"This little college campus market has a great selection of snacks and beverages. They specialize in sushi and for an on campus sushi spot, it is relatively decent. I have bought sushi here a few times and it sat well with me. I haven't had any negative toilet experiences lol which is great. The workers here are friendly and the environment inside is clean. Some of the snack items can be expensive and can definitely be bought somewhere else for less. I think it's great for the college students who live on campus to enjoy. be aware that the sushi in the fridge section may have been sitting there for a while. I got the poke bowl one day and the rice was so hard due to the fridge being so cold. The rice was all stuck together. I definitely wouldn't choose this place over an actual sushi joint but if you need anything for fuel and you are craving sushi, this place got you covered. You do not have to be a student or affiliate of the school to shop and eat here. It is open to the public if you're ever interested in campus sushi. Also, I think it's nice to have something open for the visitors on campus. I think it's a solid place for snacks and will continue to buy here."

"Poki Run has truly ruined it for myself when it comes to my poke cravings. No other place can compare, especially when it comes to taste and quality of that sushi rice. Let's be real- if your rice is trash, the meal itself couldn't possibly be any better when it comes to this type of dish. Poki Run is a bit of a drive compared to a couple of poke spots located a lot closer to home but I'd easily make the trip. 5/5 stars!! Seafood, protein, and ingredients are always fresh, tasty, and the pricing is 100% justified. Flavorings as a whole is always spot on and satisfies all my cravings completely. Having a few recent fails at other establishments have only solidified my love and high praises for PR."

"Saw this new spot pop up on my yelp feet and decide to try out since I love Hawaiian food. When trying Hawaiian for the first time I always go with the loco moco and musubi. Also grabbed a poke bowl to try out. Since we are all still in Shelter in Place I ordered via mobile via their website from my car. Very easy to place an order and was done in the 10-15 minutes that was stated on the site. Gave me enough time to pick up a few items I needed at the ranch. The loco moco was pretty good. Gravy was a little congealed since it had to travel back home but they gave a good portion of meat and was spiced well. Mac salad was decent and egg was cooked just right. Bag tipped over in my car but lid held everything in so no biggie. Good take on the Hawaiian classic. Also ordered a Poke bow with 2 scoops. Pretty easy to select toppings via the website. "Considering that I came here from the recommendation of Stanford locals, I had low expectations and considered it kind of like college campus food. However, i was shocked by how good this was! Really fresh ingredients, various toppings, and the fish here was actually really good. The small was $20, and it was definitely worth it- i couldnt even finish my bowl. I got the small bowl with half white rice half spring mix, and then yes to the crab salad. You can choose two fish flavors, so I got the spicy miso salmon and garlic oyster tuna. (Doesn't have actual oysters, its just oyster sauce) then got many toppings!"

They have water cups behind the counter you can request for along with any sauces you want on the side. "Hands down the best Poki I've ever had!Okay, so I'm not a Poki enthusiast but I know what good food tastes like and if something is fresh or not. Poki Run's bowls are made with extremely fresh ingredients with zero smells or the old fishiness flavor. I ordered a large bowl with half rice, half mixed greens, crab, hamachi and tuna. You get 5 scoops with the large bowl. For sauce, I had the spicy mayo.I ordered over the phone and the gentleman helping me was extremely helpful and patient with me. When I arrived, the bowls were bagged and ready for me. The service is really good and they are friendly. The restaurant is very clean, well lit and welcoming. I love the simplicity of the overall white theme, easy to read menu and ordering.For two large bowls with avocado, the total was about $46. Although that's a bit pricey, what isn't these days?I think Poki Run Fremont should be rated higher than 3 stars. My constructive criticism would be to make the portions slightly larger without increasing the costs. It seems to be the main issue most people are having. Nobody likes to eat out and still be hungry when their meal is done.I will definitely be back in the future when I'm craving Poki."

I saw that Kaia Hawaiian BBQ was new and had amazing prices so decided to try it out. This place has poke and Hawaiian bbq. Basically stuff you can find at food trucks in Hawaii. I ordered the bbq chicken and my husband got the chicken katsu. We weren't expecting much since it's mall food. Boy, was the food delish! Each of our entrees came with rice, macaroni salad, veggies, and choice of protein. We thought it was a steal since each entree was under $10. Hard to find places that serve big portions, great quality, and cheap nowadays. The poke bowls start at $12 something so that's an amazing price. I find it to be plenty filling, but if you're even hungrier, you can opt to get five fish. After a walk around and a scan of the restaurants, we chose World Wrapps. It was one of the healthier options around, and they had plenty of options to choose from. It is basically a fast casual restaurant where you order at the counter and get a number for them to bring you your food. It is a relatively small restaurant with both inside and outside seating. My husband and I were both a bit cold, and the restaurant itself was cold, so we chose to sit outside where we were also cold. Had it been a bit warmer out, the experience would have been more pleasant. I ordered the chicken Tikka Masal bowl. It had a really nice flavor and was served with rice and some greens. I really enjoyed it. I do think the all of the favor was in the sauce, and not much in the rest fo the dish, which I would have preferred. However, I think that is because they make many different items from the same base items.My husband loves Chicken Caesar salad, so he really enjoyed the Chicken Caesar wrap.
