Bangkok Bay Thai Cuisine

Stopped by Bangkok Bay Thai Cuisine for some quick takeout and ordered the chicken pad see ew--solid dish! The noodles were flavorful, the veggies fresh, and the shredded chicken was just right. The vibe was chill with cool Thai art on the walls. Service was quick; my order was ready in 5 minutes, even though they said 10-15.Only downside: parking's a pain since it shares the lot with a bunch of other restaurants. Pro tip--order in person; it's cheaper than online! Would come back when I'm in the mood for Thai.

I just ordered one dish (Drunken noodles) and outside of the fact it was a little oily - (I normally ask for it to 'less oil' but forgot that day) it was yummy.. Efficient service and typical Thai restaurant ambiance. I woiuld go back for more items on the menu.

i ordered the Roasted Duck Curry Dinner with a side of coconut rice and it was delicious! The staff here is very friendly and the restaurant was decorated very nicely. Their menu features a lot of options: noodles, curries, appetizers, etc. They have a great selection of food items to choose from. There is a small parking lot out front but there is plenty of street parking around the restaurant. Great choice for thai food!

We came by on a Saturday night and we were the only ones in the restaurant. I did notice that they had a lot of pickup orders though. They are located in the corner of a very small parking lot. We found street parking after circling a couple of times. There were plenty of vegetarian options. We ordered the Thai Tea, Crispy Spring Rolls, Drunken Noodles with Tofu, & the Spicy Fried Rice with Tofu. The crispy spring rolls were good but just slightly too oily for me. We requested the Drunken Noodles and the Fried Rice to be at a medium spice level, but even then I was chugging my Thai Tea so just be aware. The spice level is what I want at a Thai restaurant. The Drunken Noodles did seem to have more tofu than noodles but it was delicious regardless. I think what stood out to me the most was the service. They were so nice even though we came right around closing time which we didn't realize until the server mentioned it at the end of dinner. Definitely come by for some Thai food, especially if you like spicy food!

The wonderful lady created a welcoming environment, especially after remembering my family and daughter from college. The food here is amazing!! Just as much as the customer service.

We go here a lot of for team lunches and everytime we go here the food is so so so good. It really is worth it for a great time.

Mom had a great first impression of them.We called the restaurant last minute, sometime after 7 PM, to ask if they had availability for a party of nine. They told us to come on down. We arrived around 7:30 PM and were seated immediately to our table that was pre-arranged and ready for us. Very few tables were occupied which is likely the reason why we were able to find parking in their lot of maybe half a dozen spaces.Interior décor is far from ostentatious. While the venue is clean, storage of boxes and supplies is in areas of plain sight of diners which lowers any air of elegance. They should tidy up a bit.Traditional Thai fare is what Bangkok Bay offers. Below-listed are most of what we ordered.Thai Iced Tea - Mom liked their Thai Iced Tea so much that she ordered two of these, along with some food, via Door Dash recently.Thai Iced Coffee - Pal ordered this beverage and seemed to be pleased with it.Thai Iced Green Tea - After one sip, Auntie Marissa gave up this green version of Thai Iced Tea as she wasn't very excited about it. I happily finished her drink for her.Roti with both Curry Sauce and Peanut Sauce - Yum!Wonton Soup - Z enjoyed this and almost finished the whole serving on his own.Larb (chicken) - I appreciated the accompanying whole leaves of lettuce in this larb. I find this salad much more enjoyable when you can eat the minced chicken within a lettuce leaf, like a wrap or lettuce cup. I was able to do that here. Garlic and Pepper (Beef) - Due to the lean meat and great flavour, this was one of my favourite dishes of the night.Thai Fried Rice (one Beef, another Crab) - Both versions were pretty standard in taste.Pad See-Ew (chicken) - Good.Green Curry (chicken) - Mom's curry choice.Red Curry (chicken) - Auntie Marissa liked this curry.Yellow Curry (chicken) - Not bad.Spicy Basil (with chicken) - If you like spicy, this is a good choice for you.Service was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they even served a popular Thai dish requested by my cousin, Eric, Yum Woon Sen with beef, which isn't offered in their menu.A nice family dinner we had at Bangkok Bay Thai Cuisine.Mom, though, recently ordered take-out from them via Door Dash. She was very unhappy with the Green Curry (mixed vegetables) because it was missing okra.

WOW!!! My friend and I ate here many years ago and sort of forgot about this hidden gem. The food was yummy-licious, especially the crab fried rice. The service was awesome and ambiance quaint and cozy. Bangkok Bay Thai is an excellent choice for delicious thai food in RWC.

My family has eaten here for almost a decade and a half. And the quality has never faultered. Thank you for always making my mom her favorite dish. And also feeding us this holiday!! The waiters are very respectful and they remember you if you come often. This is very much worth the price. I recommend the honey grilled pork and the Tom kha soup!!

OMGMUST TRYa little hard to find parking BUT TRUST ME THE FOOD IS WORTH IT. Remember to say what ever spice level you are comfortable with.
