Two Grapeful is definitely the stand-out of the drinks I've tried from 0&. It's a hefty cup and has interesting variety of textures going on with the grape frosty, the grape jelly, cheese foam, and actual grapes. The overall flavor was like the premium Shine Muscat grapes you can find at Hmart. It was incredibly refreshing and tasted somewhat healthy even though I got regular cane sugar instead of their 0 calorie sugar. I'd remove the cheese foam for next time though; I thought it made the drink taste heavy and that the flavors clashed. Overall: 9/10The Matcha Tornado also had interesting textures with oreos blended in. I did try it with the 0 calorie sugar, which I did not enjoy. It made the drink taste like a protein shake. The boba texture was also too soft and didn't have much of a bite. They also weren't as round and spherical and were instead sort of lopsided. This drink came out to about $7.50, and I didn't think it was worth it. Overall: 6.5/10My friend tried the Ube Taro and didn't particularly like or dislike it but also did not even end up finishing it. Ordering and pick-up was quick. If you download their app, you get a free drink!

Seems like the owner/management aren't really interested in this location as it is hard to imagine it would be like this if they cared to see the store succeed. Store has had an empty dusplay case on the counter since opening. All other locations have a staff person in front but I have never seen an employee in a customer facing location for more than 20 seconds. Filthy street windows and somehow haven't removed the tape from the sign on their door months after replacing it. Drinks are okay I guess.

Osmanthus and lychee is one of my favorite flavor combinations, and Zero& does it well with their Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea with some lychee jelly! It's not too sweet, sizeable, and not overpriced. The store itself is really cute and clean, and service was speedy.Tip: Refresh the menu on the tablet by pulling down on the screen in case you want to verify that a sold out item is back in stock :- )

cute presentation. matcha oreo drink was a nice consistency and not overly sweet but the oreo definitely makes it sweeter and crunchier texture!cake was not overly sweet as well / not too overwhelming which I liked and I liked how spongy it was!

I seen ZERO& all over San Francisco, and never tried. They are now opened in Russian Hill. Welcome! They are located on the corner of Polk and Union. This location used to be a bar, so much has changed. Ha! Anyways, since they just open this week, they are running a promotion. Scan the QR code they provided outside their window and you get a free drink. Add on are additional charge. This is my first time having Zero& and it was delicious. Can't believe I waited this long to try it. It was a warm weekday afternoon and I got the Strawberry Marble. I got 50 sweet and it was perfect. I added crystal boba to my order and the cheese foam on top was amazing. I'm already ready to order it again. The drink was ready in 5 mins after I order. I'm so happy they are here.

I was so excited to try this new spot, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be back soon. I came here on a Friday around lunch time. There were 2 people in the back making drinks and nobody up front. I waited at the counter thinking someone would come up to take my order, but after a few minutes of awkwardly standing there, I realized there was a smaller tablet near their cash register for you to order and pay yourself. I had some questions about their menu but since nobody was at the counter and only a small window into the back, there was nobody for me to ask. I ordered and paid on the tablet and was given an estimate of 2-6 minutes via text. My drink was ready in about 10 minutes and someone emerged from the back to bring my drink up and then immediately retreated to the back again. I got the Baby Peach which was ok, but not great. I basically paid $7 for a mealy peach smoothie that I didn't finish. This place has great potential and the interior is really nice and clean! I'll try again once they've been around a little longer and have worked out their growing pains

Anddddd after attempting to get the zero coconut drink for the 5th time, I am excited to announce I finally got to try it! It's completely worth the hype. There's plenty of coconut meat and pudding in the drink, and it's well balanced with the coconut water. I got it with less cane sugar which I thought was sweet enough. I will say there's a pretty decent wait even though the stop was empty (I think lots of online orders). So be prepared to wait.

I wanted to like this place more than I did. I tried the regular milk tea (teapuccino) and it was decent. They have a free first drink if you download the app and a lot of rewards you can use through the app which is nice and a lot of locations around the city. There's a couple stools to sit on inside.

The lychee lover is bomb! So refreshing! My partner got the pink guava which was good...but not as good as my lychee lover. I ordered via their app and only took 5 minutes. My order was placed on the pickup counter with my name and order number. Easy ordering. Tasty drinks. Seamless experience.

Find that there's inconsistency of the product here. A few times boba was over cooked. Most recent incident was the Ube drink I ordered was straight soured fermented, meaning it had gone bad and they still served it to me. I had to throw the whole drink away. Kind of a gamble comparing going to Teaspoon up the street.
