Boba Guys at Local Kitchens

Love ordering DoorDash from here. My go to is the black milk tea. This time though I drove to the local kitchens location and love the vibe. It was clean, with people seated outside and a chill Tuesday night. I decided to go with the jasmine green milk tea from skimming some reviews. The order came in under a couple minutes and was fast and efficient. Upon drinking the jasmine green milk tea it was floral but not fresh- more metallicy (closer to what you would expect drinking tea teas, but standard in flavor but was a bit off putting for a jasmine green milk tea boba). The boba was either sitting for a bit or a bit undercooked but minuscule, still chewy and not overcooked or "melty" (I don't remember other times for the boba but I believe the boba is pretty stable in terms of quality/being cooked).I ordered it w 50% sweet and half and half.Needless to say I will probably be sticking to my go to black milk tea for ordering here (my go to flavor wise- will say the tea itself I've experienced is more on the dilute side for the black milk tea), and wait another time when i decide to venture the menu more~*to note not saying this place is my go to, but one of the go to's for a late night craving. When i order here or get a craving around late night and decide DoorDash, the black milk tea is one of my go tos. I also order 50% sweet and half and half.

I ordered a strawberry refreshing Boba as well as a Thai tea. The Thai tea was really good, but the strawberry refreshing Boba was not my favorite. It tasted like frozen strawberries, and tea. Inside it is like a ghost kitchen, cause they serve a little bit of everything out of a kiosk . I didn't have. an interaction with anyone because of the automated service.It's not a bad place if you are in a rush, but I wouldn't go here if I was given the choice .

Matcha latte 24oz (+$1)-no boba -organic whole milk (straus milk) -50% sweet (recommended) 50% was probably the best option for us. It wasn't too sweet or not sweet enough. Not grainy either. Pretty good matcha Pineapple Field 16oz -no boba -regular (pineapple)-organic whole milk (straus milk) Honestly I don't know if I liked it or not but I finished it so it was okay. It's basically just pineapple and milk. What else did I expect right? The guy working there was really sweet even though it was later into the night and he honestly brightened up my day a bit with his good vibes. There's a few indoor tables to sit at as well. I think the only downside is there there isn't the entire menu of boba guys here because it's a local kitchen. I think it's a fair trade though because then they can focus on the quality and not quantity of food.

Great concept of a micro kitchen, especially to have some of the top restaurants all in one place! I was excited to find this new Boba Guys location, however being in a micro kitchen, it did not have the same quality as the other Boba Guys locations I've been to! It was disappointing. Boba- Boba Guys always had a consistent chewy texture to their boba, however, this location's boba was super mushy and soft. Tea- the tea was super bitter, more bitter/stronger tea tasting than usual. I am not sure when the tea was truly brewed/how fresh it was because I came on 12/22/23 but my bf saw that the tea container had a label stating it was brewed on 12/18/23. It could be an old label but the tea quality was not the same. Overall, it was a great concept and location, but it was not the same as THE boba guys!

The selection at this "Boba Guys" is pretty limited. Literally, there's only about 4-5 drinks that they make. And only really the simple ones at that. So you'll only really get the milk teas and stuff. What does make this location amazing is that Local Kitchens has some pretty good other residents here: Proposition Chicken, Square Pie guys, etc! I'd come here just for the fact that there are a lot of options on the overall menu. Indoor seating is pretty limited and outdoor seats is pretty limited too. There are no heat lamps outside so on cold evening, the inside is pretty much the only option. When we were there, there were a bunch of patrons just standing about drinking their drinks while it was clear one of the employees was on his break and taking up the only 4-top table in the dining room. I don't blame him. In this case, I blame management for not providing him a place to take his break while not taking resources away from the patrons.

If you need a quick late night boba run, this place does it well. The workers were definitely trying to clean up, but they were able to politely greet us and take our orders.

Best boba milk tea stop in my opinion. Fresh ingredients and consistent every time. I'm so happy they opened one in Cupertino right off 85 now. So easy to access from any direction and quite convenient. Will be back many more times!

Now offering Boba Guys @ Local Kitchens in Cupertino!! Giving us the same quality and IMO it's a bit more expeditious and convenient! I recently found out that our Santana Row location, order ahead is not available on weekends. VERY disappointing! I'm so glad we have a second location in Silicon Valley (': come give them a go!!!

Got my favorite drink but parking was difficult tonight . Very limited parking and they change the kiosk to the front of the store. Ordered boba and it's really chewy and soft

boba guys is good, but this location isn't as good because it is in a microkitchen shared with other businesses. There are limited drinks, and I'm not too sure whether they use the same recipe.Service is average, I ordered online and just picked up.
