Very pleasant staff. Gave our group plenty of space & time to socialize with each other. Kept our cups & glasses full. Food was fine - standard diner fare.

The food was great like always. And our server Jorge was nice, courteous and brought out our food promptly. The one thing I did not appreciate was having to wait 35 mins to be seated. And according to the app we were using we next to be seated. A party of 5 arrived and sat outside waiting to be seated. The host (Brando) seating people called "Angela" and the party wasn't there. But since the an other party was a 5 top the he took them. Knowing that that was not the Angela party. We were a 4 top and had to wait a bit longer while the original party (Angela) walked up and was sat down. The action the host did really upset me and made me lose my appetite. I'm okay with waiting 35 minutes to be seated as long as we all wait out turns. I waited almost 40 minutes while the host cuts people inline that were waiting less that 3 minutes This is not right

I'm not one to use Yelp so much as to only praise what I genuinely like or what I consider the worst, in this case, I believe my experience in this Bill's Cafe was one of the worst I've had. I normally go to the Bill's Cafe by Willow Glen as it's my go to spot for breakfast, but on this day I was closer to this location so I decided to give it a shot. I came in at around 9:30 am and was given a table 30 minutes later. I can tell its chaos inside due to the volume of people, but it seems they prioritize bigger groups over solo or duo customers, which sucks when you've been waiting longer than them. I then ordered an EGGS BENEDICT with a NUTELLA FRENCH TOAST for later. I got my food in 20 mins and was shocked because of the two items I ordered. I first tried the Eggs Benedict and was sad to discover that the poached eggs were undercooked to an astonishing level. The white was very runny and could barely hold its shape together, while the yolk which was supposed to stay put until I had decided to cut it open had already popped, it was a mess in my plate. I attempted to put this into a nearby waitress's attention, but she told me to wait for her and them walked over to a large group and "help" them, I say help in quotes because all she did was talk to them. After a good 10 mins I tried to get her attention again and this time she came over and talked in a very passive aggressive voice, I don't like to be confrontational, especially in public settings so I just let it go and asked for more coffee, to which she sighed as if to be annoyed by me. It was definitely one of my worst customer service interactions. I was already bummed out by my first plate and the unpleasant waitress so I just did my best to eat and leave. The Nutella French Toast was probably the only salvageable item, not bad but is too sugary after eating it for a while, not much to not about them though. Definitely not worth the 17 dollars.I can now see the difference in dynamics between one Bill to another, and strongly feel like they do little to retain single or coupled customers, and would rather put all their efforts into larger groups, both in their service and their food. I will definitely stick to the Bill's in Willow Glen and make this visit a one time thing. My advice for anyone considering coming here as a solo or a couple is to just go elsewhere as you're guaranteed better service and better food at a local McDonald's than here.

The service was amazing by Jose. He was very attentive and helpful. All the food recommendations Jose gave were delicious. We ate fried chicken Benedict and chilaquiles. Will come again.

This was my first time trying this place out with my family for brunch. There's definitely a 30-40 min wait and there's SO many people waiting to eat here. I like how they divide a section where you can sit either in the inside or at the patio. This place is very chaotic and bustling. You can literally order anything you want from their massive menu. I got a few variety such as the Nutella French Toast. It was really good, but I got a sick of it a few bites in. Their California Omelette & Steak Ranchero Omelette were dry and have no flavor, so you have to season it with some salt/pepper/hot sauce. Hash brown were good. The crispy chicken sandwich bun was super thick & dry, and their fries were bland. This needed a pickle refresher or something to follow up with the burger. The soup I got to try tasted like a lemon-y chicken noodle soup, which was actually not that bad. As for their pomegranate mimosa, this was super good! For me personally, this is the type of food that I'd get sick of it just by looking at it. Every dish that came out was massive, so it's a definitely a place where you have to take home leftovers. I felt like if the dish had smaller portions, it would be good.

Such a nice breakfast spot! It was very busy when we got there and were told we would be waiting about 30 minutes, not too bad for a Saturday morning. There were chairs and benches we were able to use while we waited so that was nice. Our server was very nice and attentive. I had the chilaquiles Rojas and just wow. The tri-tips were cooked perfectly the tortillas had an amazing crunch to them and the potatos were perfectly cooked. Even though they were very busy and a little loud, we were able to enjoy our meal with our family which was so nice.

3.5 stars because their service depends on who your server is. In the past year, my experiences have been meh that I don't think I'll go back. I normally add my name to the wait list to avoid the 15-25 minutes wait time just to be seated. The last few times, they didn't check and refill our coffee. We were there for around 1.5 during lunch time waiting for the server to take our order then to bring out our food. I was so disappointed with my sandwich the last time. It was so sad. I recognize this location is super busy. Maybe they are short staffed?

Bill's is always one of our favorites for breakfast! We came on a Saturday around 7:30am and were seated right away. It had actually been awhile since we've come here to eat. Service was really fast and workers were attentive. My husband got the protein scramble and enjoyed it. I was super excited to see that they added huevos ranchero to their menu, as it's my favorite breakfast meal. It was really good! I chose to pay a bit extra to add avocado. Overall, this is always a solid breakfast spot in the area!

I haven't been to Bills for several years due to a bad experience but todays visit changed my mind. We were seated within 10 minutes and brought water immediately. I ordered the chilaquiles roja with tri tip chunks. The red sauce was delicious and a bit spicy, the chips were still a bit crunchy and the eggs cooked perfectly. The tri tip was a bit overdone. I don't want potatoes so Maria (server) offered refried beans instead. When I got the bill it was a surprise that she charged me $2 extra for them!! My daughter got salmon lox and bagel , which also came with potatoes and eggs. The serving was so big she took half home! The lox was fresh and delicious. My son got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was juicy and the waffle crisp. Overall good experience and I would visit again.

My boyfriend and I often come to Bill's for breakfast. The staff is very friendly, work quickly and provide a warm ambience. There is a variety of tasty omelets, eggs Benedict, pancakes and waffles. My favorite dish is Steak Ranchero omelet with a side of Strawberry and oat pancakes. Their full-size dishes are delicious and generous, so I often get a "mini" order (applies to omelets, eggs Benedict, and pancakes). The mimosas are delicious and popular. This location is often busy, with a waiting list (Q code by phone), so we come earlier or sit at the counter (no waiting list, for one or two people).
