John at Bay Area Ice Cream catering catered our wedding reception last week. The ice cream they serve is from Marianne's ice cream in Santa Cruz, and amazing! We had so many great comments of how much our guests enjoyed it! I couldn't be more pleased with the correspondence with John, he made everything so easy for us! Would highly recommend!

John and his team are amazing! We booked him with just 3 weeks notice for a 2.5 hour event for work. His team was professional, timely, kind, and provided great service to our team. Everything was clean and professional. The prices were fair. Despite being "off season" we really enjoyed our ice cream Sundays and ice cream options. Lots of toppings to choose from, served with a smile! Thank you for making our event even more fun and special!!

We recently hired BAICC for our wedding, and it was a hit! Despite it being cold and drizzly outside, so many of our guests still got ice cream and commented on how much they loved it, how delicious the ice cream was, etc (and some of our friends call themselves ice cream snobs so this was high praise). John was also very responsive throughout the whole planning process. If you want to try the ice cream out beforehand, you can visit Sweet Retreat in San Jose as they serve the same ice cream.

We used Bay Area Ice Cream Catering for an employee ice cream social earlier this month. They were great to work with! My colleague who arranged the event ended up getting COVID and we had to reschedule twice due to that. John was fantastic about it and didn't give her any grief about needing to swap dates, which she really appreciated.On the day of the event, they arrived in plenty of time to set up and have everything ready in time for our employees to arrive. The ice cream was delicious (definitely a premium quality) and there were plenty of topping options to choose from. Everyone loved it - and the price was very reasonable, too. The entire event from the initial inquiry through clean-up afterward was totally stress-free. We absolutely plan to use them again for future events, and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering an ice cream stand for their event!

Thanks to Bay Area Ice Cream Caterer, we had a successful early 4th of July celebration with everyone in our office. The Chief was able to set up his cart on our floor and serve everyone who stopped by. He also set out toppings for us to enjoy with our ice cream. After moving my daughter's birthday party to accommodate their schedule, they cancelled on me one day before due to being sick. I understand that can happen, but they do not have back ups or contingencies in place. It appears to be a one man operation without the ability to guarantee service.

I truly wish I hadn't been so anxious on my wedding day, because I could have even far more ice cream! Jared showed up with his cart and started setting up the sundae bar, and wouldn't you know, every kid who had been running buck-wild throughout the day was suddenly right in front of him and on their best behavior. The ice cream was delicious though, and the service was great; and all the help prior to our big day was very much appreciated. John was great to work with and this company was so much more reasonably priced than others. They made our pocketbooks happy as well as our guests and all those rascally kids.
