If you came to San Jose and asked me where you should get duck I would say 360 in Vietnam Town!!! The duck here is amazing!!! I love a good juicy duck and 360 provides me what I want in a duck. Fatty, meaty, and juicy!!! If you are craving duck this is the place to go!!! The jelly fish here is also very good!!! Duck and jelly fish!!! My parents said the wonton noodle soup here is good too. I have not tasted it myself but I believe them.If you're craving duck and you are in San Jose come to 360!!!

My family came here for dinner around late 6pm. We ordered a whole duck, roasted pork, and hot pot Thai lan.The hot pot was not bad. The soup broth was a bit sweet, I was surprised that it was enough to feed 6 people. The roasted duck was a real disappointment. They brought it out to us cold. I did see the hanging ducks from the window so I figured they are kept under a heat lamp but no. The roast duck wasn't bad, the skin had a good taste but serving it room temperature is so bad. The least they could do is reheat it in the oven. When Rainaiscrazy had the roasted duck, it came with sauce, buns and green onions. Yet our server brought out the duck ONLY, nothing else. How do they justify bringing out an incomplete dish and serving it room temperature? The roasted pork was not bad, a little salty. It was also served room temperature. What is up with that? The restaurant was not busy so I don't understand the underwhelming service and cold food.

Yes please!!! This Pho is greatFresh and you actually get some decent amount of vegetables! Service is quick and you get a hot big bowl Pela brisket and beef! Tasty stuff! The health tip I would offer you is get half the noodles and half the water, dilute it with your glass of water to in-jest only half the MSG !There's other wise no way around it! All Vietnamese restaurants use MSG. It's a busy place with good Pho!

I don't know if I just got the one bad batch. But the green is mold. Be careful. I messaged them before this to fix this situation and they didn't reply. I'm probably 5lbs slimmer. So thank you?

Over the holidays, my friends took me to a new roasted BBQ duck noodles in San Jose. This place is in a big shopping center around Grand Century mall with all types of food businesses. It's so big that it's quite easy to get lost of forget where you park your car. The name is quite different for a chinese VN restaurant "360".Anyhow, the restaurant is quite new, high ceiling, clean and airy. The right side you can see all the nice colored BBQ ducks where you can buy and take home. We're seated at the end of the left side. The prices are in par with all the restaurants around here. $17 a bowl. There are quite a few dishes offered here, but we're here for the BBQ duck noodles soup. The bowl came out with the broth filled up to the rim, quite impressive, I liked it already. Each bowl came with a separate dish of BBQ duck, NOT skimpy which I like. So it's all in the broth, and the soup is so tasty and just right, someone may think it's too much MSG, but whatever it is, it's excellent. But since this one meat is only BBQ duck, there comes the meat, the duck is marinated and cooked perfectly, not too salty, not to sweet, not to much star anis spice, this is the best BBQ duck I've had so far anywhere. The noodles were cooked to perfection, not too soft, just crunchy enough. BUT for me a little shy, I needed one more portion of noodles because the soup was so good and plenty. The service here is hit and miss, last time we came, the place was packed and only 2 person running the whole place, take quite a long time to ask for something. Yesterday was not so busy, then the server was quite attentive and fast.So yesterday I came again with a friend and ordered extra noodles. The bowl of BBQ duck noodles soup was extremely consistent, excellent, this is what a good restaurant should be. Guess what, my friend loved it. This time we had chinese donut fried to crispy with our soup. Perfect lunch.

This place is so underrated! It's the best egg noods soup with bbq pork. The soup is so clear and flavorful and it's so rare when restaurants now serve your food super hot! I love when my food is burn-your-mouth-hot and not served lukewarm. You absolutely have to ask for the pickled green chilis to eat with your noods, it escalates it by a notch! If Chinese Vietnamese food is your thing, this is the spot!

Overall they serve good food. Sometimes hit or miss depends on the dish. Mi xao gion today was pretty plain and i usually like my foods plain but i think it's plain it's probably pretty plain for most people. Their egg noodles seem to be consistently good though. But bad customer service from that one lady that usually takes orders there. I think her name is Mai. She's just rude and doesn't really care but she definitely has favorites that she would act extremely friendly around. Example is that she changed her tone and complimented my mom like crazy and kinda bash me down to bring my mom up when she sold my mom her own side hustle foods that's not even from the store. Not sure if that was allowed. My bf think it's unprofessional and make the restaurant looks bad but overall we'd still support if she was nice. Came here many times with my bf she seems to be always rude to us . Came for foods not the vibe. Would be a 4 stars if we wouldn't have to face her every single time.

Second time here, lots of sitting, service is a little slow, food is ok, my kids liked it. It might have been just the time we came, it was after lunch time so we were the only ones there. Always hard to find parking in the plaza. Might come back for the kids.

Randomly decided to eat here on a Sunday evening. Not sure if you're sensitive with noise, but do note that you'll be able get to hear some karaoke that is going on outside the restaurant. Maybe it's not too bad, you might have some good singers while you're there. The restaurant seems pretty big with a lot of seating and not overly filled. Since there were four of us, we ordered four dishes to share. We ordered a won ton soup, XO fried rice, half crispy chicken, and Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce. They notified us that the crispy chicken will take half an hour to make. But it is definitely worth the wait. The wonton soup was pretty good. It is very similar to the frozen one that you buy @ Costco. :) There is enough wonton for each person @ our table of four to have @ least two pieces won ton. Also there is leftover soup for each person to get seconds, thirds or even fourths if you wanted. The fried rice was also very good. It was nice and hot. It was on the drier side so wasn't soggy @ all. It was also not overall salty or anything. The Chinese broccoli, although on the expensive side for what you get, was cooked perfectly. Also just the right amount of oyster sauce as well. Finally the half crispy chicken that arrived later than everything else was the best of all the dishes. It really fits the song lyrics, "you go and saved the best for last". The chicken, temperature wise, was still hot. And the skin was definitely really crispy! So, they definitely didn't lie when they call it crispy! It is also not overly salty so you can eat on its own. You also get this cool sweet and sour type sauce if you wanted to dress the chicken up a bit.In the end, we were all satisfied and we didn't even finish all the plates completely. We had a tiny bit of each place to bring home! The average cost per person ended to be around $23 a person.

I usually don't write reviews for places but this place is so amazing. The food is delicious and the workers are so nice and friendly, especially Mai and the front desk lady. I feel very welcomed whenever I visit this place! Mai and the front desk worker are my main reasons why I enjoy going to this restaurant so much. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!
