Amazing food! We had the branzino fish--hands down the best dish. The sauce and Brussels sprouts were incredible. The spicy drunken noodle with crab was super fresh and not fishy at all. The larb salad with duck was my least favorite due to a lack of moisture, but still very tasty.The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a full bar inside and a charming patio outside. Service was excellent! We were asked to move seats to accommodate a larger party, which wasn't an issue, but they still insisted on treating us to a beautiful pudding dessert on the house. Will definitely be back to try more dishes!

One of the best thai place. Located inside a cosy house with very beautiful ambiance. From chinaware to the silverware everything was nicely done. We ordered spring rolls for appetizers, veg soup with tofu, thai Penang curry with sticky rice. Everything was delicious.

1st of all, we're going back for xmas dinner, yes they are plan to be open, cute house, old danv Thai House bungalow. Water feature and fireplace, inside a 3x2 old home.But that's not what gets it!,It's the cuisine!!!Omg, my spouse is half Thai and loves it.The duck, the shrimp with amazing sauce, I kept spooning it off my spouses plate onto my mouth even though I had a great beef dish but it wasn't fandango beef or green nor red curry. More like med rare steak and wonderful sauces, food for all. They are SO accommodating as well.Cant go wrong with chicken satay but the star for apps for me was the garlic green beans, wow. I will update post Holiday for 2nd visit. A must try is the Lychee Lemonade. Thai Tea is good but the lemonade was different. I had hot tea also.Nice small patio outside as well. We changed due to too chilly weather and the christmas tree is a nice beau touch. This time I will be getting another smothered gravy duck plate! Their sauces.Better than my Spouses mom's Thai cooking. Sssshhh, I'll get thrown out. My spouse had a wonderful full flavor cocktail and loved it, I thinknit had too much alcoholBut looked lovely. Tiger Thai is around the corner, but this one stepped up.to home plate, idk I don't like sports but the food!

Easy street parking right across from restaurant. Nice decor in restaurant. Comfortable seating for group of five. Every one else was gone by the time our dinner got underway. Large party enjoyed the food. Service was good since we were the only party remaining on a Tuesday night. There are four plant based dishes on back of menu. No cocktail drinker. When is it ever inexpensive eating out.

Came back again for a second time and everything is still delicious :-)The corn cakes come with a sweet sauce that is good.The eggplant was eaten by the vegetarians, not by me I really like the blistered green beans And I really liked my duck red curry. I realize that is pictured for what I called the Tom Kha. You can see the peeled lychee it came with. I don't think those really add anything other than an exotic appearance.

The service is really, really, really slow. Perhaps it was because we sat outside? But it took 17 minutes from sitting to ordering. Service was near nonexistent so much so our party was able to go to our car to grab something IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MEAL when all the food came out. FOOD: 2 stars- Appreciate that the lunch special is every single day (as pictured) instead of just Monday to Friday. - We ordered the papaya salad (SO SPICY! plus a bitter after taste) and basil beef (sub'd from poultry and presumably "waygu" but the meat was as solid as a rock)- very small portion sizes per price point PARKING: 1 star- own parking lot/private lot- there's curbside parking as wellSERVICE: 0 star- never asked for our preferred spice levels- never provided suggestions even when asked or how to best order aka what's the most ordered/most popular/what this place is known for- never refilled water- checked on us once and never saw again- said subbing for beef was an additional $2 but when the check came it was an additional $4 (photos online do show subbing for beef is $4 but shouldn't raise the hope of customers)AMBIENCE:- love the decor, there's an instagram spot!- lovely downtown scene- lovely architecture- does not feel very ThaiI found this place through NextDoor of people speaking how this place is delicious beyond words and the best Thai in the bay, but um, I genuinely disagree--there are so many more breathtaking authentic Thai restaurants.

Wonderful dinner experience with great service and delicious Thai food! We enjoyed a fun girls night and all enjoyed the food and drinks. Bungalow on Rose has an intimate ambiance and each room is decorated with beautiful Thai accents. We started our evening with cocktails and my Ginger Drop was perfect and refreshing. We shared a variety of dishes-Blistered Garlic Green Beans-crisp tender and delicious Papaya Salad Thai style-refreshing, crunchy salad Sizzling SteakFive Spice Roast Duck with red curry-very flavorful but I wish the curry had been thickerSizzling Steak-tender beef and onions served with fresh Romain and herbs to wrapFried Whole Branzino-the STAR! This dish was delicious. The fish was fresh and fried perfectly.We finished the evening with Mango sticky rice and Banana Soring Rolls.Delicious evening and I highly recommend Bungalow on Rose!!

Lovely restaurant with an inviting interior setting and beautiful outdoor patio seating. The service is also lovely. Happy smiling staff. The menu vast with many food options and lots of cocktail / wine choices! There are a few vegetarian and plant-based dishes.We started with drinks - each one sounded amazing and when they arrived, they look so delicate and pretty. Our table ordered:- Butterfly Tea- Ginger Drop- Full MoonFor dinner we ordered:- Blistered Garlic Green Beans- Thai Style Green Papaya Salad- Deep-fried Whole Branzino- Sizzling Steak- 5-Spice Quartered Roast DuckEach dish was beautiful plated and very flavorful. Danville is surrounded by a few great Thai restos. It's our first time here after the change, and it still feels very homey. Both inside and outside have a nice tropical vibe. Nice day, we found ourselves dining outdoor by the fountain. Had the whole fish - amazing. fried rice and pad see ew with a couple of cocktails and sticky rice round off the night nicely. Staff was attentive, food was great, so we will definitely be back.

Took my best friend out for dinner last night to this place. Love the atmosphere and the decorations let alone the friendliness of the staff and the owner. But the food just topped off everything. So flavorful and fresh.The coconut Jell-O dessert was amazing and the owner makes the flower on top which I would highly recommend. Definitely will return.
