Biryani 'n' Tadka

This was my first time at this place. While the name on Uber eats is Biryani Hut, it's different at the store. We ordered Vijaywada Paneer Biryani for pickup and it was ready by the time we reached there and were greeted with a polite lady. I must say that I really liked the paneer Biryani, it has a lot of whole spices like curry leaves, black pepper, black cardamom, clove, etc. It can be spicy at times because I found some raw green chilies in there too. I've always been a fan of Vijaywada paneer Biryani from another place in Milpitas but I'm sure of returning to this place often now.

A friend and I, craving biryani, decided to try this joint for dinner on a random Tuesday night. This place def hits the right spot. The special South Indian style chicken biryani, though high on the spicy side, was surprisingly delightful. Bring a biryani-snob from Karachi, the taste caught me off guard, since strip mall restaurants rarely make culinary headlines.The new chef complimented us with chicken 65 dish, another zinging kickass entrée.Apparently, the new owners are planning a more modern revamp. We plan to return next time we visit Milpitas.

Got 2x biryani yesterday.I live just a block away from here and honestly busted this place after almost 3-4 years as past experience were not so great.I would highly suggest them to use fresh and quality ingredients Shorten the menu and just concentrate on quality.I like the hardwork they bring in being young kids and here to support but guys you are in food business a raw chicken biryani won't give you repeated customers

We got a Chicken Biryani and Paneer Manchurian from here. It was just OK. They have a sign for another restaurant up front which was a little confusing. There are a lot of Indian food choices in the Bay Area and I don't see myself coming back.

Ordered paneer manchurian and mutton pepper fry via UberEats. Paneer Manchurian is an almost dry recipe of paneer sautéed in manchurian sauce. As an appetizer it was an instant hit! Loved the not so overpowering saucy taste in the big pieces of paneer. I love the small crunchiness that it had around the paneer cubes.Mutton pepper fry was not at all what we expected. It comes under appetizer non-veg and so we were expecting fried pieces of mutton. But the order we got was a mutton curry and most of the pieces were bony.

We ordered food for pickup. We were told the food will be ready in 20 mins. Upon checking in 20 mins, the cashier asked for 5-10 mins more. Eventually, we had to wait for over 50 mins and then decided to give up on the order. This had happened once before but we still decided to give this restaurant another try. The worst part was, there wasn't any remorse for this unprofessional practice. Never again am I going here!

Sorry, I really wanted to like this place but I just had an awful dinner experience. Goat biryani is one of my fav dishes to eat and I decided to order from here hoping I'd get something very generous and delicious. I ordered off of DD, and received a reasonably sized package with barely any pieces of goat meat in it. The flavor of the rice was actually quite good, but as I started to pick deeper, I was horrified to see how much oil was drenched in the bottom of the container. The rice was swimming in oil. I took pics of it too to show how much oil there is. When I squeezed the pieces of meat, oil came oozing out. Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat most of the meal. I also took a pic 30 mins after leaving the container alone. The oil solidified into a gross chunky block. What a shame, if it weren't for the oil or the sparse pieces of meat, my rating would be different.

We really liked the food! It was tasty and rich of flavor!The server was very nice and friendly! Highly recommended!!

A BIG ALERT!!! Never Ever order food from this restaurant. I've ordered 3 chicken fried rice for take out from them on Friday and after coming homing and when we're about to eat we found that there was barely any chicken in there hardly 3 pieces. I called the restaurant immediately (we live in Fremont) and had spoke this guy named Praveen and explained him and he was apologetic and have offered a a free order of 1 chicken fried rice . So I've called the next day and actually ordered 1more extra chicken fried rice with all already included 1 free one. So went and picked the food (Praveen charged me for 1 fried rice as agreed and charged extra for more chicken which is fine). So I paid and took the order and went home. So here is the most frustrating part, when I've opened the rice they didn't actually give chicken fried rice they instead gave me 2 full bowls of left over Biryani rice and added some Chicken to it( Adding pics below). HECKING RIDICULOUS!! FELT SO BETRAYED. I went all the way from Fremont to Milpitas to get the food that was actually complimentary for their mistake but it was Handled in an utter disgusting and unprofessional manner. I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE TO STAY OUT OF THESE FRAUDSTERS. I'm not giving my business EVER AGAIN TO THESE CROOKS,PERIOD.

Save yourself and run away from this restaurant. I ordered chicken biryani and garlic naan to pickup. Garlic naan was literally uncooked and was sour, made out of stale dough. It has to be thrown after taking first bite.Biryani was very spicy and was at least edible but worst biryani that I have tasted.This is the second time in a row this has happened. Unfortunately we cannot give less than 1 star in this restaurant.
