Bay Karaoke

I think everyone deserves a good therapy! I went to this place for my sisters birthday and it was pretty cool. You get your own room which is nice for privacy! You can bring in food and drinks from outside ! The staff was pretty chill! It just brought back childhood memories of lip singing!

Booked this place for a birthday party. I am so glad I did. The space was big enough to hold about 18 people with seating for about 15 people. There was plenty of counter space for me to bring all the catered food I ordered and I love how they set up the room for the birthday free of charge. It was a really nice touch. They were also nice enough for me to come in 15 minutes earlier to set up the room at no extra cost and they did not rush me at the end either. I am definitely coming back here again.

Why is this business still open?! I called to see if they were open. The lady who picked up said yes, but not until 7/8ish. I called her out and said google and yelp says 5pm. To play it safe I came at 8:30 pm. Business was closed. I knocked. Some lady in highheels came out and I told her I wanted to come in for karaoke. She said no, call the number and pointed to the door. I told her I called earlier and the person who picked up told me to just come by , no appt needed. She continued to just point and at the door and ended up walking away. I called the number and it was the same lady who picked up earlier. I told her what had happened and she proceeded to tell me, "oh I left but I'll be back. Come back Ok.? What time will you be back?" I told her nope, I'm not returning. Terrible experience.

By far the worse karaoke bar that I've been to. Just about every popular song you add to your playlist that they don't have license fee is blocked. Guess they didnt want to pay the license fees. You're constantly looking for songs that can be played so half of your karaoke session is searching for unblocked songs to sing to. Horrible. Not to mention after you make reservation the check in person overbooked the reservation and tells you, you have to wait like 45 minutes because all the rooms are occupied.

Highly recommended. The owner is super friendly. Whenever I wanna go karaoke, this is the place. Price is fair, cheaper than other places tbh. However, they are using a software to choose songs that might not allow u to sing some of your song due to copyright. But there are plenty of fish in the ocean so no problem for me.

The system didn't have new songs. Then letting the worker play some old songs and/or new song on the iPad controlling thing. She seems to not find any of the 5 songs regardless old or new. I came and paid for what? It's fine that the owner spoke to me on the phone after i made the complaint not finding any songs in that 15 min span.. owner said i don't have to pay anything. The girls got us water and made us pay $8 after all said and done. Today is a fail.The worker only told us youtube hook up is down not the standard system. I handed her the iPad to search songs they have for us also but none we wanted was on there. New songs or old songs or English songs.

Good system but slow to choose a song due to auto correct. Considering you're being counter on time. Suggest to turn it off autocorrect. They charge by the hour but if you go over it will still accumulate without you knowing. Make so to set a timer if you only want to use one hour. The price is a little pricey for a karoke place but I like how you can sing from YouTube videos which has more selection of songs. This place is right next to a coffee shop so right when we go in it smell like cigarette. It'll be nice if they do something about this. Check in to get some discount so make sure ro check in on yelp and let them know when you pay.

This is the WORST PLACE EVER. At first it was a very nice place, but the service is bad. THEY ARE RUDE. NEVER COME HERE. It was the WORST experience ever. I will never come back or recommend to anyone. If I had a chance to rate it 0, I would.

We came here early, but the owner still let us in and provided us with free drinks and candy because the New Year time, the room felt comfy with dark lights, we sang for 2 hrs and it was only100$
