Banh Xeo Ngon

This is my first time with Banh xeo, let me tell you, my new favorite. I was craving something light. This did not disappoint. I had to see the other tables to see how you eat it. The place was a little small, but we were there early, after lunch and before dinner so we missed any crowds. I do wish the drink menu had English on it so I know what I ordered. I had the D10 so luckily I really liked it. Overall, this is a great place to eat. Especially if you want something light and it will fill you up

Just like how Mama Make it!!! Banh Xeo Ngon is hands down one of the best spots for Vietnamese food in the Bay Area. Their banh xeo is crispy, flavorful, and packed with fresh ingredients, just like my mama's cooking--and we all know mama's cooking is the best! Each bite took me back to the comforting, authentic flavors I grew up with.The dipping sauce was spot-on, and the cozy atmosphere, combined with the friendly staff, made the experience even better. If you're looking for a place that serves up authentic Vietnamese flavors with a home-cooked feel, this is it!

The ambiance and service are OK. The servers were friendly but not super attentive. You would need to flag them down if you want their attentions. The banh xeo with pork and shrimp was pretty good. The banh xeo was crispy, and the sauce was decent. It came with a plate of fresh veggies. The beef with rice was ok. The beef was tender but the marinade was a bit weird.

Really busy and really good food location! I would definitely try their ban xeo it's amazing! Made fresh and really delicious!

Corner restaurant within a plaza with parking. This is one of the plaza that is always hard to find a parking spot. Always packed on weekends. Ordered the Bánh Xeo with pork and shrimp. It comes with veggies fixings and side dipping sauce. It was very crispy and delicious. Duck noodles soup with a side cabbage salad. Duck is tender and good but noodles is very plain. Shaking beef with rice. It was alright. Had better from other locations.Overall food is good but service is not attentive but i would come back for the food.

My mom's absolute favorite place for bánh xèo, so I always pay a visit when I'm home. The bánh xèo always comes out so thin and crispy - I need to learn how to replicate that at home! They always provide lettuce and herbs and we add on an order of rice paper to wrap. Not sure I can comment much on cleanliness but the lady was swatting flies during our meal lol. The reason I'm giving two stars is that last time we got charged $6 for "large veggies" which completely blindsided me. I didn't notice because she didn't provide an itemized receipt until after I paid. Veggies are generally included.Clearly haven't learned my lesson from years ago, oops

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy. This place specializes in the Viet egg pancakes. They have a lot of different choices of what's inside so you can pick what you prefer.Overall it was decent. The filling was good. They also give you some lettuce you can use to wrap the egg with. I just wish the egg had a bit more taste to it.

Dropped by this place for banh xeo and it was definitely worth it! This is a great place to get bang xeo. The Service was fast and the ambiance was nice. It's in the corner in Vietnamese town where there is a bunch of other snacks. The bun Bo hue was not worth it. I don't recommend getting. I think there are other places better for bun Bo hue. But the banh xeo was absolutely delicious. Definitely would come here just to get the banh xeo. They have so many different options for inside too. The grilled pork egg rolls are really yummy too! It comes with the crispy roll inside the spring roll and it was great.

Their bún bò Huế is actually so good, great notes of lemongrass. They also serve more uncommon dishes like bún riêu or crab paste vermicelli noodle soup. Bánh xeo aka savory Vietnamese crepe here is huge and crispy. It's a decent sit down restaurant with lots of seating outside in their patio as well as indoors. Service is in good time. A great place to try various Vietnamese dishes.

Food was great -- all the lovely accompaniments of lettuce, basil...yum!Get there early if you can. Place was full at 11:30am. Long line by noon. We needed more water, but the food was light, yet filling. Not pictured -- the avocado shakes. If you want sweet avocado shakes, this isn't it. The shake was so lovely and tasted of avocado. Definitely a must if you're an avocado lover. Parking can be hectic, but worth it. Will definitely be back to try their soup and congee.
