Bertucelli's La Villa

Lives up to the hype! I have wanted to try this place for so long but kept forgetting it's closed on Sundays.Finally remembered on a Saturday to give it a try since it's too far from work for week days.Definitely very popular with a lot of people inside. Staff is friendly and the line moves quickly. Sandwiches are huge and high quality with the meat and cheese cut to order. Ravioli is a must.Want to come back and try other things!

They're now on DoorDash!!! Legit the best raviolis you will ever have! Little pockets of joy in each little pouch. Flavored pillows made with love from the cutest Italian family I'm not a sandwich person normally either but this is the best Sammy I've ever had and it's all a secret, I have no idea what's in here haha

Classic atmosphere, great service and even better food. Stopped in after work one day to pick up some beef ravioli that was highly recommended to me by several coworkers and also grabbed a calzone and some breadsticks and I was blown away by how good everything was. The ravioli is clearly the best and lives up to its reputation. They have so many hot bar options and sandwich options that it's almost overwhelming in a good way. It's definitely worth the stop if you're in the area or worth the extra trip! If you don't want to take it home, they do have tables under a tent outside you can sit at to eat as well. Another perk is an adjacent parking lot so you don't have to worry about street parking.

Bertucelli's La Villa is as authentic as it gets. My favorite sandwich is the Chris Combo, it's packed with different kinds of meat, and the bread is so soft and fresh, it ties everything together perfectly.When you walk in, make sure to take a number and wait for your turn to be called. It's all part of the experience, and trust me, it's worth the wait.Some days, I stop in just to pick up a few items for me and my husband to enjoy at home. They have a great selection of salads and deli items, and their hot dishes are always satisfying.I also love their pastries, which are always fresh and delicious. Plus, their selection of imported wines and chocolates adds a special touch.This place has a long-standing reputation for good reason. Whether you're craving a sandwich or need something for dinner, Bertucelli's never disappoints!

This place is a neighborhood gem in Willowglen that attracts a loyal and large customer base. They're famous for the ravioli and sandwiches, it's kept me coming back since I had it for the first time back in 2003. The Chris combo sandwich is an absolute must. I have no idea what sauce they put in there but it's wonderful. One of the best sandwiches you can get in the South Bay. It keeps busy at lunch times and on weekends. The line moves pretty fast though. Always a pleasure to grab la villas.

Was looking for an italian spot with vegetarian options and found this place on Yelp. Seems like it's a south bay staple. We went for lunch around 230 on a Saturday and there was a decent crowdIt's a typical Italian deli and just walking in we knew this food was gonna be amazing. You have to get a ticket number once you enter and when your ticket number is called, you can order. Service is quick right after. There's some outdoor seating and near by parking if you choose to eat in the area. We got the vegetarian lasagna, eggplant parm, arancini with eggplant, vegetarian sandwich and a cannoli. Everything was amazing and SO FRESH. the tomato sauce was like nothing I had tasted before, the tomatoes were sweet but so flavored. Will definitely come back to taste more of their menu

Authentic. I've tried their sandwiches and lasagna -- both have been quality. Everything my eyes lay on there looks so good, I keep telling myself next time I'll get a different thing I see, and so far from the sandwhiches, lasagna, and breads, I can trust that every item will satisfy. Line gets long but that's for a reason and it's worth it. Seating is outside with umbrella covers for shade which is really convenient and lucky for the spot they have in a downtown.

Everything from Bertucelli's is amazing! The food, the service, the ambiance! If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and GO! I love the turkey sandwich, my bf is loyal to the Chris combo! We always do sides of the Chinese chicken salad. The ravs...I'm drooling over the thought of them. Run, don't walk!

The ONLY place to pickup exceptionally delicious ravioli, sandwiches and other housemade Italian food items. Located off of Lincoln Avenue in Willow Glen area of San Jose.It's a true family institution that keeps the community together!Enjoyed chicken raviolis and a salami sandwich on Dutch crunch. Service is always top notch as is the food!Make sure to grab a number before you join the line!Highly recommend this place as we've been going for the last 27 years at least!!!

This place is always on point. Everything is delicious and service is quick and just how'd you'd expect at a little Italian deli. I've tried so many different things and I never regret straying away from my favorites because I always find something else I enjoy. The place is small and remember to grab a ticket when you walk in :) also, there are outdoor tables to enjoy your lunch!
