Cute and comfy cafe!I've been here multiple times and every time was great! The first time I was here, we had just finished an engagement photoshoot at Hakone Gardens. It was in the morning, so it was around brunch time once we were done. We found this place on Yelp and saw all the great reviews and photos of the food they served so we decided to try it!The second time I was here, my family and I were in downtown Los Gatos to get some coffee. We worked up an appetite walking around and I remembered Bell Tower Cafe! We got there after lunch so it wasn't crowded. We decided to sit outside since it was a nice day.Service both times were good, just a little slow even when it wasn't so busy. They didn't seem to be short-staffed or anything, so that was a little odd. I believe the second time I was here, our food took a little over 20 minutes. Hopefully, they can figure out what the blocker might be so there's quicker service next time around. The only downside about coming here is that there's no parking. There's a parking lot next door to them but it specifically says on the signs that the parking lot is for the small businesses in that little plaza, which Bell Tower Cafe is not part of. So there's pretty much only street parking. The good is great here, so we'll continue to come back but most likely at a time that isn't as busy so we can find parking.

Cute cafe with outdoor/ patio seating. We came during Saturday noon time and the place was bustling. Staff were a bit disorganized with seating and we had to wait quite a while. It was a warm day and the heater may have been on in the outdoor seating area making the place feel like a sauna. Chicken and waffle - average chicken and waffle, slightly expensive considering the quality of the dish

Came here after I picked up my sister from School. Place was pretty empty since it was a Thursday afternoon. We were greeted and they told us to choose our sit. Which was nice to choose your own seat since it was empty. Got the menus and couldn't decide what to get.what we order and rating:-Cappuccino 4/5-Fresh OJ 3/5-Build my own Omelet 4/5-Carnitas Bendict 4/5Overall, service was fast and food was good. The only con would be that they dont have their own parking.

Such a cute breakfast spot. The atmosphere is homey and cozy. We were sat on the side patio- super cute & had space heaters all throughout. I got the nutella and banana crepe. Deliciously sweet! If i were to order this again, i would ask for no chocolate sauce drizzle on top though because it was a little bit overkill. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed this sweet tooth breakfast:) also, they have fresh-squeezed orange juice on the menu. 10/10

Super cute cafe in saratoga. Parking was available on the street near by. There was indoor and outdoor seating (with heaters). I got the Florentine Benedict with hash browns and it was good pretty heavy as well. The banana french toast was very nice and not too sweet either. If you're looking for a cute breakfast/brunch spot this is good- pretty average though for the price.

I loved this cafe on a slow weekend morning! Cute, cozy, unpretentious, prompt and friendly service. Crepe hit the spot and our server introduced various mimosa flavors. Looking forward to visiting again!

we were driving through town on our way to Monterey and decided to stop here. It was a great stop. We sat on the patio which is heated. Their mimosas were really tasty as were the waffles and French toast. It's a really cute spot. The surface was also really friendly, we had at least three people check on us throughout our entire meal.

Cute looking cafe from outside as well as from inside. We sat outside with heaters during the end of Nov.Hot Mocha was just average, I wish it was more intense.Carnitas Benedict was good. Poached eggs with runny yolk, portions were fair, food was pleasant to look at but somehow it seemed to be missing something to be great.

The outdoor patio is really nice and has plenty of greenery. The staff are friendly as well! Definitely a cute area to eat for brunch. My favorite items would have to be the red velvet pancakes and the chicken pesto panini! The food comes out quick too! Although, I wouldn't recommend fries as your choice of side. I'm not sure if it was just a bad batch that day, but it was like they re-fried an old batch of fries, which made it really oily and overly crispy. I came back another time and got chips instead and they were so much better!

This is a popular brunch spot in Saratoga serving standard breakfast fare alongside sandwiches and burgers. The menu is quite varied, with many appealing options, and there's a really nice outdoor space. For food, I split:- CALIFORNIA BENEDICT ($17): bacon, tomato, avocado, and poached eggs on an English muffin topped with hollandaise sauce- BREAKFAST BURRITO ($17): 4 eggs, ham, cheese, and ham with a side of hash brownsUltimately, portions were decent and the plating was attractive, but I found the flavors a bit underwhelming. The breakfast burrito in particular felt bland, dry, and one-note, and could have used some kind of aioli and crunch (I'm always an advocate of tater tots in breakfast burritos...). The eggs Benedict and hash browns were standard and not particularly flavorful, but solid enough.
