As stated in my earlier review, maybe it was a bad day when I came here. I was right. Do not skip this place! Get a smash burger with the fries! The fries themselves ... hell ya. I didn't get these last time and they are super good. Would highly recommend them.Now to the burger... perfect. No burnt taste like before and that sauce is still killliinnnggg it. Thank you to the owner for reaching out as well! Can tell they really care about their truck and want it to do well. Brining the wife next time !

Bibz N Ribz is a truck parked off S Fourth St at E San Carlos St.It's a hidden gem that offers a wide variety of unique, savory, and delicious street-style dishes. Apart from its uniqueness, all of the dishes are halal. Finding halal food this way is very difficult, so if you have been here, congratulations on finding the treasure chest! The owner, Bilal, is extremely accommodating and exhibits the highest level of hospitality. During a previous visit, Bilal provided complimentary short ribs that were mouthwatering and flavorful. For today's meal, I tried their Wagyu smash burger and bacon-wrapped hotdog. Both rightfully earned a 10 out of 10 rating. The Wagyu Smash burger was juicy, flavorful, and tasty. The bacon-wrapped hotdog was absolutely delicious. If you're a halal foodie in the San Jose area, I highly recommend you stop by and give Bibz N Ribz a shot.

This place is a rip off. Pay $10 for a half a chicken sandwich with unmelted cheese and a dry bun.

Just had Bibz and Ribz while at Christmas in the Park. Ordered a double smash burger and a grilled cheese sandwich. Food was amazing. Burger had great taste to it, and the food was served in good time given how busy they were with the crowd. They even had a tv setup to keep folks entertained while everything was cooked. Definitely going to visit again.

45 minutes for a single burger and fries? Unacceptable. It was a plain burger too. No toppings or anything. When I commented to the worker on the outrageous time to prepare the food, the worker's response was, "I'm sorry. Let me give you some ketchup packets for waiting." Seriously. Not even joking.

Great food. Ordered the burger double smash, hotdog (everything), fries, and the flavorful beef ribs with dessert. Awesome food with awesome atmosphere and environment. The service was great as the owner told us about each of their food . Overall, could not be more satisfied. Great food and great people!!!

Bibz n Ribz always impresses. We can't get enough of their food. We really appreciate the staff and the owner goes out of his way to answer our questions, even when busy. Had another great burger.
