apart are the flavors they use. If you're not a fish fan, they also have a delicious miso short rib! I've never had an issue with service either. Everyone is always friendly and eager to answer any questions I may have! Definitely recommend!"
"I'm in and out of this place a lot. They have great specials through Uber Eats so I often order to pick up myself. The service is always excellent there. They have a small dining room and a food truck (which I partook of at a local event recently).Their sushi is always fresh. I've tried numerous different rolls. I love their fresh salmon and their Hamachi Kama is delicious. This is kind of a "treat to myself" on days I've been on the road a lot. Will keep coming back because....It's good and I can"
"Such a cute spot!Went with a friend for lunch and the food was great! The menu was pretty big and all looked great. They even included a board and markers to fill out when ordering a poke bowl, no need to recite all the different ingredients you want added. I got a shrimp/tofu bowl, and my friend got the Agedashi tofu soba noodles. We shared some garlic edamame and all the food was delicious. The service was nice and fast, and overall the experience was great! I hope to be back soon to try more of their food!"
"Tuna Kahuna is my favorite lunch spot in Burlingame. The owners truly care and are often in the kitchen themselves. Fresh fish, excellent sauces and marinades, and a wide variety of toppings. Their signature bowls are the way to go, as each is thoughtfully composed with ingredients that complement each other. Their new ginger scallion bowl is my current fave. The salmon lover bowl another go-to. Casual ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating. I have yet to try their special weekend meals, which is a more elevated dining experience. Another bonus: they have a rewards program which is earns you discounts over time. I'll be back!"
"Food was great!! Generous portions and super yummy! And the extra "crab bonus" was a win"
